Very poor experience, expensive price and not enough content. Besides that they hide important information in their "offers" to try to trick the consumer and force them to stay for longer or to pay extras if they don't check carefully the contract.

In a world that is saturated with streaming services, I don't know how Sky could have got this so wrong.
This is without a doubt one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
Sky ticket is a below mediocre streaming service which offers access to maybe one or two shows that are actually worth viewing. The quality however is dubious at best and hardly watchable sometimes.
I cancelled my account with Sky in May and afterwards I immediately lost all account privileges (my account no longer existed).
Despite cancelling my account, Sky Ticket continued to charge me 14.99€ a month for a service I was no longer registered with or even had access to.
I tried for months and months to have this issue resolved and despite my numerous attempts to speak with a customer representative, nobody would ever engage me or respond to my requests.
Fast forward and sky ticket have continued to bill me but no one wants to talk to me.
After refusing to pay, Sky ticket engaged a debt collection agency to collect for 'damages' due to unclaimed payments.
Finally after what seemed like an eternity, I finally was able to speak to someone via the Facebook messenger service. In the space of a day i received conflicting information from three different people stipulating that my contract was not cancelled, my contract was cancelled but I had to pay my debts, and lastly, that Sky ticket could not answer questions about my account because my account is registered to the debt collecting service........go figure, right.
Long story short, I have paid the the debt which I should have rightfully never been asked to pay, simply for the comfort of knowing that I will never, ever have to deal with this farce again.
Buyers beware: Do not, under any circumstances fall into the trap of signing up to this garbage service (if you could call it that).
They are criminals and have stolen not only my money, but my precious time with their rubbish programming.

Absolutely shocking service. I paid for a monthly sky ticket subscription to find out the English audio was not working (after researching this online they had even admitted they had an English audio problem on their own site). I contacted them to ask for a refund and got an unpersonal response saying I had waived my right to refund.
I don't care what content they get in future. I will never pay Sky a cent for anything again!

This company are a bunch of cheats, incompetent and with null service, After having been charged in April for a ticket I did not receive Euro 14.99, Paypal opened up a complaint against Sky and I received a full refund. Now four months later without any order for a ticket Sky have once again used my paypal account to book the amount returned.saying they did not agree with Pay Pal'S DECISION TO REfUND THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. It's difficult to believe... but true. Paypal are once again involved and I am waiting for the next episode in this farce.

Absolute trash. First off, they make this "promos" which are very confusing and you will always end up paying more than what they show at first. Read EVERYTHING because they try to trick you to pay for months. Second, the app is absolutely horrible, slow, not responsive, on Apple TV is a pain. Third and most important, they don't have english subtitles. How hard can it be to add subtitles?? I watched GoT and although I can understand English, there are times the actors speak softly or have a thick accent and I just don't see why there is no option to activate them. In short, I will stay away from this garbage and I'm really looking forward to the new HBO service so I can watch the content that I like. I ended up paying 3 months just to watch last season of GoT, Big Little Lies and Chernobyl.

Activated an offer from them for free films, after I had cancelled my ticket and it had run out. They decided to reactivate my other monthly ticket since it was apparently part of the offer, but there was no purchase process so from my perspective, they've stolen 30 euros from me since I was never shown a purchase form. To be clear, they will use all of your old purchase information for a new direct debit without informing you of the costs first.
It's just a bad service as well. Worse quality at peak times compared to youtube and netflix, and subtitles are generally missing. I could, for instance, choose to watch HBO series the young pope in English/Italian, or entirely dubbed in German. It would have been watchable in the original language if there were any subtitles in German or English, but since there weren't and I don't understand Italian, that wasn't an option. Weird DRM limitations mean you can't switch to headphones while watching on a mac, and sometimes the stream would stop entirely due to a phantom detection of screen recording. And you have to enter your adult content pin every time.

Kein Untertiteln heißt das eigentlich nur die Deutsche Fassung schaubar ist, es sei denn dass man Italienisch versteht. Komische DRM-Einschränkungen bedeuten, dass Sie nicht auf Kopfhörer umschalten können, während Sie auf einem Mac schauen, und manchmal wurde der Stream aufgrund einer Phantomerkennung der Bildschirmaufzeichnung vollständig gestoppt. Und Sie müssen jedes Mal Ihre PIN für nicht jugendfreie Inhalte eingeben.

The only good thing is that you have HBO. All the rest is an utter disaster. The app is not available for 90% of smartphones. The management of devices is awful and I got locked out from my account for one month because the system recognized my laptop and my chromecast as multiple devices!!!! I paid and I can't see anything now!!! Customer support is not existing!! You're a bunch of unprofessional people!!!

This is probably the worst website I've use, can't do anything without downloading the app. No app on smart TV. Absolute disaster. I will cancel as soon as got is done
