Skynet world has successfully delivered by parcel at a wrong address and never bothered to call the receiver before delivering the package. I have spent $105 and more than 2 hours of my international call limit to identify who is skynet delivery partner at Australia. Pathetic service.

Very bad service,the worst what I could think. Charging customers themselves for reasons what they want,no rules and regulations with customer relations, and late for delivery for 8days!!!

The worst delivery company. Unable to contact customer service. Lazy workers.
No any text or email about delivery time, customs and no reply to emails to. Incredible terrible.

Terrible service from the local Tenerife office of this company.
They lied constantly about not being able to contact me.
The parcel took an additional 25 days because of their inaction.
Do NOT use Skynet worldwide, DHL are much better.

Lost my parcel but writes its out for delivery, does not call nor do they leave a note, also does not leave it at the postoffice for pickup. Do not use them

The worst and the most terrible courier!
When my parcel was held at custom, no one contacted me. When I saw the tracking and contacted them they lied straight to my face saying they contacted me. And funny part is right after my call, they sent me the email notification for custom hold! Isnt that little bit late???
Customer service agents never pick up their phone and their online chat always tells lies. and their delivery men dont know how to read address. I’ve been using exact same address for last few years for all of my deliveries and my deliveries with other courier services always arrived on time. Only Skynet had an issue with my address and couldn’t deliver it. Its not even a complicated address! Its a plain house number in a well known area. You would think they would call me if they cant find my address? Hell no, they dont call. The only way to see what mess they’re causing is to check the tracking!!! I dont know what is their problem with contacting the customer and making a short phone call or send email?? Its like theyre so scared of calling or contacting people, they just quietly make huge messes!

I wasn't home when driver came so they wanted me to pay £6 online before I could request redelivery. It was very difficult to find contact information for this company. I had to call HQ. Once passed through to customer service, the lady there was extremely helpful. However, it shouldn't be that difficult to get redelivery nor should they try to charge again! I also received about 20+ emails that they had tried to deliver and failed and for me to contact my nearest office. As mentioned, it was extremely difficult to find contact information to ANY office.

Very bad service with a lot of delays and customer service don't care abouts you. No wonder why they have 2 stars rating on google.
