Not responding to email, also blocked me when I tried to contact them through social media-instagram

I reviewed their website because I try to be a smart shopper. The website was made to look like this was an American company, very misleading. When I ordered it took so long that I was alarmed and then realized it was tracking from China. The product finally came in and was too small, low quality. I wanted a refund and have been trying to get return procedure from them for over 15 days. I feel they're trying to drag it out past the eligible return date so that I no longer qualify for refund.
