Waiting for almost two weeks for my order to arrive, emailed the company about the delay.
I got the response that my order was automatically cancelled from their system, because I chose the EXCHANGE way of payment and I had no revious orders on their site (!)

Cancelled my order right after finishing because I realised I ordered the wrong colour.
Send two e-mails regarding the cancellation. Received the product anyway. Asked about the refund for the costs for sending it back. Got a reply that they really did nothing wrong since all orders are forwarded directly to the distributor.
That is not really my problem, is it? In Holland we have a right to cancel a purchess with the next two days or so. I cancelled mine within five minutes.
I got a link to the information page for returns, that also mentioned the costs would be for me. But it’s not a return, it’s a cancellation and a mistake from Shooos not offering the possibility for cancellation that is provided by Dutch law. After being told that he would ask his supervisor about options, never heard of them again.

Bad experience with product exchange:
Shooos.nl already makes you pay for shipping, even though most other companies offer it for free, but I guess this is otherwise a cost to the seller, so fair enough. But when I then wanted to exchange my shoes for a bigger size, I also was made to pay for my own the return shipping, even though this is not clear from their website, costly and misleading.
I then also found out that I am not asked to ship back the product within the Netherlands, but abroad, making these shipping costs even more expensive, even though the shooos.nl website URL on which I ordered the shoes was Dutch.
These return costs and process are not clearly stated on their website, and so you expect a similar return process as with other e-retailer, but clearly they make you pay additional costs.
When I contacted the company about this, my complaint was shrugged off.
So my advice, stay away.
