Bike arrived within stated time frame, customer service was quick to respond on all occurrences. Can't fault!

Please avoid this company at all costs, a lot of the reviews on here must be from a time gone by for the positive ones that is anyway. You will be guaranteed the experience from the negative reviews.
Purchased a bike on the 19th March and paid for faster warehouse processing. 2-5 working days is advised for normal processing before bike is shipped for delivery. Decided to message the company on Messenger as it was one of their support channels listed on the website, this was on the 21st of March. Got a reply back the following day for them to suggest it’s still processing in the warehouse and I wouldn’t be able to track it yet. Okay no problem still within timeframe. Fast forward 5 days later 26th March to which I enquire again about my delivery query to which I am ignored completely. 3 days pass and I send another message in case they have missed to which I am still waiting for a reply for to this day. I’ve also emailed their support email which is yet to receive a reply which was sent on Sunday. The only communication I have is that I’ve ordered a bike. There website does not specify if these products are out of stock quick enough of whether they are on back order.. In which a lot of people seem to have an issue with. They also have extremely poor customer service and support it’s almost as if one guy Maris literally does everything. The support telephone number is the same message that no agents are currently available no matter what time of day you call it.

Terrible service do not buy!!
Took 4 weeks to be delivered, delivered to the wrong address. Bike packaging arrive damaged with a damaged wheel and crank arm inside. Lack of communication. Quick to take money, slow to deliver, slow to communicate and unhelpful to rectify.
Shop else where!!!

Ordered something for my son on 9th November. Still not received it. Have phoned , emailed and even snail mailed but still haven't had a single response! Very annoyed and dissatisfied. All. I get is automated responses which are never followed up. Communication is shocking!

For a week I got no information about the delivery. When I asked the delivery time, I was told that the bike is being prepared for shipping and should leave the warehouse "tomorrow". I should receive a tracking number once it is dispatched. After two days I asked for the tracking number, which I hadn't received. No response. After another three days I asked again and was told that they were under impression that the bike had been dispatched but just received a message from 6KU saying that the bike is out of stock and my size (61cm) will not be available in the future. I had to choose another bike and I ended to more expensive State Bicycle Co. Black Label v2 62cm. When sending a price difference invoice, they didn't notice that the shipping cost is lower than what I had already paid for the 6KU. They apologized and sent a new invoice. Lucky me, that I had checked the difference. It took another two weeks before I received the bike. So totally 29 days from the initial order.
The bike is what I expected and the quality seems to be good. I don’t have previous experience of carbon fiber fork or aluminum frame, so can’t really tell. Feels good to ride, though. The tires are some cheap Chinese and the brakes are not very good either (and were not preinstalled). But I guess people change to some better tires anyway (as I did with Continental Gator Hardshell) and a fixie is not meant to have brakes. Even the freewheel was optional and I had to install it myself.

Do not buy from here unless you want to wait at least 3 weeks for your bike to arrive. There communication is pretty poor having to contact them multiple times before they bother to reply to you. There was also a couple of issue with the bike when it finally arrived. It has been the worst buying experience I have had in my life. I would never buy anything from Single Speed again.

I havent recieved my Crome Industries hat but the promotion was still active. The axle of the bike tore the box and was sticking out. Packaging was decent, only my wheel was tangled with the non driveside crank so i had to get it out avoiding damaging it. The delivery was on time and communication was decent

This company is such a shady and unreliable business. Beginning with their communication with the customers; the emails you receive for knowledge of where your product is, is non existent. After emailing them multiple times it takes over four days in some instances for them as a company to respond.
They are also deceitful, as my product wasn’t in stock, but they thought it was suitable for me to wait for the shipping of the product. After 20 days it hadn’t arrived, although they promised me it would be with me at this point in time. Along with the email promising me the wrong date they told me that they were having shipping problems, 20 days after the purchase, keeping the fact that they didn’t have the bike that I had paid for.
After 32 days they told me that the shipped group of bikes ( that was meant to have mine in, didnt) and blamed it on the bike company instead on themselves as a supplier whom is promising goods they can’t provide.
After all of this I have asked for a refund and 5 days after that email I still haven’t received any refund. And they haven’t even emailed to confirm that they will be processing a fefund .
To sum up this is an awful company that has their profit as the only interest, as they have no time for customer service, inquiries or general interactive satisfaction.

Terrible company to buy from. If you can find the bike you are after from another site go with them.
Ordered a bike from them and it went missing on transit. Took days to get any meaningful response from the company and eventually the bike was delivered 10 days after it was supposed to be.
Bike was delivered damaged. It was not the fault of the carrier as it simply hadn't been packaged properly. Front wheel had become lodged in the pedal cranks and was badly scratched as was the frame.
Single speed co were very good at getting a second bike ordered and confirmed they would have the damaged one collected.
This was in July. I am still waiting for the damaged bike to be collected, after having two dates set up and waiting at home all day to facilitate collection. Still awaiting an explanation from single speed. Their customer service is absolutely diabolical.

my order took way to long to arrive, and when it did - some of the parts for my bike were not in acceptable condition. I e-mailed about this, and only got the answer that my bike should be professionally assembled (which it was) and then everything was in order (which it wasn't). I will never order anything from single speed again. And cannot recommend it.

The bike took 9 days to arrive.
The Pure Fix bikes are shipped directly from the Pure Fix warehouse in Netherlands so Single Speed Co is just acting as a middle man, which is pretty pointless when you can order directly from Pure Fix. Single Speed Co were good at getting back to me but because they weren't the ones actually sending the bike, they were pretty useless when it didn't arrive in time. I had paid extra for faster processing which obviously didn't happen. I did get refunded for this.

Ordered a bike that they clarly didn't have in stock even though the website stated otherwise. Got contacted 2 days after the order was made, telling me that they could not deliver the product I had ordered after all. Unfortunate that the company are offering products which they cannot deliver, and that it takes them days to figure that out.
On the positive note, the refund came back quickly.
Service personell seemed not too detail oriented as I specifically ordered a bike in the smallest size availible (and the only type and style they had in this size). When confirming that they couldn't deliver, they asked me if I could find something else on their site instead, and I kindly replied that I had already looked for alternatives, and sadly there was no other bikes suiting me due to it's size. I received another reply shortly after, asking me how tall I was and that they were sure, they would have something that fit me... (even after I had already kindly replied that I had checked and there was none). Well, if the order I made was looked at, the would find out very soon that they in fact did NOT have any other bikes in that size, instead of acting pushing by not "accepting" my answer that I had in fact already looked.... Even AFTER a bad experiance from ordering someting they did not have in stock, even though they status said otherwise...

It took my bicycle frame three weeks to arrive. During this time I received one email that the order is being processed, but no tracking number and no reply to any of my emails.
