I have purchased shoes from shoes.com in the past with no problems. Now, there online ordering is broken and will never come back after submitting mailing and billing information. So, I tried to call the order in and spoke with a gentleman who did not know how to deliver the greeting nor how to ask for the order. After 15 minutes, I gave up trying to place the order.
I called two more times with similar experiences. Meanwhile, my special coupon for 25% off for one day expired! When I finally was able to get someone who could take the order, U was told that the coupon was no longer valid, but that they could give me a discount for 15% instead. When I spoke to a supervisor about what had happened, he called me a liar!!!!!
What a scam!!!! Send people coupons that they will not honor and then call them liars!!!

Bought some Skechers for work to replace the Skechers i already had and loved.They changed our code so now we have to have black shoes.Had to send a pair back & no problem on refund.Have been buying Skechers for quite a few years now with good mileage on every pair.Found Shoes.com to be helpful & courteous.Thanks folks.

I didn't read the Trustpilot reviews about Shoes.com until AFTER I'd placed my first order. I was a bit concerned, but since I'd had good experiences with other sellers who'd gotten negative Trustpilot reviews, I hoped for the best. And that's exactly what I got.
I just received my first order from Shoes.com, which came well-packaged and exactly as I ordered. Fast delivery, i.e. 6 days from order to on my feet.
My interaction with Shoes.com was good. I cancelled my original order by phone, which was accomplished quickly, and I received an order cancellation email a few minutes later. I then immediately placed another order. Also had questions, which were answered by a Shoes.com rep by return email within two hours.
If all you're ordering is a pair of shoes and no issues arise, then most of these online stores provide competent service. Issue resolution is, of course, a completely different matter.
Since I got what I ordered in perfect order/condition and in what I consider fast delivery (many online sellers such as Amazon take weeks to deliver), I would not hesitate to recommend Shoes.com to potential buyers.

I ordered several pairs of shoes from Shoes.com on April 3, 2019. On April 17th I proceeded with a return of some of the shoes because they did not fit. Somehow, I had accidentally sent one of the shoe packages to Shoemall. Com. I received a package almost 60 days later with a pair of the shoes from them telling me the shoe was not theirs. I called Shoes. Com to try to resolve the situation. Their policy is no returns past 60 days... today is now 75 days. I thought it was nice that shoe mall returned the wrong shoes back to me. I tried to resolve this with a very rude supervisor at Shoes.com who would not consider the situation and accept the return... not even a store credit! Supervisor would not allow me to speak. Very poor customer service from this company! I will never shop from them again. The customer service stinks! It’s a shame companies are so greedy that they won’t do anything to make their customers happy.

They claim to have free exchanges but it's not true. I purchased a pair of shoes in my normal size but it turned out to be too large. I requested to exchange the same exact item in the next smaller size. I was told there would be a $6.95 re-stocking fee. I reminded the customer service rep that their site says free exchanges. He said the only way you get that is if you go to the website and buy the pair of shoes you want in the new size and pay the shipping charge all over again. I told him that's not an exchange, it's a return and new purchase and either way I'm paying for a new shipping fee or a re-stocking fee. He simply responded that it was their policy and that was that. I will never purchase from this place again and I suggest you stay clear as well.

10 days later and only a UPS label has been created by Shoes.com but not even reached a UPS center for shipment yet. They sent an email saying the manufacturer didn't send them these popular and current Avia sneakers. This is a lie. They send this email to keep stringing you along. Avia and other huge shoe companies don't stiff vendors. Avia and other huge shoe companies send thousands of shoes to Amazon, Zappos, Walmart and other reputable vendors without issue. Shoes.com is the only company I've experienced that uses this pathetic excuse to hide their deceptive practices. I cannot for the life of me understand why they're still in business after folding and being bought up again with the same horrible service that made them fold in the first place! Lesson not learned, obviously.

I had returned a pair of shoes to the address on the invoice in the box that came with the shoes, for which I paid the shipping.
After confirming they were delivered via tracking #, but I received no refund, I pulled out a copy of the invoice to call the number to inquire. That's when I 1st learned the company that shipped the shoes to me, put someone else's invoice from a different store, a different shoe, and DIFFERENT ADDRESS into my box. Who then had MY invoice? So I called Shoe.com hoping they would help to resolve the issue, which was no fault of mine. I spoke with a supervisor who basically said, "well, there's nothing we can do about our shipper giving you the wrong invoice with your shoes, you'll have to call the company where the shoes were delivered and get them back". Terrible service in my opinion. After I finally tracked them down to the company they were inadvertently sent to, (they were wonderful) sent me back my shoes, I sent him back to shoes.com who say they have "free returns" charged me a $7 "restocking fee". I buy everything online from reputable sites. I will no longer shop at shoes.com.

I have looked at different shoe sites on line looking for Bernie Mev items and this site advertised a really great price for the shoes I was looking for. I ordered the shoes and was dismayed at the $ 30. Shipping fee and the length of time to ship the item. I must say that I am a Canadian purchaser so I realized that exchange would apply but I was shocked at the exchange rate on the shoes and shipping fee and the outrageous duties that were applied to the order, so my $80.00 shoes ended up costing almost $200.00 with the exchange rate and duties. Shame on me for not looking further into this company. I can only hope these shoes fit as they are a birthday gift for a friend who has long admired my Bernie Mev shoes. Reading some of the reviews I am concerned about the return policies. Buyer beware the company is not on the up and up.

Ordered a pair of shoes and tried on indoors, sent back for return. Shoes arrived back in main stating the soles were too dirty for resale. Brand news shoes without a scratch on them, if you wore these in a shoe store, Shoes.com would deem them used and non-returnable. Beware. After this experience, interesting glancing through these reviews, seeing how many customers are experiencing similar situations.

They sell bad quality shoes. They also lie on there website. They say that exchanges are free, but they are not. I got charged for the shoes I returned and for the new shoes I exchanged for. If I was thinking of ordering shoes from this company please think again. Don't do it and save your money and time and go somewhere else.

They sent my shoes to my billing address, NOT my shipping address. My shoes went to another person's home and sat in the yard and in the rain. I did get my shoes, HOWEVER, one of the shoe boxes had NO shoes in it!!! I did just call them and after an annoying 20 minutes on the phone, was told that they are doing an "investigation" and it may take up to 10 days - okay, that is understandable - annoying and a waste of my time - but, understandable. I received NO apologies and was made to feel as though I did something wrong - what a joke! The other 3 pairs that I did receive do not fit - and even hurt my feet - so I will be returning. There is a $6.95 fee PER PAIR for "restocking". Again, what a joke!!! Per pair is ridiculous AND, after the companies' mistakes they should be waiving those fees!!!

Very concerned having read these reviews. I have been trying to link in with the DHL returns page they link to as boots not right fit for my relation and need a refund so she can purchase elsewhere. Only reason we went to this company is that they promise refunds if shoes are not the right fit. Have emailed them with no response. Also concerned as they are using Amazon for payment.
I have asked that this review is sent to the company and ask that they sort it out.

BE CAREFUL when you buy from this company! They recently sent a $30 coupon. I used it to buy a pair of sandals. The correct price showed on the checkout page on the website with coupon applied. However I was charged the full price when the item shipped. Customer service is not honoring the coupon and I am returning the shoes unopened. They have lost my trust

I have been buying shoes here for a long time. This time I bought a pair of dress boots and they did not fit. I never got my foot inside the boot and put them back in the box. I sent the original shoe box.. Tapped shut.I got a letter back saying they cannot take shoes back because the weren't put inside another shipping box. The notice also said that the shoes were "skuffed*. There wasn't a single skuff mark anywhere.... I never even go the shoe on! I will be taking my business to Zappos from now on!

I recently received a mailing touting 30% off a purchase at Shoes.com. After reading the exceptions to ensure the discount didn't apply to the brand (New Balance) I wanted to purchase, and having noticed the New Balance logo on the mailing, I placed an order including two pairs of New Balance shoes. Upon checkout I could see that no discount was applied to the New Balance items. I called the customer service number and was told the discount doesn't apply to the New Balance shoes because New Balance wasn't participating in the offer.
If Shoes.com knows that, why wasn't the brand listed in the exceptions, and why was the New Balance logo on the offer? Could it be that Shoes.com doesn't really care as long as shoppers visit their site and buy other brands?
Well, it mattered to me. I cancelled the entire order even though I ordered shoes that the discount applied to. And in the future I will throw their promotional mailings directly in the trash.

Placed an order and hadn't gotten a tracking number 2 days later. I called and was told they have a 1 to 5 business day packing time after which the 3 business day shipping that I paid extra for comes into play! Up to 5 days to get my 1 item order ready to ship... Forget that. I'll never shop with this place again.

Every purchase I have made was handled and shipped quickly. If you sign up for the site's reward program than you get an extra 5 dollars off every 100 points on top of the 25-30% off depending on the promotion at the time. They are constantly changing their promotions so I usually wait for the 30% off to make a purchase. Every once in a while i'll see a $20 off $60 which is a little better than the 30% which comes out to $19 and change. Overall i've made 5 orders from them and they all went smoothly.

I was worried when I read the reviews after making my first order, but I just made my 3rd order from shoes.com and I can honestly say I have not had any bad experiences. I read the reviews to see if something runs large or small, I measure properly before ordering and everything ships promptly and fits. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit my daughter who has clubfoot, I have bought shoes for her as well. Overall, great experiences.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes because of availability & price. They arrived via UPS in shoeboxes in bags. They did not fit so I got a Return Authorization from the company & followed the instruction in the email they sent me. UPS said both pairs were received by Shoes.com. I called to ask about my credit and they told me that I did not put the shoe boxes in a return box and the shoe box was damaged. I replied that they should have gotten a credit from UPS. They probably did but they also only returned $30.00 of a $170.00 order.
Do not do business with these LIARS & CHEATS. They should be locked up & sent back to where they came from. I did not speak to anyone who speaks or understands English well. So much for tolerance.
