I will never order from SkipTheDishes again. My estimated time was 30-50 minutes. In the end, it ended up taking over 2 hours. Then when the delivery arrived, food was missing! I am so upset as this completely messed up my evening as I was dealing with the delievery issues the whole time. In the end I was under the impression it would all get refunded due to all of the issues, and when I explained this to the new person I was talking to on the app, they left the conversation. Instead in the end, they only gave me $5 back for the wait time and a refund of the price of the missing food....and it wasn't really a refund. It was credits on my SkipTheDishes account. I just can't believe it!

I had a driver steal my food twice. They do not give you a way to contact the driver. If you don't flag that the driver isn't moving on the tracker, they do not even notice. And the support staff skate around everything. They don't actually converse with you or confirm what happened. They are cold and to be honest, border on rude simply for ignoring your messages. Never using them again. Use Uber Eats.

We ordered 2 triple decker sandwich’s with cheese, one with fries with gravy and the other red skins. As well as chicken fried rice, Mac and cheese with chicken and mozzarella stick. We got a rack of $29 ribs with a tiny coleslaw, sherpards pie, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, small Cesar salad and a slice of cheese cake.
Ribs are definitely not worth $29 and Shepard’s pie was soupy. Mozzarella sticks weren’t bad, fried pickles (yuck).
First- always check your order before the delivery guy leaves. Second apple bees is over rated.

Gave them one star only because 0 was not an option. We ordered from a restaurant about 10 minutes away. Total time from order to delivery about 35 minutes. After 44 minutes Skip had not even dispatched a driver. On the chat with customer service they respond with “canned” responses but no solution. The food never arrived even though at one point they said meet your courier now. Skip the dishes does not care about customer satisfaction, luckily they will never have to worry about this customer eve again. AVOID SKIP THE DISHES AT ALL COST. THEY LIE.

I've had to request a refund 4 times... They get my address wrong every single time even though it's in my pf and I write it in the drivers instructions... tonight was my 4th time ordering.. and I have yet to get into contact with anyone from customer support, when you open the chat window nothing comes up and it takes them at least 2-3 days to respond back to emails... There's absolutely no contact number listed for skip the dishes and this is exactly how they rip you off.. Don't bother wasting your time with this garbage website

I used SkiptheDishes for the first time after seeing some Ad's, my food did not end up arriving, its as if the driver just went missing after getting close to my house. Contacted Skip and all they did was say sorry and refunded my money. I ended up eating cereal for dinner with my wife because it was now too late to order again. I will never use SkiptheDishes again. I think the driver simply took the food and went offline or got abducted by aliens on the way because all of a sudden tracking was lost and last known indication was that he turned on a wrong street a few blocks away from my house. Just going to stick with Uber which has never failed me.

Skip the dishes has been disabling people’s chat. The customer service is soooo horrible! Nobody wants to address your concerns. Sounds like nobody educated works at skip... They just want to take your money also sometimes food doesn’t show up or it’s wrong. Never USE THEM. You’d rather go with Uber Eats. very professional service!!

Skip the dishes keeps sending orders from the local hotel to my front door! I used the online chat for help, the agent kept telling ME to put more specific instructions on my order. No, no - I repeatedly informed them that I am not the customer, I am the victim of nuisance caused by your company's errors. No apology, just told to contact customer service (which is was what I was doing in the chat).
Don't use STD as this is how they manage problems.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
On several occasions, they have delivered my food to the wrong address. I have called numerous amounts of times telling them to stop sending drivers to the wrong address. They fail to do so. I will contact the couriers & they will tell me they are throwing my food away and to call SkipTheDishes customer support to get another driver.. UBER EATS WOULD NEVER!!

Terrible service. You wait over an hour for your food and then it says delivered and either someone else got it , or the driver just said “eff it “ and marked it as delivered. Either way they said we would get a refund , so let’s see how it goes. But all my buzzer info and information in general was in the app so what the heck. And this isn’t even the first time they’ve messed up. I’ve had my food delivered cold , I’ve also had the driver not show up to the restaurant at all to get my food so that the restaurant had to have it delivered. Terrible. I’ll never use this app again.

Never had a problem until tonight. Placed an order then found it was cancelled. Contacted customer support and the guy said due to suspicuous activity on my card they won't accept credit card payments from me anymore?
I literally ordered from another restaurant seconds after the first and that food just arrived. They seem like a bunch of clowns that don't give a sh×t about their customer base. Ordering from places that have their own service from now on. Peace out Skip. It was fun while it lasted.

Terrible customer service, awful company.
I placed an order and paid on my credit card. 40 minutes later I get a notification saying that the delivery times are too long due to volume and they cannot deliver my order. I asked for them to give me my money back and they cancelled the order and said it would be 3-5 business days before I see my money back - which is absolutely ridiculous seeing as it is not my fault that I did not get my order, but theirs entirely.
They did not offer any sort of compensation for my 40 minutes of waiting, just to get no lunch for the day anyways.
On top of everything that happened, the rep that I spoke with in "support" ended the conversation before I was finished speaking - her name was Sonika (she was disgustingly rude) and she was rude to me the entire time I was speaking with her anyways, which was a total of maybe 2 minutes.
I will never use this company again and I will advise all of my friends and family to never use them either. They are a disgusting company and they do not care about their customer base whatsoever.

I never signed up with them, there is a charge on my credit card of someone purchase stuff with my card. Keep your eyes open when using this site and other. Be careful about your card info.

The driver was the dumbest human I have met. He called 6 times on our buzz code machine and didn't come in despite the door opening and when I went down to get the things because he didn't know how to come up, he was a drunk guy with our order fully trashed in ketchup. Skip the dishes didn't give us a refund and neither did our referral code work because my friend was at my apartment and the same geographical location means you are referring someone from the same household. CHEAP! and HORRIBLE!
