Singapore SKYNET— The super duper lousiest delivery service I ever seen in Singapore.. no one attended to my query about the parcel rearrangement.. no status at all about my parcels.. it’s like dropping into a dark hole which you know nothing about your parcels.. can you just close down your company and don’t treat your customer like that.. I doubt they didn’t pay their staff well that’s why their customer service team and delivery service is super duper poor.. probably no budget to train their staff to up their customer service skills.. oh goodness, I am so unlucky to face this ridiculous issues now.. :(

I needed to pay duties on my order from Misguided.com and i had to hunt them down for them to send me an e-mail with the link to pay customs. This is the second time they have done this to me and they just hold your package without notifying you of what duties you owe or how to pay them. Hopefully they can improve.

Package never came on promised date. At this point I don’t even know what’s going on. Neither ASOS nor this SKYNET crap is good at costumer service. There seems to to be no proper channels to communicate.

The worst delivery company that I see it before. My parcel already reached to Malaysia very early, and it also already reached to my city branch of Skynet but I waiting for 3 and more days still haven't receive yet. And everyday sending messages to notify me that they will send it by today, then I wait nobody is coming. And the tracking system of Skynet is not used. Everyday status is out of delivery,but I also didn't see my parcel. I will never ever use this delivery service.

Waiting my parcel for a week but no news. The tracking stated item at Puchong, but when i called to customer service, they said they item is at Subang. So i decided to take collect myself tomorrow.
Forgot to say, they update my parcel not attempted because office close, and when i called them, it is actually open. Nice update on the tracking.

Called Sky Net today and eventually got hold of a supposedly customer service agent which told me basically to do her job for her and to phone their Hong Kong depot myself. If you want to get ripped off then use them.

Horrible experience with skynet! Extremely slow delivery service and the update status of the parcel is horrible (not updated throughout the process, been 3 days and it stated ARRVIED AT SORTING FACILITY). Considering it to be a big company, it's service is horrible. Called to their customer line and nobody picked up calls and when they picked it up, the attitude of the workers are unfriendly and cocky. Never ever, ship your parcel with skynet and please convince your seller to never use skynet. Skynet is a disgrace to the delivery service industry, the fact that they are still able to survive is because big e-commerce companies signed partnerships with them and hence the people who suffer are us, the customers.

Worst customer service experience from Skynet Worldwide Express Dubai.
I sent a shirt to Pakistan last week and I was told to pay AED 200 in lieu of custom duty in addition to the courier delivery fee of AED 55 in order to deliver the shirt after it got to Pakistan. Skynet did not provide any information regarding this was given when I initially called to check how to send it. No email was received with tracking number or info. No airway bill was provided on collection even on asking. When the package was to be delivered, we were told to pay 200dhs because that was the value of the shirt we had mentioned on the order. Adding value was a mandatory field and Skynet Pakistan office said why did you put value and Skynet is charging extra amounts and you should use Emirates Post instead. What would you expect when their own staff is of this opinion?
Skynet refused to return the shirt back or deliver without paying the amount. The customer service agent was rude and when I asked to speak to manager, I was told he will call in one hour at 10am on 14/12/2019 and no calls have been received until now i.e. 0209pm on 15/12/2019 even after calling at least 5-6 times to follow up, telling them that I am travelling tonight and need to resolve this before I leave. There has been no response or even acknowledgement of the request.
We are not in touch with custom authorities and trust courier companies to inform us on any possible liabilities or changes of policy. Skynet has just shrugged the responsibility and the loss incurred due to providing incomplete information and now are delaying matters unnecessarily by avoiding to talk.
I have launched a formal complaint with DED to escalate matters

Skynet nigeria is not just the worst i have seen in my life they have made me stop shopping from my beloved ASOS ..you buy an item online and it gets to Nigeria...aside the custom duty which is highly highly exorbitant the delivery itself is the slowest in the world ...they use public transport to deliver goods ...in fact your good would spend more time in nigeria to get to you than the tym it spent from uk to NIgeria ....ASOS would loose customers ...thats their funeral

package was left in a safe space at a totally incorrect address. they've been unable to recover the package for days now and now they're telling me they're flagging my lost package as a suspicious item. they're litterally using every single excuse they can to try and fob me off. I've not ordered anything bad at all and they're just grasping at straws at this point to excuse the fact they've made a huge error. totally despicable behaviour !

Skynet Nigeria has a sub-par delivery service. The company makes no effort to improve. Poor customer service, late delivery, exorbitant custom charges, manhandling and mixing up items. I'm fed up and since this is the only courier company delivering to Nigeria, I'll stop shopping at ASOS, period.

Honestly just a horrible business. They just don't bother even trying to deliver the parcel. Important parcel has been sitting at a depot for 6 days. They keep saying it'll be delivered tomorrow. But today they promised me that it had already been sent out. Which wasn't the case. They dont have a clue.

I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH , ORDER FROM PLACES THAT USE SKYNET. I never receive my parcel as they promised ! Such a dishonest company. What should I do ? Again and again I need to collect my parcel at their office ? SKYNET is the worst delivery company that I see it before. Just too freaking horrible. Need over one month for a EXPRESS-Delivery and want more Money after a few days. Currently my parcel is 30 days underway from Germany to south africa an even not delivered. Skynet promised seven days….

These guys are the worst in the business. I ordered an item that was being shipped from the UK to Australia. I was informed it would be delivered at the latest, by the 3rd of October. It is now the 26th of October and the item is yet to arrive in Australia.
It just says In Transit and still hasn't been scanned into Australia.
An absolute joke of a company...

Absolutely lousy service from Skynet for big items delivery . Your team sent 3 messages for deliver (I took day off to wait-3 days wasted) and nobody came..not even a call to inform me they can't make it.
To top it off..they to deliver twice during working hours ..unannounced and without appointment for a XL item..and called me just right when they are at my doorstep.
I called your customer care line. Instead of solving the resheduling and issues with delivery, they kept telling me it's none of their problem cos it's not under their branch or..the product have been sent to BOD. Whatever that means..I dont really care. Those are your internal issues, it's not my job to fix your issues for you.
No conscientious at all in hour your delivery arrangements are made. Lousy and untrained customer service.
