So I ordered for the last time with this site. It took them five days just to ship my order, then it took 11 days to arrive. There was no option to pay for faster shipping, nor is there any indication of when it will arrive prior to ordering. Needless to say this was late for my vacation.
I emailed them and it took them 5 days to respond to that and their response were as generic as it gets. I was about to return a couple items then realized there is no return label included.

I have never written a review before but had to write one about this company. If you live in the UK avoid this company! Ordered an item which took almost 10 days to arrive, only to find out that the item was faulty. I returned the Item and it’s been over 14days no refund. I have been trying to contact them and can’t get through to anyone. I am patiently waiting for the retail time scale to pass before I take further actions. This is unacceptable pple shouldn’t chase a company for their money! Very unprofessional and unacceptable!

We placed a order over a week ago. It’s been in processing for a week. I tried to contact but number does not work. I tried email and no response . I should have done more research on this site before ordering . Great prices but the product never comes with the time they promise .

I ordered 14 shirts from Bestseller.com and unfortunately had to returned 12 of them because they were too small. So I returned 12 items and I got refunded for only 10 items. Two of them, which are “Truexcore T-Shirt with printed sleeves (Rosin/L)” and “Truexcore Seamless Training T-Shirt (Navy Blazer/ M/L)” (ORDER 5000124694), are missing in refunded list. Anyone experienced a similar problem with them?

Don't let the reviews scare you...
I honestly don't understand why the most recent reviews are so awful. They must be the for a different site. It freaked me out at first. i put my order in on March 15th, and received it on March 20th. The only issue I had was that I couldn't see the actual shipping information. But I emailed customer service and they let me know within a day that my order was on its way. It just showed up in the mail on the 20th so it was a nice surprise after thinking I had been scammed.
Also the jacket I ordered is unbelievably exactly what I was hoping it would be.

Worst customer service ever , never going to shop there again , firstly cant reach customer service its takes 5 days to talk to real person then you cant apply coupon code beacuse it shop be applied at time of purchase but when you cant talk to customer rep how you know why you cant apply it and then when you spend 100 of dollar later they get away by saying cant apply now ,you can return the stuff and reorder like seriously what the point of customer service .. who cant honor a deal wow ..

My son who is 15 placed an order on the 11/06/19
To date we still haven’t received this item.
My son has emailed them requesting a refund. Nothing!
I have phoned them on the number stated for customer services, 3 times the phone was put down on me without even speaking to myself. I then waited over 40 minutes to still not get through.
Absolutely disgusting customer service.
We want a refund!!!!

Ordered quite a lot of clothes online and never received a confirmation email. After I asked customer service why the confirmation never came although I had been charged the full amount, they answered that there had been a technical problem and that my order because of this was not completed (and that I wouldn’t receive my order). They promised that I would get back my money within 5 working days. Over a week later I asked where my money was and got the answer that it will take up to 30 days. I will never order anything from Bestseller again.

One week after ordering, I received notification that not one, not two, not three, not four, but FIVE OUT OF EIGHT of the items I ordered were in fact "out of stock" and I will not be receiving them. Also impossible to reach customer support and the contact form on the site yields a persistent error "There was an error submitting your ticket, please try again." This company is ABYSMAL and PATHETIC. Avoid at all costs.

I'm amazed this company has an average of 4 stars, maybe it depends in what country you're getting the customer service, but in the UK the customer service is non-existent. They don't order within 3-5 days, you can't speak to anyone about your order, and are then waiting ages for your refund, and not even told if they've received your goods or not. In my opinion this company is as worse as GEOX.

Whatever you do, do not purchase goods via the Bestseller Jack&Jones online store. Customer service is at the very least woefull and rude, delivery takes for ever, using online chat results in nothing short of a could not care less attitude, when you do find a UK contact number you are told that the UK country managers do not speak to customers, the online contact staff will tell you 'you can cancel the contract, but you cannot cancel the goods' even though they have not arrived. By the middle of next week, I will have a UK complaints Bestseller web site up and running as i am aware in the short time that I have been making enquieries that i am one of many with such complaints. BUYER BEWARE. This is also being covered on Facebook, Instagram and the other Bestseller Trustpilot areas such as Jack and Jones etc.

I recently placed a large order with them and a week later it's still not even been shipped and the order doesnt shown my account page although they have taken the money. I have emailed them but that also takes 4 days. Your better off going direct to the brands themselves.

I placed an order which was supposed to arrive last week. I have checked my Tracking Order and status not updated since 31 March advising Order Placed. I have tried emailing to no avail. Money was quick enough to be deducted from my account. This item is required for a holiday this Friday 12 April.

Bought a suit from Selected Homme brand,
It came in a very well packaged way.
Unfortunately, the fit was too tall for me, but I got the refund me after the return very quick !
Overall I felt like the quality of the tissue was nice, and the service was on point. Very easy return and package was very good.

Placed my order on Sunday for a J.Lindeberg item I purchased from the J.Lindeberg website . After 4.5 days my order status still shows as only ‘ PLACED ‘. This is after they have taken the money !! No order confirmation , delivery status and the usual tracking info . I paid a premium to use collect+ as I’m away from home through the day and I find this service convenient. Again I’ve heard nothing from Collect + which means nothing has been forwarded to them concerning my order . Try getting through to this company ? No telephone or at least a voicemail states it’s out of their working hours !! Really , I tried throughout the day . You email them and you get an automated response that they will come back to you within 4 days , we’ll I’ve heard nothing and it’s been 2 days + . This type of customer service having purchased a premium product is ABYSMAL. This is quite easily the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had , terrible . You do not take people’s money without offering customer service to back it up . And before Bestseller respond to this review with the order number doesn’t relate to us , it does , the j.Lindeberg site is linked to you for payments and my paypal account was debited by you . Please respond to this with a decent apology and sort out your shocking e commerce customer care .

Respond to my emails not just this site. Obviously this isn't the first place I tried to contact you on my order. If you want to seem like your doing your job then handle them appropriately and stop ignoring my emails. You want all my information at least read them and respond to me using a platform I could obviously respond back to you with. Now you just got another deduction for the day and it's fits. Don't make the mistake of buying from them, it's just a waste of time.

Bought 4 items and got the shipment confirmation email telling me all 4 items will be delivered in one package.
2 weeks later I got my package with only 3 items in it. Ridiculously, the invoice attached in the package has only 3 items listed.
I'm pretty sure that I paid for all 4 items.
So WHERE IS THAT MISSING ITEM?
I tried to call the customer service number 1-855-998-7363 and all it told me is to leave my number and NOBODY called me back.
I sent them a few emails just now. If there still is no one to respond, I'm going to take legal actions.
