When i registered for CSM course by selecting Toronto Location it showed me 699$. But after that my CC was charged for 935$ which was not acceptable then I contacted through Chat after which i called up Simplilearn and they are saying its in USD but no where it was mentioned as USD in their website. I have raised a refund request for the same. But they forced me to take the course in which i was not interested. Am not sure how to get my money back. Am job less and this is hard earned money

Am not sure whats the confusion. But still i haven't received my Refund. I have raised complaint to your team by September 8th but as of today i haven't received my full refund. But am simply getting mails from your team as below: Why there is a confusion in processing my full refund.

You will see a lot of 5* ratings for simplilearn. But I seriously doubt that they are real people. They sell their courses for 1500USD but they will reduce it to as much as 1/3 after negotiations. That should be a red flag!
Purchased a course from them and realised that most of the recorded videos are from udemy, packt publishing and some really old and outdated stuffs with bad audios! I asked for a refund after a few days as I am eligible for that according to their refund policy. They have not replied or refunded me and are not replying to my emails.
So if anyone is reading this. Do not trust them!

Please think twice before you buy any courses from Simplilearn.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with them and now can not get a refund.

I have paid for the course DMCA in November 2019 and have been promised that my batch will start 18.01.20
Before paying for the course I have specifically asked them when will it start as I needed to plan my life around it ( the course takes 4-5 months)
I have also indicated that I will be able to attend live classes just on weekends as I’m a working professional and can not attend during the business dates.

A week before the start of the course they have changed the date to 25.01.20 which was fine with me.

On 25.01.20 I was all ready to start, tried to connect to the live class but haven’t had any luck. I contacted the support team and they told me that the course was cancelled and I had 2 options from there: 1. To do self study ( which i could do anyway as it is included in a payment but it doesn’t cost $900 US I have paid for the course) or 2. Join the week days live classes which are happening from 3:30 to 7:30 a.m. basically at night.

Of course I wasn’t happy with the options and asked to a refund and here when it is all started:

They have stopped unswerving my messages or sent me just a very generic answers.
I have tried to call on support number and found out it is not longer working number.

When I finally told them that it is all against my consumer rights they sent me a message saying that refund is not possible as it is passed the period of 7 days and I can attend a batch in April- 5 months after the original time I was promised when I was paying.

I truly believe that if paid for the course which wasn’t provided I must to get my money back but instead of support and fear attitude I got nothing apart from unnecessary stress and losing my money.

Course is not covered properly. Just tried to finish. Batch size is crazy. So time goes in answering student's doubts only. Course is focused on completion not on knowledge transfer.

Simplilearn is an unfair and fraud company. I've enrolled in a Master data Scientist course, they took $1050 from Affirm in my behalf without letting me no. They asked me to set up a payment plan, it was a loan.
Don't do any payment with Affirm, you will be automatically under a loan. Simplilearn is a FRAUD & FRAUD Company!!!

Don't take their courses. They are very expensive compared to the market. They mention that they will provide 24/7 support for Lab issues but they never resolve the issues raised in the SLA they mention 24-48 hours. Their support is particularly pathetic. I have raised a support ticket to resolve my Lab Access issue of Azure mentioning that I have az-103 exam in 5 days and the issues have to be resolved ASAP. They are not bothered to resolve the issue until my exam is finished. I couldn't able to practice for the exam in the last few days and couldn't clear the exam. On top of my request, I called their support around 4-5 times their support is the worst I have ever seen. They keep you on hold for 30 mins with out any update. They will say they will arrange the callback. But you never receive the call. What's the point in paying premium fees for the worst support they provide. Take Udemy, wizlabs or other online courses which are 90% cheaper and have very good content.

Edit : I had to edit this as I can't reply to Simplilearn comment. Yes, I agree you have provided me with the answer but that is after 7 days. Which is of no use to me after my exam. What about your SLA of 24 hrs to 48 hrs to resolve the issue.

ok First off I will not suggest to buy or enroll any of the Simplilearn Courses..

The Problems I faced..

Dont Buy simplilearn courses. Bcz lectures are really boring.. How..
Lectures are thought in language of book. What i mean is the trainer is went on reading the text book line by line literlly.
When i wanted to purchase a course , an executive person named ‘Arnip’ called me 20 times and When i paid 45000 rs to the course even if i call him he just says “call to customer care of simplilearn” in the beginning he told he will always help.
customer care of simplilearn just sucks.. Really nobody cares.
No employee from simplilearn or lecture will reply to ur doubts.
More importantly how to you get code if you struck at some point of lecture. There comes the problem .. Simplilearn AI course has no GITHUB links or reference Links..
variable names , string names sud be small and understable but here its total mess.
after saying all this if want to buy course i have alternative way just buy one book study in home.. bcz simplilearn is same.

I've tried to cancel the course, as i felt it isn't save - for a reason that they are hiding the cancel process. I contact live chat, he gave me link to the frequent ask, and told me to go to "classes" which doesn't exist anywhere in that page. And say "he is not responsible for that, bye bye"

I signed up for a trial that clearly stated it can be cancelled any time. Unexpectedly $119 went off my account, long before the trial ran out. There is NO facility to cancel on ones account page on the website. Support is non-existent. I suspect a scam. They drag you in and then they drag you along making cancellation as difficult as possible.
Losing money is one thing- struggling to get out of a scam is more difficult. Save yourself the trouble.
