The shop promises "Free 3 day delivery inside the EU". Mine took 8 days to Finland which clearly is inside the EU and inside the area marked in their "small print" map.
Otherwise the buying experience was nice: simple, friendly and I was given an unexpected small discount. Also, a tracking code for the parcel was given, which is not so common. And yes, the UPS delivery was free, so cost-wise the experience was good.

I am still waiting an answer from Epictv, because I ordered 3 products (all of them were paid) but I only recibed one.

Finally, the company answered in the right way and they refund me. Good service in this case and i will try with them again.
