This company is disreputable and does not stand behind their products. I bought a pair of Clark's sandals through Amazon and wore them twice only to find out they squeaked when you walked. Shoes.com will not take them back because they say I am past the time frame. First of all, I was out of commission for 2 months due to surgery. Secondly, STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCTS. I don't care if it's past 30 or 60 days. If a product is defective, have integrity and take it back or at least let the customer exchange it. You have got to be kidding me! I spent $100.00 on these shoes and they suck!!!!!! Shoes.com does too.

I do not know why anyone would be a repeat customer of SHOES.COM. I sure won't be. Their disrespect for customers is unbelievable. I guess they don't realize that their are reputable online shoes and accessory stores who DO care about their customers.

I accidentally shipped my boots to my parents' house and, after realizing this, I emailed customer care asking if I could reroute them to my apartment. They called me the next day saying that they emailed and got confirmation from US that my packaget was rerouted. They also said that if I didn't receive my package by that Friday that I should alert them immediately and they would investigate it. They were very professional and quick to answere and correct my mistake- very pleased with my boots as well!!

I contacted the customer service line 4 times today. No one ever came online to answer my call and the longest I waited was 62 minutes. I emailed 4 times to get an order status of an order submitted 4 days ago that is still showing "processing". When I placed order, it showed shipment in 1-2 days. This order is for a special event this weekend, and Shoes.com is not the company you want to order from if you are needing quick, reliable, customer-friendly shipment. GO TO ZAPPOS!!!!

i want to know why my order was cancelled without any notice?? Who does this??!! I bought the shoes and I went to check my e-mail about confirmation and I look it up and I find out it was cancelled!! I even paid to have the item next day shipped and two days later the company cancels the order; no notice or anything... ALTHOUGH waiting to speak to someone in customer service for two hours was a blast!!!

Shoes and politics don't mix. Lost this customer, as well as my 4 daughters. Too many other options than to patronize a company that practices political division.

I couldn't believe shoe.com came to me as a pop up on my phone. I had been looking for a trusted online site. I had a bad experience with online shopping in the past. I didn't trust online shopping ,but shoe.com put my trust back in online shopping. My Oder came quick and its exactly what I ordered right down to my size. They even made it convenient for me to track my order. Thank you again shoe.com I will be ordering again soon.

I'm writing this review while waiting on hold for a customer service rep for the 3rd time. Each time it's been over a 45 min wait. Not only do they take forever to answer the phone, they only have one very annoying elevator music style hold song. I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband for his bday on Sept 5th (it's now Sept 27th). They gave me the wrong pair of shoes. I sent them back for an exchange and got back the same wrong pair I got in the first place. This is the first and last time I'll shop here. Be warned. I wish I looked at their ratings before buying these shoes. Even the people that have worked there gave them horrible reviews on Glassdoor.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Shoes.com. I received the first pair with no problem, however, the second pair was a nightmare. First, they charged my credit card for both pairs of shoes even though one was not shipped. After checking the website several times, it still stated "processing" on the second pair. I waited a few days and then called customer service. They stated that they were having an issue with the vendor that is supplying the shoes and it should be resolved in a few days and that the shoes were available. I waited a week. When I emailed them and stated that these were still not shipped but were already paid for, they sent a "canned" response that the payment was "pending" with my credit card. I assured them, it was not, as I had already contacted the credit card company to confirm. So I called (instead of email) and got another nice rep on the phone who confirmed the error and apologized and gave me a discount code for the next time I ordered from them. (Seriously, like that would ever happen!) Long story short, after several emails that just ended up with "canned" responses - they don't look at any customer history when answering emails - and several phone calls, I gave up and cancelled the order. The very next day I received a phone message on my machine that said when they went to issue the credit for the cancellation they found that the shoes had shipped! - Oh joy!! The next day after that, I got an email stating that the order was cancelled (see where I'm going with the email vs live person scenario?) So... one more call to customer service and it was confirmed that the message was an error and the shoes were indeed cancelled and a credit given. Two days later, the credit showed up on my credit card. This took six weeks to resolve!! Needless to say, this site leaves a lot to be desired and I would definitely go elsewhere since there are so many shoe sites available.

I just want to comment on this. I have the unfortunate job of working at the customer service center for shoes.com/onlineshoes.com.
I must say though the hardworking agents try so hard to fix all the issues caused by this company, its very hard.
The agents are not the problem. Its the company. They limit us so badly on what we can actually do to fix all their problems for the poor customers. I empathize so badly with all the customers, and I truly do my best to help. But, I do agree that this company is terrible in so many ways. They also treat their employees terribly and expect us to help and solve problems for all you wonderful, obey paying customers, but give us so little to work with, not to mention very low pay.
I am truly sorry to everyone that has had bad experiences with this company. We strive to provide good customer service at our call center, but that will never make up for how terrible the company is, and how many problems it has.
I have been with them for almost a year now, and to be totally honest it was a much better company when I first started. But they've become money hungry jerks over time, and I totally understand everyone's frustration. So many workers have left due to the stress of dealing with trying to help you all with all the awful screw ups and problems this company caused for you all. I'm at the end of my rope with this company myself.
My strongest and most sincere apologies to all of you that have had problems, or haven't been responded to, or adequately helped. I truly care and the only reason I have stayed is to try to rright all the wrongs the company has done to you all.

I purchased a pair of shoes there and my order stayed in processing for 7 days. I tried the call the number 1-888-233-6743 and it tells me the number no longer works. I sent 2 emails and still haven't received a response. Not sure if this is scam company but I refuse to stop attempting to contact them unless I get my money back or my shoes sent. I will never shop from this company again. I tried file a complaint with the BBB.com but they have no affiliation.

if something is wrong with your order, other retailer will contact you but this company doesnt.
I have requested 2 day air for shipping but processing takes forever so I really wasted money on shipping.
Plus I waited about 40 min. to get to speak with customer service.

I order a pair of shoes size 9.5 2E, and they sent the wrong size - 9.5D.
Then they tried to make me pay for the postage back.
Then they lied 3 times about giving me a refund. I had to file a Claim / Complaint with Amazon.com to finally get my refund.
They are lairs and thieves. They thrive on ripping people off. Don't believe the positive reviews, they are all employed by SHOES.COM and get paid to write lies.
You have been warned.

UPDATED:
Well I stand corrected! I received my shoes today and quickly too.
I still say they should communicate much better since they never once responded to my emails, did not send confirmation of my order or any shipping info.... and don't answer their phone. But I did get my shoes, they were the right ones and the correct size too.
OLD REVIEW:
If I could give -1 stars I would!
No email confirming order, emails and messages are not responded to, phone number is a joke...no one ever picks up from hold. Never speak to a human, website never up dates the order from processing.
Run away from this company!!! Run fast!

Bought Uggs for my kids a first time buyer from shoes.com and they had a site issue and my order was processed twice. I called them immediately after the order was placed and after a long hold was sent to voice mail where I left a detailed message. I left another message that night, sent an email and left another message the next day. I tried again for the next few days with emails and phone calls but NOBODY called me back and the shoes were shipped anyway. I left specific details including all my contact info, order numbers and email. I disputed the charges with my credit card company. It's been 2 weeks and I've NEVER heard back from them. I should have done my homework before ordering from this company because there are countless horrible reviews about them out there...STEER CLEAR OF SHOES.COM!!!!

I am really like 5Stars Forex, with tightest spread and good time of execution. Actually, their platform sometimes adding a little bit of gaps but at all, they are excellent. The conditions they offer are really better than other brokers have. So, I fully satisfied with my broker. Especially, I like spreads and 50% rescue withdraw bonuses system.

I received the super cute Rocket Dog Jolissa Buckle shoes very quickly, but they are too big. So, I went online to request the shipping label for the return to make an exchange for a half size smaller. Nothing was ever sent to me. I checked my spam and trash, still nothing! I called in to get a return label sent to me and they have incredibly long wait times on the phone. Their automated message says to go online for faster service, but when you click returns online, the website times out! How convenient. However, the same website instantaneously takes you to multiple pages for purchasing. That's not a coincidence. I have tried multiple times to get a return initiated with zero results. There is one upside. I read from other dissatisfied customers that when they return the shoes, they never get credited the money they spent there. At least I still have a pair of shoes that I MIGHT be able to resell. I will never purchase from this company again!! Just because it's on Pinterest doesn't mean that it is a reputable company!!!!

Please note that the two days begin when they decide to pull the shoes at the warehouse. Thus, it could be four to ten days. Customer service only states that they apologize for the confusion. I am not confused...two days means two days or at least Zappos understands that concept. Good luck - don't pay for faster shipping.

The customer service is none existent. Will never shop again. When I spend $50 on baby shoes, I don't expect to babysit the order. Many sites out there with better option, cheaper prices, and good service.
