Purchased a large bottle of maple syrup from these people which unfortunately got lost in transit. I sent multiple messages to the merchant and received not reply. After I resorted to making a Paypal claim for a refund I received a very unhelpful message from the vendor saying that they would look into the matter which would take 7 days. 9 days later having heard nothing I contacted them again to be told that it would take another 7 days........When I told them I would prompt Paypal for a refund they stated that they would block this process (not sure how they think they can do that). Anyway, a few days later Paypal issued me with a refund so the matter is resolved. I will never again do any business with these clowns!
