It is one of my worst shopping experience. I ordered some clothes (Numéro de facture/Commande : 172130003) on the 10th June, 2019.
They received my returned items on 15th July,2019. Firstly, they made a mistake about the amout of items I returned which is 5 instead of 4. I contacted them by e-mails about that issue. But you know what? Today is 23rd Sep,2019 and I have never received any refund ever since that. Each time I use customer service to solve this reimburse problem, they replied that I would get the reimbursement in 5 days which I have never received. Their customer service is almost unreachable. I have spent a lot of time on this. I found it is a waste of time shopping in this website.

We ordered 7 pairs of shoes mid of June. Beginning of July, we received our parcel with 7 pairs, but wrong sizes (ll types of sizes) and wrong models (all types but the the ones ordered)! Nothing corresponded with our order except the brand of the shoes.
Now we have to send the parcel back, but because we're in Belgium we need to pay the transport first and... hopefully we will be reimbursed of the postal fee (we'll see if this happens).
The excuse gave on the phone was "Well this might be because we didn't have those models anymore" Well then you don't send anything and contact the customer!

I am so outraged that, although I don't normally post online reviews, I decided this time it needs to be done, to warn other potential customers and prevent them from getting ripped off, just like me.
In March 2014, I ordered a few things from the Showroomprive.be website (the prices were seducing, indeed); I received the order (in a plastic bag, no box), but one of the items didn't fit, so I decided to send it back (at my own cost! no free return...). Guess what. I never received the money back!!!!!
On 21 September 2015, out of the blue, I received an email from the company asking me to send them IBAN number of my account (as if it already wasn't registered under my profile).... So, all hopeful, I replied, providing the required information and looking forward to receiving my money at last.
Guess what n.2! It's March 2016 and still no sign of me getting reimbursed by Showroomprive.be !
I don't understand how they can still operate on the market without any intervention form the authorities. This company should have been out of business long time ago.
