Sitelock is Fantastic!
I'm old enough that y 5th Grade Weekly Reader said, "In the future everyone will have their own phone number, even children." Of course we all thought that amazing, but ridiculous! Why would everyone need their own phone number?
Now we all have our own phone numbers, phones we don't use to talk to our friends but text them on the little computers we carry in our pockets.
How thrilled I am that I don't have to worry about the security I need to protect myself on my websites. Feeling safe is important to me, but even more, providing safety for my clients and potential customers is even more important to me.
The most important part of this story though is that Justin Jones and Allan Yee treated me in a dignified, yet friendly and professional manner that I find lacking quite often when dealing with technical professionals. Allan painlessly helped me figure out what I needed to protect myself when Bluehost discovered that I had malware on my sites. On boarding with Justin was just as painless. He taught me how to use my dashboard (nobody ever does this!) and what the most important things for me to do would be.
Already I love SiteLock!

Chelsea took ownership of the call and the situation, despite big mistake by Sitelock to close down my sites with no pre-advisory or notification that the websites would go offline for non payment. An email would have been nice to remind me the date of payment instead of shutting down my sites, making me lose the face infront of my customers.
They remember the issues we had in july which was supposed to be resolved with the high priced protection offered by sitelock, but then today again they called back to inquire about their sites being down.
please don't do this again and avise me next time I'm approaching a non payment date or if a payment doesn't go throught.
Nonetheless, Chelsea was great on the phone and the websites were reactivated within minutes after my call.

The positive response and while I thought that the service was initially expensive, I was walked all the way thru the process of getting my website up and running. The peace of mind that further services were being applied with an informative followup report makes me confident that my website and clients are protected for a hacker.
Easily, I could have said too much, but so glad I didn't. Integrity through your public face is important and when your website has been corrupted, I would not have known where to start. Thank goodness SiteLock did.

Site security can be stressful for us non- techie types, but working with your support people made it much easier. Today I spoke with 3 associates. Starting with Johnathan in tech support, then Marilyn, and lastly Chelsey Logwood. All three were excellent to work with. Each took the time to explain things clearly to me and were very patient educating me on technical issues as well as SiteLock services. I was also very impressed with how well the transitioned me. In each case when I was transferred the person I was speaking with took the time to get the next person up to speed, so I did not have to repeat my problem multiple times. I feel very positive about the experience, I was able to gain new understanding, and also work with the SiteLock representatives to set up a plan for my website security.

The Site Lock representative was very helpful - even though some of our issues needed to be resolved by the company that hosts our website. It helped a great deal that we could speak with the tech support for our website host as a three-way conversation. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a good feeling about SiteLock when I signed up, and the signup process was super quick. I signed up three websites and im still not fully set up. I get emails from someone I've not dealt with who don't seem to relate with the information I have already provided. When speaking to them on the phone, I've had great support and also very poor assistance. I just don't seem to be getting anywhere fast with completing the setup. They admitted to a mistake that was made that cost me nearly two days of sales in downtime on my main website. Human error can happen, and boy did it cost me, but I did ask for a manager to call me about it, and that never happened either. Im sure this is not the usual service that Sitelock give as they seem to have good reviews overall, but this is my honest experience and Im very disappointed.

They got my website up and running again in no time, however, there were still some issues 3 weeks later. I called and hope this will be the end of this hacking nightmare.
