Red flag #1: The website address says shoestears.com but the website itself doesn't have the same name. My experience is exactly the same as all the reviews on here, but during the time I placed my order a couple of years ago or more, I think this was with a different named off-shore website. This is probably the same scammers that I tried to buy Doc Martens from for $60.00. I should have known better! I never got a reply when I e-mailed them and finally I had to file a complaint with PayPal. I was told that the shippers sent it to an address that was fake and if I remember right, the zip code was non-existent. So they most likely never shipped it and guess what? They had my debit card info and home address, so I got a different debit card altogether. Why do these people get away with fraud like this? They need to be investigated and prosecuted but most likely, they will disguise themselves as another website and get away with this again. I would not be surprised if they were behind the Target hacker scam or the more recently Starbucks scam. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE JERKS!!!

Made an order, never shipped anything and wont answer any contacts. Never again will I make an order w/o an address or phone number, or a website that requires a paypal payment sent via email request. Posed as a domestic legit seller, but they are actually off-shore web scammers. Avoid their tempting low prices, it's just a come-on. I'd give a zero stars if it allowed.

Site is a 100% FRAUD! Do not try and place an order and do not send fund via PayPal. You will not get a response from the seller and you will have to file a claim with PayPal (or your credit card issuer) to get your money back. Buyers BEWARE!!

Don't order from this company. Lost my money.
Your PayPal will be charged at time of order. No product will ever come.

They are scammers...their account has no funds to do a refund...

Hello everyone, I just want people to know what has happened with me so that they don't go through what I am going through. The people working for this business have absolutely no sense of time at all, I ordered a pair of shoes on the 26/01/2015 and still haven't received my order.

I contacted them and I got a response saying, the order has been dispatched please use the tracking number to see how far my parcel is reached. When I track down my parcel it says it's in transit but it has been in transit for the past month.

So basically, its been over 2 months and I still haven't received my order. And they don't care because they have received the payment.
