SHIPPING POLICY IS MISLEADING; TAXES, DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SHIPPING IS NOT FREE EVEN IF YOU REACH THE FREE SHIPPING AMOUNT, ADDITIONAL COURIER ADMIN CHARGES COME WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVES. VALUE OF SHIPMENT WAS REPORTED INCORRECTLY(OVERINFLATED) TO CUSTOMS WHICH LED TO EXTRA TAX CHARGES. EPICTV DIDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES TO THE ERRORS, IGNORED ALL ISSUES AND CONCERNS AND HAD NO INTENTION TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

The prices are very good, but my experience has been so bad I will not purchase products from them again. I live in the states, and the “two day” delivery is via DHL. I ordered climbing gear two weeks ago and am still waiting for its delivery. Despite my calls and efforts to facilitate delivery, it seems DHL will deliver whenever they get around to it. So if you’re excited about getting your new gear in a timely manner as promised, well, don’t hold your breath.
My experience with Epic Tv Shop was at least as frustrating. My first purchase went smoothly enough, and I was willing to overlook the delivery issues even though the choice to go with DHL was Epic’s, but I was unable to complete a second purchase. I kept getting error messages at the payment stage. Called my bank and was told no problems on their end, so I contacted Epic customer service. At first I was told to go back and edit my personal info, “just add some extra spaces here and there and let us know how it goes,” he said. Well I tried that. Pointless. I contacted customer service again and this time was told their fraud team saw “patterns of suspicious behavior” on my account. Interesting, since I had only made one purchase. They explained they couldn’t go into details because it’s a security issue but they hoped I would understand. They told me to do a bank transfer for additional purchase. Well there are extra charges involved with that process, so I think I’m being reasonable when I say thanks but no thanks. Overall, pretty lame. If you live in the states, try Backcountry.com as an alternative. They have decent gear and prices, and more importantly, they are much more reliable.

I just bought shoes that did not fit and trying to exchange. I kept packaging the same and sent it back however after spending $45 to sent back to France, package is being refused. When trying to speak with customer service representatives, they only gave vague replies.
I went through a courier service to have to parcel delivered and even gave the representatives the parcel delivery number which I could easily track online through laposte.fr however they continue to state that they can't do that and that they never received the package. I have kept all proof that laposte courier tried to deliver the package.
I should have saved my money and bought it from a local store or site; it would have been cheaper and get proper fitted shoes. Don't do not recommend to buy from this site. If you do, use caution. Make sure you know your size because returns will be costly and you are not guaranteed to get an exchange or return of your money even if you never worn the shoe for climbing.

To be honest if I could give minus stars then I would have!
I was told about this site by a friend & after looking at the site I thought the company looked pretty good, professional looking webpage, quick delivery and good prices, don't let this deceive you!
I ordered a couple of items from their online shop on xmas day which were showing as in stock and they would be with me in 3 days (great, I couldn't wait to get back on the slopes). Now I didn't expect it to be on time during this busy delivery period but I would never have expected this appalling service!
It had been over a week since I'd ordered the items so I logged onto my account and it said that the items were now out of stock and waiting on delivery (fair enough I thought as over the xmas period stock can get mixed up) so I sent an email asking for a possible delivery date, after 3 days I had still had no reply, hhmmm!? So I logged onto my epic tv shop account again and they had now cancelled my order but had sent me nothing to tell me of this! (Even now, days after them cancelling my order I have heard nothing!) They do annoyingly keep sending me their super spam emails through though so any case of an incorrect email from me would be rubbish!
Absolutely disgusting service and now thanks to epic the holiday period is over & I've been unable to hit the slopes before starting back to work, thanks epic you really are 1 in million!
