Driver was on time and where he said he would be at airport.
He also came early on the return trip to airport to ensure we arrived
in time to catch our cruise shuttle.

724543 your transport turned up 1 hr late for our pick up! When we called the emergency no, the service officer kept insisting our pick up was 4.30pm! And she said she is not from Silver Shuttle! What a lousy service. Please change tour claims in your ad that you are always on time! We almost missed our flight!

It was such a pleasant experience to travel with Silver Shuttle. I booked a 30 pounds shared ride online around 10 days before my travel date. On the day I arrived in London, my flight was about 40 minutes early and I was worried if I had to spend forever to wait for my shuttle. Fortunately, my driver showed up very quickly, and it turned out that I was the only passenger of that car. The car was a dashing, clean Mercedes Benz and the ride was fairly comfortable. Furthermore, the driver was very polite and friendly. To sum up, I will say this service is reasonably charged and enjoyable.

Feel scammed. Booked a private shuttle service and was charged the corresponding amount. Ended up 1) having to share with other people and 2) not traveling directly to my destination. On top of that, the driver was late for about a hour and some and we did not receive any information from Silver Shuttle on how to contact the driver. We just stood there for an hour not knowing what to do because we didn't have a phone and we saw no people with the Silver Shuttle sign. We finally called the customer service hotline with a public charged phone and for whatever reason they kept putting us on hold after asking some irrelevant questions. I am extremely disappointed by their service.

The shuttle is not operated by silver shuttle. Hence, silver shuttle DOES NOT have control over the shuttle times.
On silver shuttle's website, it is said they will monitor the flight arrival times and be ready to pick up the customer. However, my flight arrived early and the shuttle wasn't ready. Next, it was very difficult to get a confirmation that my shuttle is coming at 615 in the morning as the silver shuttle does not have direct contact with the driver. They use a 3rd party company, from my understanding.
Won't use silver shuttle for wee hours pick up again.

They just blew off my reservation and payment and when I finally tracked them down to ask when they would be picking me up this morning I was told- sorry! We can't- find another ride. And if you want a refund then you will have to call us back. Horrific. Someone needs to sue them so they realize they can't do this to people.

I booked my cab early because I didn't want to miss our flight. But I had it booked for 8.25am to go to Heathrow. But I had to ring twice as it hadn't arrived until after 9am. I was told 10mins away, not so, then I was told 2 mins, not so. When the driver came he was courteous, the cab was clean and he took us to the correct place and directed us where to go. We cut it fine and didn't have enough time to shop duty free. Have had you before and was very happy, not so this time with the time it took. Lyn

Zero score would be better as I was left waiting at the airport for 2 hours. I rang after 1 hr and was told driver was 10 mins away. He never arrived and I was forced to get train then taxi at 10.30pm. Phone was never answered again. I sent email asking for refund and was told it was being investigated a week ago. Nothing since. Disgusting service!

The driver was there when we arrived and waited patiently for us since our bags were slow getting claimed. He was wonderful and gave us a description of sights we were passing on the way to the hotel, He was like a private tour guide, explaining areas of the city and the history of what we were passing through. In fact we liked him so much we asked if we could get him for our return trip to the airport.

The service itself was great but I could not find my driver for about thirty minutes. The only way to get in touch with my driver was to call but having arrived a few minutes ago I did not have a UK sim card so obviously could not get in touch. I used a public phone to call the company and was hung up on because the lines were all busy. After 30 minutes of wandering around I finally found my driver. There should be more clear instructions regarding where to meet the driver, not just a terminal number, but a specific location such as in front of the Hertz rental cart shop, etc. There should also be a way to contact the company without needing a UK phone line.

My experience with silver shuttle was okay, though it could have been smoother.
First, my plane arrived early, and though their website says that they account for chandes in flight schedules. I had to wait for some time to get my ride.
Second, there was no clear way for how we were going to meet the driver. Their website said that we would call me, yet it was I who found him standing in the back.
Third, I used the saver option which, according to the website, had 50% of sharing. I took this to meet that there was a chance that I will share my ride with 1 or 2 other people. However, I had to share my ride with 5 other people leading me to question that 50% of sharing statement. Was I ever going to get a ride alone, if the car could take 6 people. Furthure, because my destination was the furthest, I had wait for all other five people to be delivered first, which significantly increased my ride time. This did not annoy me greatly because I got to see more of London, but I can see this causing problems to others who may be more on a rush.
So overall, my ride was okay, but I believe the service should improve their website information and their system.

I requested a transfer to Heathrow Airport, to be picked up 11 July, 2017, at 6:30 AM. I was not picked up, and no effort to contact me was made. When I was finally able to contact SilverShuttle, I was told the driver had mechanical difficulty and would not be picking me up.
Thanks for leaving me in a very bad situation!

Collection booked and paid for prior, had confirmation email the day before. Collection time set at 4:15pm. Arrived early at 4pm. Waited until 4:30pm, then called the number. Person answered with a different business name and then confirmed that it was Silver Shuttles. Could not find my booking. The person called the driver on the other line, then I got cut off with no one calling me back. I sent an urgent email as well, no reply. Called again, was told the driver would meet me at specific spot. Waited another 15 min then called back again, same deal where they called the driver and I got cut off again. Finally they called back as the driver was walking down the stairs, just before 5pm. Was told he had to go pick up some other passengers so had to wait some more. Finally delivered to my destination 3.5 hours after I landed. Pros: Driver was polite and friendly. Cons: Very stressful being told they didn't have my booking, expensive calling them several times on roaming, had to wait a long time, not properly informed about what was going on. Not the stress-free experience I had hoped, would never book again with this company.

On the upside: the driver kept his patience during a tense, 2-hour heavily trafficked drive from Heathrow to Excel. Our request to change the return time to the airport was met with easy approval, no change fee.
On the downside: the driver was not in the arrivals hall when we exited customs (although our flight details were known). After he did arrive (about 20 minutes after we did) the driver held a card with my first name only (I believe it is customary to write the last names of all customers to be transported). This made it even more frustrating to find him.

The shuttle never turned up on Fri, 21 Oct at 2230hrs. I was there from 2220 to 2310. And I received no calls to check where I was. In the end i had to find my own transport to my hotel.
Please let me know how to get my refund back.

didn't show up on time; had someone answering the phones that usually doesn't work the phone lines so they had no idea what to do in the beginning. The person on the phone ended up being helpful after he was able to locate the information I needed.

I only gave one star because giving no stars was not an option. Silver Shuttle is by far the worst transport service I have ever hired. While I was trying to book online most of the website links were broken. I had to book through a link I found on Trip Advisor. This should have been my first clue that the company is both irresponsible and unreliable. Once I arrived at the airport, I was never met by a driver. I waited for two hours in the designated location (Arrivals, Terminal 3). I asked the drivers of several other transport companies, as well as the police, if there was another place that perhaps I should be waiting and all confirmed that there was no other location to meet drivers. In addition to these enquiries, twice I phoned the customer service number provided in the confirmation email. I was sent to what appeared to be a personal voicemail both times. It was not possible for the person to return my call, as I was using a pay phone. In the end, I had to book a taxi which cost 83 GBP. It is completely unacceptable for a transport company to be a no-show at the airport and then not to accept calls from customers. My entire experience has made me question the legitimacy of this company, as they have failed at so many levels. I would not recommend that a traveler even consider booking with Silver Shuttle. Although they are inexpensive, you will be expected to pay up front with no guarantee that the driver will show up or that you will be able to contact the company. Essentially, there is a very good chance you could be left stranded at the airport and not only lose the money you paid Silver Shuttle in advance, but also have to shell out even more money for more a last-minute taxi. I intend to leave this same review on Trip Advisor in an effort to warn the weary traveler that they may be done the same way I (and apparently many others) have been done by Silver Shuttle. The company should be ashamed.
