They charged me twice for one ticket. And I contacted with them for several times. After one month, they told me that they refused to return money!

This was a dreadful service. I was billed TWICE for tickets I purchased via showtickets.com, for a Broadway show, even though I had definitely only clicked the button to "buy" one time only. I called IMMEDIATELY and asked for one set of tickets to be refunded, and to keep the other set.
It took two weeks to get a refund, although the two debits from my bank account occurred instantly after I made the one purchase.
Then I arrived at the theatre - having flown in from out of town in part for this show. The Broadway theatre had only one record of a purchase of tickets by me, and that was for the tickets that had been cancelled. The show was SOLD OUT. Scheduling did not allow us to rebook.
My bank balance still is out for two tickets for a Broadway show for which I paid showtickets.com but for which the theatre did NOT receive any payment. At best I'll have to wait another two weeks for a refund - at worst, I'm worried I may have lost a chunk of money.
