Their customer support is horrible. My company sells after market automotive parts and after testing the site to see if it could load products like all the other automotive parts websites where it allows you to mass load products and put them in search categories but I had no luck. The next day I reached out to the customer support staff that informed me their website builder does not have those functions, so I asked if they would please delete my subscription and they told me it won't be a problem. A few months now they have been charging my PayPal account, I don't keep a super close eye on this account but I just noticed today all the past charges. I decided to email the company this time and they told me they have zero record of me cancelling my account and that I need to email my cancelation in and that a verbal cancellation does not count.Then they told me they cannot refund any past charges even though they can see my account has had zero activity.

They are the worst ever.
I don't usually do any reviews whatsoever, but these guys surely deserve it.. don't come near them, as I experienced they don't give a dam if you canceled or not after buying it first time, they will just bill back, unbelivable.

I can echo all of the other bad reviews on here. Terrible service, and when I tried to cancel REPEATEDLY, they continued to bill my debit card for months. I have several emails and phone conversations regarding closing the account, and I manually deleted my sites, yet they continue. I was forced to get a new card because of their antics. Not sure how to go about suing them in this case, or if it's worth it, but I would love to.

Horrible company, I called, emailed and chatted with them concerning my web page coming up double and I never got no one to fix my site. I will be bring it down and I do not recommend them to no one. They have no customer service skills..

I tried to cancel my renewal. They keep trying to access my payment method even though my site builder account is cancelled and they confirmed same, and luckily it fails as my payment details have changed.
They say every day on receipt of that daily email from them trying to access my account, they will fix it and take off my email address; and low and behold I get another email telling me they want my monies.
Poor work for a webpage designing company, customer service is poor and no complaints procedure. They are in breech of GDPR but are not interested.

Wish i could give 0 stars.
Just recieved an email saying they are taking £240 from my account for a site I thought stopped around a year ago.
Id never heard of sitelio and when i typed in my email it came up with only one email (the invoice).
It did come up with an ehost one though that upon reading, it said my free account was migrating to sitelio at FULL PRICE. When you click on the full price link it comes up with a Page Broken alert.
Ive sent a cancellation email because it says my renewal date is 7th January.
Feeling really scammed

All went well until I wanted to cancel. This service is a typical bait and switch - come in with a low price, up sell and make sure you keep billing with barrier after barrier to cancelling (such as having to call them overseas during their business hours).
Despite ease of use and some nice templates, you don't want to get involved with this kind of company.

Do not go near these people.
Not only is their customer service appallingly bad, their templates are not customizable without considerable effort and time. They have actually gone in and made changes to the website without my knowledge. I have never encountered such a poor web site hosting service.
And now they are holding my domain name for ransom so I can move to a reliable, reputable web hosting service. They refuse to provide my EBB code without authorizing a further payment of $16 on my credit card! I may never see my domain name again and that is going to cause a huge problem with my client. They are in the U.K. or I would start legal proceedings against them.

Hi everybody. Please AVOID USING Sitebuilder. This company has scripted messages for every issue you have, I've been losing my pictures every third day. Sitebuilder is not reliable at all. If you want headaches and stress you will have them. They will NOT ISSUE a refund after 14 days so be careful. I am stuck with them. I do not want anybody else to spent money for something that is not worth it.

Terrible and deceptive company, below par features and lousy service. With sitebuilder you can not create a professional email unless you buy G Suite service. It doesnt provide or allow you to add emails through it, you have to buy that from G suite, and each email will cost you additional $50 from G suite plus the monthly service fee for the site. Also this company is very tricky, it immediately locks you into a 2 yrs service contract right after you hit the buy button and without informing you beforehand.

I made a huge mistake getting involved with Sitebuilder and wish I had looked on here first. They do not have a telephone connection that is real in spite of what it says on their literature. Try it, if you like. When you contact the online support because they have taken a large amount of money from your account, they fob you off with delaying tactics til you give up.

They never succeeded in publishing my site despite it being ready to upload for months. They still charged me for the months I was left waiting for them to publish. A very costly mistake. I recommend vistaprint. It's much much better value. Don't use site builder

I tried the free version from Sitebuilder two years ago. I found it very limited so I tried to upgrade it. Nothing happened. I contacted the company but got no reply. My account was linked to my Paypal account. A few days ago I noticed a charge from Paypal for $184.32. My bank reversed the charge and then charged me $48.00 NSF. I contacted the company that was attached to the payment, they told me that it was from their sister company Sitebuilder. I then contacted them explaining the situation. They responsponded by blaming Paypal for the error. This company has poor customer service I would not recommend them to anyone, very sneaky business practices. Tread lightly when dealing with Sitebuilder, no transparency at all.

I have been with Sitebuilder since 2015 two websites and each year end I have threats to take down my site when it comes to renewing I have un explained charges I need clarifications but no one responds to! They keep sending me emails saying You may cancel at any time by calling our support team at 844-211-7881.but this number goes to Toyota! The number on invoices goes to a voice mail which gives this number! I’ve had enough am willing to sacrifice losing my sites than paying them another dime!

These people say that they send reminders to renew your domain and purposely let it slide then want to charge you as much as they can. They NEVER answer questions just repeat the same scripted email over and over again. The first thing I knew about my website not working was when a customer told me. Absolutely disgusting service paid for 2 years got the first year and because the domain was not renewed I've now lost the next year of hosting and then to top it off they have just withdrawn £16 from my account for the domain that I don't have as it has expired!
So if they can take the payment without my consent how did it ever expire? I have now demanded their details to make a formal complaint and to raise it with Trading Standards. Avoid these people if you want to keep your money!

Helllllllll no. This site is a con. They completely misold me ehost. I have a 2 year hosting plan that I can't use because they don't support wordpress or have a cpanel. Con artists - don't do it. Ehost are merging so you can't purchase anything from them also. I have more than 18 months on a contract I can't use. Buyer beware.

These sites appear like a dogs dinner on my phone despite looking perfect in the edit mode?
We are paying for a service here via Pickaweb and getting really fed up with having to fix these constantly and this is continuing to make our company look very cheap indeed for any visitors and it is any wonder that we do not get enquiries from these sites..
Despite many problems from day one (and Pickaweb have told me that we are not the only ones with issues), it seems that Sitebuilder have not yet fixed all of these ongoing issues.
Customers are not getting what they are paying for
It seems the only way to get these to look right on mobiles is to leave huge gaps between the texts and leave them in the edit mode looking terrible, meaning I need to edit bit by bit and edit and edit whilst publishing and checking what it looks like on my mobile.

Run away from them fast. I've lost quite a lot of money only by trying to set up my website. Weird upselling, charges that you didn't agreed to or didn't know they are adding. They should be shut down.
