Skylum Team is very efficient, and they really listen to their customers. They are focused on resolving customer problems, be it technical issue related to the Luminar application, or a billing issue. Hats off to them !!!

Super pleased with Skylum product. I am currently using Luminar 3 and Aurora 2019.
I have also needed assistance from their support service on a couple of occasions and found them to be very attentive and prompt with their response. An awesome product and an awesome support team a great combination.

After using Adobe for years I decided to try luminar out. Simply blown away by its user friendly application. In fact I use the pro filters and it's like I'm using lightroom. Luminar 3 is amazing and as a pro photographer I depend on my editing software, so looking forward to my copy of luminar 4 to see what that brings to the table. Try it like I did, I wont be going back to Adobe subscription service again. Thanks Skylum for giving us this amazing product.

Bought Luminar 3, from Skylum, online but neither of the download links would install on my machine. Logged a call with Support and they replied within 24 hours (I'm UK they are USA so even less really). They sent me a link which fired up the software first time. Bingo! 5 stars to the support team.
