Great experience, friendly customer service, fast delivery, just need to fix the language problem, only available in the countries language you are in quite annoying.

ShopUSA isn't inexpensive, but it does exactly what it promises to do, which is allow you to shop online in the US with a US shipping address. It then takes care of all the postage and Danish government customs and VAT paperwork so you can pick up your item at the local corner shop with no headaches. I have used them twice and been satisfied both times.

WARNING!!!: DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE, BEFORE READING THIS!
So, I bought 2 USB-sticks from USA, because one of them isn't available where I live. So I could also just buy the other one with it, as I thought it was a fine price.
My 2 USB-sticks was a SanDisk on 128 GB with USB 3.1 and 380/480 read/write, and the other one was a USB Rubber Ducky.
Total cost of those 2 items combined is: $108,68.
- Just to get that clear.
Hang on, because it's now time for me to explain why I'm so mad.
They wanted $84 for shipment, customs and VAT (fragt, told samt moms), which you have to pay before it's legal to import items.
But $84 is way too much to pay, for 2 USB-sticks.
They said the total weight was 2kg in total, but when I received the package with my 2 USB-sticks, it said 0,91kg!
So the few other honest reviews was right, they put your stuff in way too much package, which is such a waste - and a scam for the customers.
I even bought the premium, but I can't imagine what the cost would've been, if I didn't have it. Or maybe the premium didn't help at all, maybe their premium is a scam too?
Even if you contact their customer service by e-mail, they try to call you, instead of just answering your request by e-mail. If you then don't pick up the phone, then they will answer your e-mail by saying "We tried to reach you by phone, but without any luck. Please call us at (number)" or something like that. It's useless, disgusting, and very amateur customer service in my opinion.
I can't say this enough - DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THEIR BUSINESS, I CAN'T AND WON'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!🤢🤢🤢

I’ve used ShopUSA for a while. For my straightforward requests - shipping to Denmark- went fine.
On this occasion, I used their “extra service” - doesn’t really work well on a smartphone. I was unable to finish my instructions while creating the “extra service” order. The window closed and I hadn’t confirmed anything, so I figured I’d recreate it when I had my laptop. In the middle of the night, I received an email saying that my extra service was completed! I had never finished creating my order nor did I confirm it, however “it was now completed”!
I wrote to the customer service, they requested I give them the full instructions. I sent everything: list of products to be removed and paid freight return label for the web shop I’d ordered from.
A couple of days later I asked if I should complete the return under extra services. I received an answer “no,everything is done, just create your shipment to Denmark before 11 (that day)”. I followed their instructions and paid for my shipment to Denmark plus the extra services which was $25 on top.
I had the tracking number for the return goods, which I could see hadn’t been scanned. I wrote customer service about this and they didn’t understand me.
A week later I received my parcel from ShopUSA, which I was expecting the “return products” were removed. EVERYTHING WAS THERE! Including the products I had paid $25 for to be removed and sent back to the web shop.
I wrote to customer service and have yet to receive a reply.
So I’ve paid for an extra service I never received.
Do I feel cheated? Definitely.

I actually have emails where you agreed that it was a mistake and that I wouldn’t be paying for it, and now you are on here claiming otherwise.
But you know what? I am so through with your “customer service” that you can keep your $25, because it’s the last that you will be getting from me.

They simply do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I have tried several times on multiple occasions and still no response.
Come on guys pick up the phone or at least answers my emails.
