My experience is bad. I thought that I was calling KLM for a ticket to Europe. Travel rep did not identify himself as an airline consolidator but led me to think I was talking to a KLM employee. I requested and I was told that I had aisle seats on all legs of my journey, also 1 piece of luggage for check-in. Turns out, NO seats had been reserved and KLM wanted me to pay for a seat. Also, there was NO check-in luggage allowance. When I complained to KLM, they looked up and gave me the name of Sky Bird Travel. When I complained to Sky Bird repr at 888-275-8925, he declined to give me their email so that I could write a formal complaint. Hence this review.

My partner and I booked a ticket to Vegas. They ended up using our credit card details to book several other flights with United. When we contacted them, they refused to let us talk to customer support before we had heard them out on their offers. As a result, we had to spend 30 mins on the phone with a sales person listening to scammy offers. When we refused, they just hung up.
