DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They left a voicemail to cancel my ride in rural Spain 20 minutes before I was due to be picked up. As a result, I’m highly likely to miss a flight home. Customer service is also based in Germany and impossible to contact. My considered advice is simple: if you need to get somewhere, don’t used Sixt.

I am in the car right now and I wish I would have just taken the train to save money here in London. Thought this would be a better ride than the train but I was WRONG!
The driver smells like poop. Yes, that’s right poop. We are riding with the windows down and I’m quite cold and it’s raining but I’m trying not to throw up from the smell. I’m surprised no one has complained about this guys smell before.
Also, the driving. He taps on the brakes while he’s driving so the ride is extremely jerky.
I will never use this service again. I should have taken an Uber or the train. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I trusted Sixt Mydriver to pick up my old mother at the airport but their lazy driver did not wait at the arrival gate as expected, but rather seated in his car trying to call the passenger. He stayed in his car even though he was not able to reach the passenger over the phone and did not show up for an extra 20 minutes, while he had flight references showing the flight had landed on time. My mother finally walked to a public train, late at night and with lot of luggages. I got charged for the full price of the ride. To challenge this undue charge I first wrote to Sixt Mydriver email contact, which is stated on all their email messages, but after three days, I neither received an acknowledgement nor an answer. I finally called their customer service number, and they only agreed to refund half of the charge, which is already more expensive than an Uber drive from the airport, stating that my mother was at fault of not being reachable on her phone. Sixt Mydriver appears to be a company with very low quality standards: charging you by default for the full price of a ride that did not happen, blaming its customers instead of enforcing quality standard with its staff and contractors, and not even able to operate a decent customer service contact center.

Booked several days in advance from the US for pickup from LHR to my central London hotel. Clearly stated my flight number and request to pick up at 1030 due to needing some extra time after arrival. Arrived to get messages at 0930 that ride was due at 1030. By 1100 no one showed up in arrivals hall. Call to rude customer service who told me that driver was there for 30 minutes after arrival of flight. There is no way to deplane, walk to customs and get thru there in 30 minutes. She was argumentative and when I told her that I had requested 1030 and indeed got messages confirming this time after arrival, she became nasty and ever more rude. after nearly 15 minutes arguing, she finally agreed to reverse the nearly USD$72.00 charge. Never again. After a long haul flight, this was totally unnecessary. When I asked if someone could show up shortly, I was told to find another way into central London, which I did.

We had the most horrendous drive ever using Sixt mydriver for an airport pick up in Nice recently. The driver was late for pick up, on highway he was driving erratically either too slow 70KM or very fast 140KM, and he was driving between lanes, several times narrowly missed being hit by another car. We asked him what's wrong in panic and he said he only slept for 5 hours the night before! He was putting our lives and other drivers lives in grave danger. Why is Sixt employing such irresponsible and dangerous driver?! He should not be allowed on the road. This is the worst and most dangerous driver I’ve ever had in my life! Sixt did offer a full refund of the ride after my complain but still, this experience was too scary and unprofessional that I need to share so other users could be aware.

We have used this service twice and have experienced truly appalling service both times. We have a small child and require a car seat and there is a section on the booking form for you to request one. The first driver brought an inappropriate seat for a much older child, which was unsafe for our 3 year old, the second time the driver did not provide a car seat at all and admitted to not having read the notes. This was THE ONLY REASON we booked with this company, as regular minicabs will not provide a car seat. Drivers are also incredibly rude, surly and unprofessional. Support at helpline nonexistent. Genuinely never experienced a service as poor as this

AVOID as they have a faulty booking system.
I booked a car for 9am for a flight arriving at CDG at 7am as I knew it would take a minimum of 90 minutes to get to the arrival gate. It took us 105 minutes. I PHONED THE DRIVER AT 8.44 AND THEN AT 9.06 AND GOT HIS VOICE MAIL BOTH TIMES.
I then rang mydriver at 9.10 and was told that the driver had been waiting from 7.30 and had left at 8.30. As I had not arrived during that time I would be charged. I explained that I has specifically booked the car for 9am but was told that they had estimated the booking time based on the flight arrival, and I was still to be charged.
I am of course fighting this charge with my credit card company, but I am still out of pocket for over $30 in international phone calls and a considerable amount of wasted time going through the process.

SEE, they will not admit to any fault. Everyone else`s fault. MY fault for thinking that a booking for 9am means a booking for 9am. CDG fault for taking 60 minutes to process me through passport control, then another 45 minutes to get to the baggage hall, collect my luggage, get through customs and get to the arrivals gate, when it should according to mydriver take only 60 minutes.
AVOID as I said or face the consequences.

We hired a Sixt driver when we arived to CDG in Paris and are extremely satisfied. The driver kept us informed before picking us up and told us that he would be 10 minutes late. This was due to the heavy traffic in the city and didnt really harm us at all.
He drove us in a very good car and drove smooth and very efficent. I coudlnt have done it better myself :).
He was very polite and friendly and we must really recommend this service to anyone going from the airport to the city of Paris.
On top of this, the service is much cheaper than the taxi (which also are very good) but this is an excellent option.

I have used myDriver in Berlin, Munich and Madrid several times. In Berlin and Madrid, the service have been perfect. Driver has been on time waiting in the airport arrival hall with my name on a sign. All drivers have been very service minded and helpful and the cars have held a very good standard. In Munich, the drivers and cars were also very good but one of the drivers turned up 30 minutes late blaming the normal rush hour traffic, even if I booked the ride several days in advance. As an experienced professional driver operating in Munich he should know how the rush hour traffic works. The other driver in Munich dropped me off at the wrong airport terminal, even if I had specified the correct terminal in my booking and also informed the driver of the correct terminal when I got in the car. For these two incidents I gave the two drivers a low rating in the app, and then myDriver was very quick contacting me offering compensation and a discount voucher. My overall impression is that myDriver does a good job and they have subcontractors delivering a good service on behalf of them. In the few cases where service has not been as expected, myDriver has done their best to compensate for any inconvenience. I will continue to use myDriver in the future.

I booked in advance over Internet, to pick me up in the airport in Rome. They happily canceled the service 10 minutes before pickup time, sending fairly unpolite email. They even didn't bother to call or say sorry! Can't believe how silly service. I'm done with them as well as with Sixt.

I've just had my pick up in Rome cancelled for my elderly relatives with about 5 hours notice. Completely unacceptable service and the customer service was less than helpful. This has been booked for 4 days. I called this afternoon to see if everything was ok and I very much got the impression that they only started looking for a driver then. cancelled 30 mins later. This is no way to run a company, most disappointing!
