It never arrived at my door. It sounds like FEDEX dropped the ball and made a mistake. My previous 5 orders always went great and it sounds like you guys have no fault here but the delivery was at fault. Looking forward to doing business again in the future.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially senior citizens because the cooking instructions on the meals are inaccurate. The food is wet and soggy, especially the frittatas. When I shared this with customer service, I was told to wrap a paper towel around the frittata. It soaked through 7 layers and was still wet, but the pancetta and onions were under cooked. The turkey breast is spongy and filled with fluid and the chicken enchiladas also feature soggy tasteless chicken. The second customer service rep was not the least bit receptive to the issues I raised so I just threw out $99 worth of food. Shame on them. You are better off with Lean Cuisine: the portions are bigger and less expensive.

Delivery horrible. After our blizzard, roads were clear a week ago, by Wednesday and Thursday it was 60 degrees and sunny. Box sat in Hampton for 3 days! Still said I'd have it by yesterday. End of day yesterday, FedEx claim to have a weather issue and could not deliver! 60 degrees and sunny. .what kind of weather issue is that? 430 today, still have Not received it. Concerned in the warm weather so many delays will make food thawed and unsafe to eat..
