I had sent 3 emails asking to change an order to the support team. This was immediatley as i placed the order in.
No response, so i sent another email the followimg day.... and the next day to mo avail.
I received an email on the 3rd day informing my order has been sent.
When the items arrived, i finally managed to get a response from support and all they couls say was they did not receive my emails - yet i provided a screenshot demonstrating all the ones i have received.
My climbing companion ordered nuts and hexes just 1 week prior ..... was given 1 hex short and will not send it to him.
Appears to be a good company, although the support lets it down when things go wrong.

Very responsible company and return money. Second time when i ordered a climbing ropes to Serbia, they arrived in three days.The only problems is Serbian customs which is expensive. Still i'm happy as a little kid when he gets a new toy :)

I live in Sweden and I've ordered from them 4 times now and with the exception of the first of those times, the equipment arrived very quickly. On the first occasion was just bad timing with combined public holidays in France and Sweden.
They have a good range of equipment and good reviews and even some review videos of the products.

Absolutely so stressed with them
My item on order 340503 but even though I just got it today it says unavailable to return. The live chat service does not work, no one answers emails. It's my right to return and no one is helping me, why. You are really really upsetting me about this. Its perfectic

Used to shop a lot with them when I lived in France and never had a problem. Moved to the UK and ordered my birthday present, DPD has lost the parcel (3 weeks now). We notified EpicTV Shop, asked for a refund and NOTHING was done, when it's them that should be chasing the parcel and refund us ASAP since they don't have the items in stock anymore. We're still waiting... probably for nothing!

It’s my first time shopping on epictv and I was pleased to see that they had a great selection with equally good prices. Upon arrival of my climbing shoes, I found that the box was labelled with the correct size that I ordered but the shoes in the box didn’t match this. I’m really quite disappointed. Everything else that I ordered was correct but by reading previous comments and reviews here it seems that this isn’t the first time that something like this has happened to customers.
***UPDATE*** After emailing them with proof of the mistake I received a very apologetic response and they’re to send me a free returns label. Really appreciative of this. I’m sure the mistake was an accident and I’m really grateful that they’re happy to fix it for me.

EpicTV ships out orders fast, within the next working day. Their prices are usually the cheapest in the EU, and they have a flat rate for shipping which is of good value if you are buying a lot of stuff. Customer service is responsive too. I will definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future.

I just bought shoes that did not fit and trying to exchange. I kept packaging the same and sent it back however after spending $45 to sent back to France, package is being refused. When trying to speak with customer service representatives, they only gave vague replies.
I went through a courier service to have to parcel delivered and even gave the representatives the parcel delivery number which I could easily track online through laposte.fr however they continue to state that they can't do that and that they never received the package. I have kept all proof that laposte courier tried to deliver the package.
I should have saved my money and bought it from a local store or site; it would have been cheaper and get proper fitted shoes. Don't do not recommend to buy from this site. If you do, use caution. Make sure you know your size because returns will be costly and you are not guaranteed to get an exchange or return of your money even if you never worn the shoe for climbing.

Don't buy anything from EpicTV Shop.
It's not the first time I order climbing gear from France (using AlpineTrek) or from Italy (using oliunid) and it NEVER happened to me to have such a crap shipping service.
It's been almost 1 WEEK and my parcel is still somewhere in France!! I spent over £150 and this is supposed to be their 'Quick Delivery' option.
No useful update on the tracking website, and it is not possible to have an estimated delivery date (bare in mind that the parcel requires a signature, which makes it way worse).
No live chat to get help on the website.
I emailed the support and their answer was, I quote ".. I think it will be delivered in these days": thank you so much, very helpful, right?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!

EpicTV provide an excellent service based on their expertise in the field of climbing and outdoor equipment, My only critism would be their postage charges and the lack of clarity about whether orders are coming from the UK or mainland Europe. That said they will continue to be in my top three providers of gear.

I ordered multiple items and received everything except a pair of 100+ euros worth of sunglasses that were stolen from inside the parcel... Here is the e-mails I exchanged with the company:
Me: ''Hello! I just received my order and the sunglasses (addidas evil eye) were missing! The box was there but the sunglasses are not inside!''
Epic: ''Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email, we’re sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem with your last order.All our products are carefully inspected before dispatching is the parcel arrived damaged.? We at EpicTV apologise for any inconvenience caused.''
Me: ''Thank you for replying! No, the parcel was not damaged. Also the sunglasses box was in place but the sunglasses were missing. I noticed that on your website before I made the order, there was only 1 piece of sunglasses in stock, and now after the delivery it still says ''1 in stock''. Maybe the sunglasses were left out and are still ath the shop?''
Epic: ''Thank you for your email, we’re sorry to hear that you have experienced a problem with your last order. All our products are carefully inspected before dispatching, we there we 2 product in stock at the time of the order we are currently check-in got to get confirmation that the parcel was complete. We at EpicTV apologise for any inconvenience caused.''
Me: ''Just saying to me sorry doesn't fix anything. I paid for it and I didn't get what I ordered. Even if your orders are inspected carefully, you trusted a particular shipping company. Since you chose the shipping company, it's your responsibility to check with that company for the specific order so I can at least get my money back. I am not giving 100+ euros to get nothing.''
I did not get any answer after this. It might be a long time since the order was completed (8/2018) but if I don't get my money back or new sunglasses I will sue them for sure.
