I have used them since around 2009. Probably around 80-90 jobs. What is certain is that reliability is horrible. We choose cautiously which jobs we do or do not send to them and still get burned. Blues, blacks, rich blacks, negative text - NO WAY!
Prices are aggressive which is the only reason we keep trying. I scratch my head.
In the last 18months we are seeing - even our carefully selected "jobs for Sina" - on average 4/10 that need a re-print (offset). At the prices they are offering we let things slide a bit too. But if you care at all about quality control... Forget it. Too many times we have spent the turnaround time with fingers crossed and... here we go again. Cut or duplexed off, nicks in the laminate or density is way off. I have had to argue with them on more than one occasion. Their quality control does not exist. They do not seem to calibrate at all. Customer service is weak.
They offer roll labels, but the samples they sent me are so bad I could never order. Further, the pricing is quite high compared to suppliers I actually use for roll-to-roll. The same goes for their "specialty product" samples. The ones I got look like make-readies or experiments.
Large format has been better than offset. Pull up banners have quite a side curl but otherwise all has been more or less decent.
I'm at the end of my rope with them as far as anything offset.
The site appears to be loaded with either bogus/paid reviews.

The new foil business cards and roll label products are great.

SinaLite was a great alternative to bosslogo when they were around. Since bosslogo shut down, Sina has become the new boss logo. Either they think they won a monopoly and now treat there customers like as if they don't matter. Or they must have hired all the degenerates from bosslogo. Whatever happened, my business is going elsewhere. Very troubling. Very rude. Refuse to make things right.

Poor Customer Service and Complicated service. I have been trying to get business cards printed for a week but every time I uploaded the file, I would get a file reject email. I have changed everything from the specs of the card to the formatting that they are requesting but I was unable to get NO WHERE. I called tech support that they were just as helpful as the instructions. They couldn't explain a thing and kept telling me to reference the upload guide. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!

Looked really promising. I registered and qualified for an account. First time I tried to upload a job there were technical issues and the order could not be completed. Had a live chat and wanted to upload a screen shot to show SinaLite what was happening but they didn't have that capabiity. Very frustrating especially for a first-time customer.

Sinalite has made my job much much easier. Their products are great quality and you can receive your jobs in a fast and time efficient manner. The website is very easy to navigate and they have a wide variety of products. I have been outsourcing print jobs here for 3 years now and I highly recommend it. The price is also much cheaper than most trade printers!

Sinalite is great! Never had a problem.
I do wish their notepads online had 25 sheets though. Not 20 sheets.
All my customers want 25 sheets.
This would save me time asking for a custom quote.

I've been using Sinalite for nearly a year now. Although pretty much everything I've received has been great quality, I'm SO frustrated with them!
Every time I place an order close to their 1pm deadline, at least one thing from my order is rejected for the dumbest of reasons. Most of the time they say there's no bleed on my file. This is absurd because I've been a graphic designer & have been submitting designs for print for 5+ years - I know you have to have a bleed, obviously. Of course, I get the message, go to my file & sure enough, whatever they say is wrong ISN'T wrong at all. So, I make NO changes to my file and I resubmit & voila - it's now "ready for press"... are you kidding me?! Now, this doesn't sound like a big deal, but I have their shipping down to a science. Because of where I'm located, if I order Monday or Tuesday, I receive either Thursday or Friday. Anything shipped by them Wednesday or later is not received until the following week, which can be inconvenient for my clients.
Every time I've asked this company to help me, I get ZERO assistance whatsoever... just more reasons why I'm wrong. They have great quality, but ZERO accountability. Just beware...

We love Sina for so many reasons. Our thrust is to bridge clients art to their expectations, so when we found a printer with great pricing and a dedicated customer service representative, we were ecstatic. With others we wonder where our order is, with Sina we email and get a response within minutes.
Thanks you Sina!

We ordered brochures for a trade show, and actually had customers tell us they were too nice to take! One customer emailed us to let us know that the advertising we did at the show was a success, and we couldn't have done it without the professional quality of product that SinaLite provided. Not only that, the turnaround time was phenomenal! Will recommend to all the small businesses in our complex.

Have used Sina Printing for years with excellent results. They lose one star for being a bit too quick with surcharges. Added $25 to the cost of a $2,500 job because we re-submitted one of the pages of a 64-page job at the proofing stage. Thought that was a bit "petty".

It was done on time, I had no issues. Only thing I would say is that it is somewhat difficult to reach somebody in customer service to get questions answered.

I have been ordering from Sinalite for years and have always had a great experience until my last order. I consistently order UV coated cards on all my business card orders and on my last order, the cards arrived looking completely different then the normal UV coating that I usually get. I inquired with Sinalite and was instructed to mail a copy of the card back to them so they can have a look. After waiting a over a month and having to mail the card twice I finally recieved feedback that they changed the machine that they use for UV coating so what I recieved is what the UV coating now looks like. The new UV coating is far inferior to the previous one. The cards look much cheaper and not nearly as impressive. It's a very disappointing change. I only hope that the quality on their other products do not start going downhill as they have in this case.

Over the years they have saved my business a great deal of money. Mistakes are very rare but when they do happen, they are quick to offer me a free reprint.

Sinalite was an amazing company when I started working with them 3 years ago. Apparently, something has changed and you can see the results.
I ordered 500 business cards using the same PDF file for both sides of the card. I believe that it is more convenient when client does not have to flip the card, but has all info on both sides. When I came to pick them up it was obvious that the colours were different on front and back of each card throughout the batch. I asked two guys and one Sinalite client at shipping/receiving to take a look at the cards and they confirmed that it didn't look right. However, I was told to take the cards home and then submit a ticket. They said that there's no more on-site customer service and support ticket is the only way.
Alex wasn't rude, but they refused to reprint the cards saying that the colour shift is "within their tolerance" and that according to terms and conditions "they are not responsible for how the colours will turn out". They will be responsible if I order a proof first. In my case, however, the proof doesn't make sense, because I wasn't comparing colours on my screen and on the cards. I wasn't even comparing cards in the batch. I only wanted the two sides of the same card to be the same, since I used the same PDF file for them. When your logo is bright, yellow-green on one side and pale, faded green on the other side it simply looks ugly and unprofessional.
The company with virtually no customer service is not a competitive company in XXI century.
Finding a new company in GTA is a matter of research.
I would not recommend Sinalite to anyone.

Almost all online printing companies are automated and if you request anything "non-standard" you are quickly told it can't be done.
Not so with Sinalite. This is the ONLY company that gives personal service and is willing to go above and beyond the "normal".
I have been in the printing business for 38 years and it takes a lot to impress me... all I can say is I'M IMPRESSED!

This company offers great products and pricing. However, there is a sense of entitlement as part of their company culture. On numerous occasions, I find the The Customer service is atrocious- and I mean BAD. Infinite waits on chat, often no answer at all. Same with phone. Emails can take forever. They have no accountability for bad product, and hide behind tolerance issues. Their next day service sometimes takes four days and they hide behind the courier as an excuse. The Customer Service Reps are quite confrontational and are not afraid to tell you where to go.
If your files are perfect (as they should be) and your clients are not in a rush, you'll have no issues. But in printing, you'll find clients are always in a rush- and as a result, next day can't be four days. Picking up and sending a courier ends up tripling the cost of a job at times.
These guys used to be awesome. But they are slipping.
