Received message from skynet on 07/08/2019 that my parcel will delivery to me by same day, but still not receive yet by today...track online shown out for delivery by 07/08/2019 but not get it. why? Called to your HQ by this morning, they ask me to call kajang branch, then I try to call there many times but nobody to pickup phone at all, number is 03-89618088, right? Is there nobody to work? dissappointed of this kind of service....want to send this mail via their webpage but come out error. it is really funny........!

I had never seen such a worst courier service, my shipment took 16 days to deliver from UAE to India and they charged me express charge. Usually normal registered post will take only 07 days @ AED. 10.

Never heard about skynet before, was surprised when I got the tracking #. This is the worst courier services I have seen. My package was delayed up to 10 days instead of 4days. I called and I got their france customer service, they were horrible people and rude. When I received my box it was torn and I checked my creams and jewelry were missing. I called the agent in Nigerian who said he sent everything maybe it was removed at customs checking. But customs can't remove some jewelry and leave some. It saddens me that I loss so much money. I will never recommend skynet to anyone.

My package was shipped on April 23rd saying it'll get delivered in 3 days and you won't be charged extra on destination. I received a phone call on April 30th that your package reached Canada now pay $76. I tried making payment by a link attached to the email skynet sent but it didn't work and next day I made the payment by phone and asked them why I'm being charged and why my package is still not here. They make lame excuses that other companies also charge extra so why do you complain and it always take longer you being impatient. I called them even on the 3rd day after making payment but they are exploiting me and still haven't received the parcel. I try calling their customer helpline and it says this number isn't working. I'm amazed how such company is still in market and getting the business. It's the worst service I ever came across I will never recommend it. Staff there is so rude and unethical.

Rubbish service, parcel is out for delivery from last 4 days still not received. I don't know what are doing with the parcel. Not going to use this service again. rang to customer service but instead of helping me out they hang up my phone.

The worst service ever, expect delivery on 17th May 2019 and now at 22nd May and still unable to get my item. Delivery attempt is bad they never call and even there were once delivery attempt fail despite waiting at location for the whole day. It's a waste of receiver's time whichever company uses skynet as delivery partner I won't buy from them anymore

Been trying to call skynet, calls are answered no one is giving me correctl information about my parcel that they delivered in bloemfontein instead of cape Town, they kept on saying they will get back to me, someone will call me back till today. My police clearance was delivered in bloemfontein on the tenth of last month I am still waiting for it

- No e-mail saying delivery is on the way;
- Not home when they came, no note in my mailbox;
- Did get a e-mail to reschedule delivery. E-mail looked very unprofessional, so at first I mistook it for a phishing mail.
- Found out during rescheduling my home address was incomplete in their system, but couldn't change it;
- Only place to pick up package is in Amsterdam, no other places offered;
- No confirmation of my rescheduled delivery date and time;
- Rescheduled to a date and time I knew I would be home, they never came;
- Tracking info showed me a total of six days where my package was 'on the way' but then rescheduled to next working day due to 'unforeseen circumstances' with no other explanation whatsoever.
- Apart from the 'not home, please reschule' e-mail, I never received any form of communication saying my package was on the way or delayed and rescheduled to the next working day.
+ Delivery guy was so nice to call me on my phone when he couldn't find my home due to my address being incomplete in their system. So big plus for the delivery guy.
+ Webshop provided me with a tracking number, so I was able to see where my package was.
I'm not sure if I'll order from a webshop again that uses Skynet as a delivery service. Biggest problems for me were that they didn't show up on the chosen rescheduled delivery date and time, and the constant delay due to unforeseen circumstances which made delivery take a week longer.

My parcel was posted on 28th May 2019 and on 6th June they said I have to pay custom charges which was paid as soon as possible and now thek are again saying I have to pay charges and i don’t know for what. Worst service

I'd go for zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous customer service here in the UK. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Not entirely sure how an organisation of this size can get away with non-existent service level agreements, whilst simultaneously waxing lyrical about their world-class capabilities... It's a real eye-opener. Businesses like this need to change their ways if they want to survive in a world that demands efficient logistics. Good luck Skynet! Hope you succeed in this quest before Trading Standards catch up with you. Not sure if I'll ever get my parcel - but at least I'm safe in the knowledge that (seeing as you can't get a package from A to B) there is no hope in hell you will usher in the 'rise of the machines' terminator-filled reality that your hilarious company name evokes.

Never have I encountered such bad service even including shopping from cheap China websites. WORST courier service! Poor coordination- as in no prior notification before delivery until they are at the door step, and for rescheduling, they confirming time but did not show up on 3 separate occasions (causing such stress and mess in my own schedule). London team managed to advise HK team to set it as priority.. HK team ended up sending it to another courier company in order to be delivered. I have yet to receive my package... But way to go for washing their hands on this chaotic mess.

I receive a lot of of complaint from friends and customer (from lazada). i don't believe it at 1st until "skynet" prove my friends and customer were right. My parcel was seriously damage for 2 times in a month. If lazada allow us seller to choose shipping company , i would rather choose Gdex. Luckily my customer is generous enough not to return the parcel and choose to fix them on their own with our help. SKYNET have to improve their services on delivery management, handle the parcel with care and not just chug the parcel as is was a stuffed toy.

The item which was to be delivered in 5 days, took more than 15 days.
I don't recommend it for students who want to send their documents. Most often the huge delay in delivery will cause them to miss the due dates.

31/12/2018(Monday) I purposely go back office in the morning and wait for this parcel. Around 2pm then i call customer service to check the status , they answer me on the way, will be reaching by before 6pm.
Then I 5pm call again to double confirm and try to get the lorry driver number , they refuse to give me and ask me just wait , if 6pm can't reach means have to wait today.
The parcel is for event use!!!
Now, the countdown event gone...

Horrible customer service the ladies I spoke to on the phone were sooo grumpy and rude to me and didn’t even want to help me... I pay for all my online order duties through CBSA. I called and asked for the self clearing document and the lady refused and told me I would have to come all the way to ONTARIO (I’m from B.C.) to pay... or I would have to pay the full amount online. Why would they ship it to Ontario if I’m from B.C.? Seems like such a scam I’m so unhappy :(

1 star is already too much for them. The worst company existing to deliver package. They hold my package for days at the border without any explanation so I had to call them twice and also to contact the primary website where I ordered my package before to know what happened. All they wanted was for me to pay the "border fees" which was 15% of the amount of my package ! A scam ! I will never use them again and I will avoid any company using them to deliver package here in Canada.
