I may be jumping ahead of myself here, I haven't even received my first shipment yet.
So I will be posting an update.
May 6 2020, It was very easy to scroll through and pick meals based on my dietary needs.
There is such a large variety that I may have overdone it. But with the AARP members discount and the about $99 free shipping I didn't do much damage to my purse.
Since I've been isolating since early March I've grown tired of cooking and dishes, and I'm not risking restaurants so.....to be continued.

Customer service is great. Meals are very good and well packaged. I usually order on Fridays or Saturdays and food ships on Mondays and arrive early evening on Wednesdays. We
enjoy the variety offered for gluten free meals, particularly rogan josh, lemon peppercorn chicken and the fritattas.

Most meals taste pretty good. Some vegetables are a bit bland, but overall decent. Main items usually taste pretty good. Lower total calories, fat and sodium are good features of the meals, but some can leave you hungry.
Had one issue with a meal missing from delivery box but customer service immediately credited my account for the missing meal.

I left Silver Bistro MD to try other diet programs. This included Jenny Craig and South Beach. Neither was balanced and both were extreme and expensive. Silver Bistro MD gives me choices I need, that are healthy, balanced and affordable. It's the best way to lose weight slowly, but continually.

For busy, health conscious people these meals are great. Without exception, I have found these meals to be filling and require nearly no preparation. Plus these are the only prepared meals with what I consider to be adequate protein! I usually do supplement each meal with a salad because I am a salad fanatic, but it is totally unnecessary. The only negative is that such good quality requires them to be a bit pricey, which is why I gave them 4 ? instead if 5.

I like the selections of food very much but often have difficulties accessing my account. I frequently have to change my password when I want to order from Silver Cuisine. This is.very frustrating, time consuming and seems unnecessary.

Enjoy all contacts with help desk and they have been very helpful, the little cartoon character that pops up on the lower right side of the screen with no way to shut it off while ordering is very annoying and needs to be addressed.
The only real complaints that I have are your customer service hours they should be extended probably about 4 hours. And as a matter of courtesy when a storm comes thorough like last week,(And I am only assuming that they is why our orders have not arrived yet) If it is something that is going to delay delivery you should send out explanation. our order should have arrived last Friday or Saturday and we did not receive anything about it until yesterday (Monday 2/5/18) and it was a tracking # that was not useful until Monday night telling us the order would arrive 2/7/18 with no further explanation.

The food is great! Our only complaint is that when I start filling my "basket" with the food I want for my next order, if I have to go out of my computer I lose everything and have to start over....would be better if the order I start stayed there for at least a day or so.

Good healthy meal service
Majority of the meals are tasty and filling. Too many very spicy meals for my taste and too much added sugar in some. it cuts down somewhat on the number of choices. If you buy only on the sales, price is decent.

Food is well-packed and arrives promptly. It is always frozen hard because of the dry ice included. Most of the meals are well-prepared and offer intriguing food combinations and flavors. I feel I get the best values with the dinners. Breakfasts that contain egg dishes do not have an appealing texture or taste. Snack packs are tasty, but over-priced. I can do better preparing my own breakfasts and snacks.

Love the meals, and they are the correct size for me.

I wish they would change some of the offerings to minimize boredom. Dish portion, taste and variety hold interest over short-term. I do also wish they would offer all meals with much less sodium content.
