We have been working with Sirvoy for the past couple of weeks and although their interface lacks a mobile app I am told that they are working on one at the moment. One thing I can say that regardless of how basic the UI of Sirvoy appears, it does what it says on the tin and is stable. Additionally their customer service has been fantastic to date and they will happily spend hours on the phone with me ensuring that I feel confident using their system. From start to finish it took less than an hour to create an account and add a property then connect it to three channels. At first I had considered only using them as a short term alternative to another channel manager but the more I use them the better I feel about our future with them. Although to the best of my knowledge they don't have a detailed PMS system I can see that they certainly have their priorities straight as a channel manager; with around 10 direct API connections to different platforms including Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda...etc their system gave us the security of knowing that our properties were safe from double bookings and the optimism that in the future the product's user interface can only get better.
