I'm a Sky VIP gold member, I have a fault with my Q box, yet as a Sky VIP gold member I have to wait over 2 weeks before an engineer is available to rectify the fault. Not good enough Sky, I wonder how long I would have to wait if I wasn't a Sky VIP gold member.
Sky needs to improve their engineering service.

Worst company ever, don’t get broadband what ever they do as they will delay and delay your connection and hide behind open reach. Also if you don’t want your dish in a place they can get to whilst having a cuppa you will be out of luck. Ordered broadband 2 months ago and still waiting. Book an appointment and don’t arrive so that’s a days wages wasted which I will never get back so thanks for that. All they do is give you a date 2 weeks down the line for an update (not a connection), and the up date has been ever time “wait for next update.

It used to be easy to speak to Sky but now it’s almost impossible. I have been trying to speak to customer service for 3 weeks but call queues have been between 15 and 30 minutes long. To be fair they have tried to call me back a couple of times or it would have been 1 star, but I’ve been unavailable or missed the call and the return number is ... main customer service number ...

I’ve always found Sky brilliant. No matter how big or small the issue they have fixed ASAP and always compensated. The people on the other end of the phone have feelings too, it’s their job... not to receive abuse. Give respect and you’ll get it back. Everytime a package runs out I always give a quick call and get a good discount/deal!

The total geniuses at Sky thought that Sky Q should be through your broadband, so that when your broadband is down or being worked on, not only will you lose your internet connection, but TV as well. Absolute tools.
Can't wait for Hyperoptic to spread further afield. Get rid of these shambolic scammers that have ran our internet and phone lines for 20+ years with no intent of fixing them or reducing their far too high prices.

Really really awful. Can sign up for a tv package online, but force you to call to cancel/downgrade. Whatever time of day you call the automated message says 'we are extremely busy at the moment'. Can take up to an hour for anybody to answer. Designed to take your money then make it as hard as possible to stop paying them money. Deplorable.

I have spent over one hour on the phone to SKY tonight .
I have been charged for a sky box office event from 12 months ago that I can not remember viewing.
I called sky to discuss the charge and after a call time of 40 mins your operative hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager .
I rang back to your customer services line but when I explained what the issue was and asked to speak to a manager, your operator put the phone on the desk and left me listening to him and his colleagues for a further 10 mins. After being on the phone for a second time today to sky for a total of 30 minutes without being put through to a manager I hung up.
I found your service tonight very poor and feel I should not be charged for a box office from 12 months ago I can not remember viewing.
Your operatives have been rude and dismissive tonight. You will see that I have been a
sky customer for over 20 years and would like to discuss the service I received tonight.

I recently left sky and cancelled all my phone, internet and TV services. Saving £145 per month. I now use free view and wish I’d done it years ago. The TV you can live without and on demand is so good now. The internet never worked at the rate they stated and their customer service is nothing short of a scam. You have to phone for every little thing so you can be subjected to a sales pitch at every turn to try and keep you spending money. Then here’s the thing, I moved house and they closed all my accounts for me via the live chat, great. But I am left with a mobile phone account, the one area where sky are ok. So I ask to change my address. They tell me I can’t do that only by calling. I advise them I have a disability and cannot talk and they write back to tell me that’s ok I can ring them to change my address??? Two online chat/message conversations later and an email asking how I can change my address as I cannot talk and they send me a phone number to call? They have no facility for a person with a speech disability to change their address. So they can stick it, good luck trying to get in touch with me.

I had an installation booked for today. Rang to find out when they were coming and got told it was cancelled until the 12th October having already waited three weeks! I got the impression the reason was that the engineer couldn’t be bothered because of my postcode. All I got was empty apologies and nothing else. Not at all happy and god help them if they cancel again but of course the problem is they have you over a barrel and they know it.

Sky Q is the biggest waste of time and more importantly my money.
Every time there is the merest hint of rain or thunder we see the blue screen of death - no signal. The old sky box and dish were much more reliable I’d go back to the old box in a minute give a choice really pore think carefully before upgrading or should I say down grading.

I've been a sky customer for 3 years and although the tv and broadband would go off every now and then, they fixed it quickly and for free. My tv went off about 5 days ago and i just can't get through to them! Every time i ring they are extremely busy, having a training day or i run out of time waiting in a queue! I have ended up having to pay £15 to book an engineer online! Appalling service.

Graham was so helpful on the telephone, wish we had his second name. They are refunding out contract even though we are ending early due to moving to an area that does not have sky. Great service, hope we can use them again

Can't get through to customer service on the phone unless you are willing to wait 45 minutes or more, and text support goes home mid way through a request without even telling you. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

Trying to get information from the website - fail! Try to find contact details - fail! Eventually find a number - 30 minute wait. Live Chat - Busy. Eventually managed to send a message via Messenger a 'virtual' assistant responded and another lengthy wait! Once you sign that contract ...... Bet they are not so lax if you withold payment!

you sent me an ipad that is faulty
the screen is damaged.
you really have caused an immense amount of hassle over this item. It was for a present .you have caused by your errant actions a great deal of upset , from delivery of it through to sending it out.
I am very unhappy and unless this item isn't replaced in a very short timescale I will take legal advice as I regard it as a breach of contract .your actions as a company are completely unreasonable I have today tried calling you but in total, I was on hold for over 47 minutes. when i did get through to one of your advisers i was given no solution

It took me 6 weeks to get a engineer out and no tv for all that time. This service is absolutely shocking then once the issue got resolved shock back to no tv one month later so waiting another 6 weeks before another engineer comes out how they charge people £90 per month for this is unbelievable it’s honestly robbery

I feel like I am being robbed. Bills have escalated to a ridiculous high amount. Although doing part payments is helpful, the bill gets too high and I hardly use the phone!
Once the contracts have ended, so will all my subscriptions for Broadband, Telephone and TV.
After 18 years, as a customer I am going to become a Virgin customer.

I’ve been a sky customer for over 15 years.
Whilst they do some good dramas I like movies too.
I used to have “sky movies” but cancelled due to circumstances. I’ve recently got it back again in the form of “Sky Cinema” and I’m not impressed!
It seems that very few big movies come onto Cinema and the majority are only available on Sky Store for you to buy or rent. So it seems you pay once for Sky Cinema but then they want you to pay AGAIN to actually view any decent films and all the old tosh goes onto Sky Cinema.
This is clearly all greed driven so if you like movies then unless you have bottomless pockets then don’t bother with Sky Cinema.
Bring back Sky Movies!

Appalling customer service, once my Sky Q contract comes to an end they can come and collect their equipment, have had an engineer out now 2 times as Sky Q keeps disconnecting from the wireless internet and engineer says the issue is with the BT broadband router not the Sky box, rubbish as everything else in the house stays connect wirelessly 24/7, eventually they admitted they pushed a software update to the box a couple of weeks ago and this is the issue it is not compatible with the 5GHZ channel and they only way it will work is if I run the two channels separate or hard wire with a LAN and I do not want to do this, I said well what the point of that if I want everything to be wireless, then I said can I use a TP link on the ring main and plug in a local Lan, they said not as not compatible, so SKY what is the point of the SKY Q wireless box when it will not work wirelessly, I have even requested to go back to the old Sky 2 tb box but they have declined this as they want another chance to fix and this is not an option if the engineer can fix no matter how many problems I have.... Sky you have tried already twice get your house in order.....

Bought brand new mobile phone. Stopped working after 2 mins. Ordered new sim same thing happened. Sent phone back as advised by sky. They now say a piece is missing...the sim tray. We sent everything back to them.
They are now sending broken phone back to us !!!!! Saying we need to fix it. Refusing to send replacement.
Been loyal customer for 25 years. Disgusting treatment. We are pensioners and it's really stressful for us

Love love love Sky been with them for years and would not leave. They have always been friendly and polite and have done their best to resolve my problem. They offer discounts and do not renege on this unlike Virgin Media. I really can not complain about Sky.

Switch to sky, get a date to plug in, old service dies and three days later still no connection. And this is after being promised it would be online yesterday.
And you call them on a Sunday to find they’re closed! How is this acceptable? Closed? This should be a 24/7 service.
