I ordered a Suunto battery replacement kit and although I struggled a little because Simply Scuba have no postal contact with Bulgaria they agreed to send the package to a UK address and all well perfectly from there.

I needed a one piece light weight wetsuit for some diving to a warm water location quickly, I originally ordered the wrong size (my fault). A quick telephone call was all it took for a larger replacement to be sent in exchange which arrived two days later. Now that is what I call excellent service.

I ordered a mask and snorkel and was delivered 2 days later. Free of charge as well which makes it better. Free returns? What`s not to like about this company.
After the goods had been dispatched, I noticed the mask cheaper elsewhere so asked Simply Scuba if they would price match. They did without hesitation and refunded the difference within minutes.
Now THAT is customer service.
Would I use again and recommend? You bet.

Got some pieces of diving clothing but one was the wrong size and the other wasn't what I thought it would be. All arrived very promptly and when I sent it back the returns envelope was prepaid and the refund came through quickly. Friendly and efficient. Thanks.

Wanted some neoprene tape which was in stock. The P&P was expensive for such a small item so I ended up buying a spare mask to get free delivery. I didn't want another mask but neither did I want to be ripped off with postage charges. Delivery was quick though.

I recently purchased a new BCD, Regulator Set, Fins and Mask in the Faversham store.
The staff were extremely helpful, very pleasant to deal with and gave great advice.
Overall the service was exceptional!
They also have a great selection of kit for swimming, hiking and camping in store. It's a bit of an Aladdin's cave of goodies!
I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.
