Simple mobile provides nothing in return for their unlimited plan. Service is so deprioritized I might as well not bother trying to do anything I want because I can barely do anything data related. Lyrics only you tube videos wont play half the time, streaming music even sucks. It takes more than a minute sometimes to load a web page on my unlocked gsm note 9, which functions perfectly with any other sim card from a different carrier. Dont bother trying it, web pages load faster at 2g speed when out of LTE data on any other network. I am on wifi more than 50 percent of the time, so I dont use much data. I live in Lowell MA which has flawless t mobile coverage. Their unlimited LTE plan is by far the worst one I have tried and I've tried then all i work on cell phones for a living.

This company should be ashamed to be in service and I'm sorry that T-Mobile has anything to do with them, and it soils their decent name! I got my phone stolen and getting nowhere on a online customer service chat with Edgardo, I moved to their on-the-phone customer service - three times their line cut out having them call me back - one text to my new number (a Metro by T-Mobile number and on the same carrier!) DOD not go through for five minutes and never did - the first time I went through three or four people - they didn't want to send my "free device" which is still free on their website and restore the extra month's of data I prepaid in advanced - let alone refunding it seemed impossible, finally when I wouldnt agree to a worthless SIM, which doesn't do anything for me - since I paid for their service - my mother paying the first month installment, which is how I got the the "free LG Rebel 2" and wouldnt even dream of giving me an already free device with a month's of service I wanted and paid for! They just wanted to keep it - and that's plain, downright illegal - if I got the phone stolen, then fine that's my fault, sorta, but not refund the $25 dollars back to my Mastercard Debit Card - that's bordering on shocking and definitely totally illegal corporate behavior - so if I were you don't call them or talk to them in person or on their website - they are their to make money dishonestly, and honestly is not anything you should expect from Simple Mobile - sorry, T-Mobile that your subsidiary with Tra Fone is so shady - but I want my money back in my account ASAP, or the same free device with a month's service credited to it! Either that or I'm reporting you to the BBB here in the USA, which would love to hear how you treat me and all your other customers you're scamming!!!

My name is Sarah Hochstetler. I was on a 50 dollar a month plan. I went to pay 55 dollars on my account online and it was taken from my debit card. What I want to know is why was the payment applied to someone else's phone number instead of mine? I called from my TracFone flip phone and kept getting put on hold was transferred several times. The person on phone told me it was a free call but it ate up several minutes on my flip phone leaving me with little minutes for the month and I really don't have money to pay for more minutes on the phone. I am on fixed income. I am disabled. What gives simple mobile the right to take my money and apply it to someone else's phone? You need to answer me correctly. While on phone refund was generated and was told it would be back in my bank account 3 to 5 business days and it better be or else I will be contacting the attorneys general office and reporting simple mobile for fraud. I mean it!😡😡😡
