I have had enough of the shipping company with the website https://shoptomydoor.com
Whenever I buy things from Amazon and I ship to the warehouse they gave me, the always enter wrong value for my items.
They charge more than 150% of the worth of your item for it to be ship to Nigeria.
Just want a return of item back to Amazon and they want me to pay a fee of up to 100% of the item worth.
This shipping company is only there to defraud people.
Please stay away.
Imagine, the company won't agree for users to pay for their items at once, I will have to pay separately for every item.
I still have like three items that I refused to ship home because of their high fee on shipping.

I'll say this is the worst service for a dropshipping company, How would someone pay for a "Shop for me service" since 21st August 2019 and the package was delivered to your Texas address on the 26th of August 2019. You did not ship out this item on the following day which was a Tuesday, also you refused to ship out the following Tuesday 3rd September 2019. Then I had to call your customer service, and shockingly I discovered that a customer service personnel had just been assigned to resolve the issue and it will now ship out on the 10th of September and that I should expect it on 26th of September (max). I asked the customer service personnel if there was a way for things to be sped up, since the terrible mistake is from you guys, she said nothing can be done, I will have to wait for them to ship out next week. I am supposed to use this item on monday. I will never advise anyone to use this service, this is my first time and will certainly be the last

The sign up process was easy and user friendly, the customer service representative walked me through the entire process. The agent was quite friendly and professional. First impressions matter, my first contact with them was a good one. Kudos

Shoptomydoor is your to go Shipping agent and to top it all,they show the highest level of customer service especially the Tayo lady in Isolo branch. She made my experience seamless and would continue to use them.

Very bad honestly. The first time I used it, I got my package delivered pretty fast even though I had to pay more because the entered a higher value (2x higher than the normal value) for my package but I was happy I still go my my package on time. After the first time which was actually a trial I sent in a lot of goods through them and paid for the whole shipping cost(3 separate shipments). I've paid for the first of the 3 shipments for 4 weeks now and it hasn't even left the warehouse because they claim it's undergoing some verification (verification for a whole 4 weeks), I've called the customer care and sent emails countless times to no avail, they would never tell me what verification it is undergoing nor tell me when they would finish the process. I've also paid for the second of the 3 shipments for over 4 weeks now(paid the same day as the first) and it's yet to be delivered, shows it's in transit since 22nd of may after it took them 2 weeks to send it from the warehouse after payment. The last shipment has been delivered since 22nd of May and I haven't gotten any email that they have received it or anything. I paid a lot for the shipping of these packages and I'm really pained this is happening

Would give a zero if they had one. Have had my merchandise over 3 months and not shipped and will not return it. I think they have stolen it. In my opinion, a bunch of thieves. Four cell phones worth $5000 gone. Don't use this company if you value your goods.

Firstly they split your items( same type/classification eg shoes) and cost it separately so you pay more. Their weight and size calculation are ridiculous, pure scam. Then don't get me started on delivery and customer care. It takes about 3 weeks to 4weeks for items shipped via air which should take 4 to 7 days most to arrive. Customer care don't know anything about anything, so don't waste your time&money calling (that is when they pick/answer).
They lure customers in with free warehousing anytime but you end up paying dearly for it.
I use myus, 4 days delivery, it's cheaper and you track your goods with DHL even if I have to pay 4times of their monthly charges its way cheaper, faster, authentic and professional than shoptomydoor.
