I like it for the most part.
It doesn't work flawlessly and it can be tricky to figure out at times but when I truly get the hang of it, I know it will be really helpful

Unforeseen circumstances that haven't been handled in the most timely manner. We really need more frequent updates while the number is completely down. We also reported a fairly serious bug that we feel is actually their issue, but they blame it on the carriers.

The mobile app is terrible. It does not send notifications nor update current messages. The web platform also does not update messages in the “inbox” when viewing the dashboard page. Customer support has been saying for weeks that they are working on it, but nothing has been fixed yet.

They are too quick to punish their customer who is not fully aware about the texting policy. I sent out a message about CBD On my first week. I WANST AWARE IT IS NOT PERMISSION TO SENT IT OUT BC I SALW IT AT MY GYM. Now SimpleTexting just limit my ability to send text. I can only send the basic level with limited amount of words. I wanst even place on probation or anything like. Straight up cut my ability to make new business and grow it.

Simple text helped my business to communicate more efficiently with my customers, 90% of my customers reading the text Vs. email only 30% and the only reason I'm giving 4 start because 5% of my good customers not getting the text for some reason and it showed delivered from my end, I tried several times even contacted the carrier support but was nothing they can do about it, they said it's not our fault. hope this issue get addressed and fixed, I'm sure I'm not the only one having this issue. thanks
