I had recently sent a GOOD review abt SHIPT...Well..I'm recanting my review!!! When I purchased my items they reversed the charge and made it as a 'credit' balance. I was concerned so I called my bank and they confirmed it showed 'credit ' back to my account. Moving forward....I was goint to use my card for a LYFT..the access was denied. I said o hell no..thas not accurate. I called my bank and it stated SHIPT took the money back out that they originally made a credit. Shipt has been BLOCKED from my bank..no more shipt..I'll just stick with AMAZON

I'm just trying to put this message out there for any other ship shoppers. BEWARE,the company could give nothing about who you are and what you do for them. I work for the company for longer than 6 months. I've done over 500 shops and because of me questioning my pay and trying to reach out to my support team about how shoppings been, trying to get feedback, they literally fired me and disgustingly did it between the hours of midnight and two a.m. So that I woke up to an email saying that I was just deactivated. Gave me no reason why and now I tried to contact the company to get feedback about if I did something wrong which I've never had a complaint, I have over a 4.5 rating and I always have positive feedback from my customers and again shipt could care less they took me off the schedule took my job away and then told me I was never allowed to be rehired who the f*** does that. Terrible excuse for a company. and also did I add they don't want to pay you, it's funny that when the company started you were getting perfect rates as a driver basically making that 15 to $20 an hour and now I'm lucky if I was making $6 an hour.

Just had my first and last experience with Shipt. My personal shopper texted me and tells me she has completed my order from target and is on the way to deliver it. All is well? Nope. Then I get the text about the items she could not get. Don’t you think the prior text should have been more along the lines of I tried to complete your order but could not get certain items? Instead you get the intentionally misleading text first. Great way to introduce a new customer. By the way the missing items were fresh flowers and coffee creamer which were plainly listed on the Target site as available for this service.

I Had got Shipt thinking that this would be a great app to save me time and get groceries delivered so I can get more done with my schedule. The first time I used it the employee couldn't find multiple items and grabbed others instead without my consent. the second time I was missing items that I still got charged for. I thought I cancelled my membership after that because they say you can cancel any time well I was wrong they have been charging me multiple charges some months within only a few days apart and I haven't used the app over a year I believe. I messed up and haven't checked my account in a long time only to find charge after charge and I don't even have a membership anymore. Be careful it seems like a good app but im not the only one who this has happened to.

My experience is not good. Only half the items I ordered delivered and not in the best quality. I canceled my subscription only to be charge for a year membership of $99. I am still waiting to hear about my redund.

They charged on my bank account after I already canceled the free trial, and it took two weeks for them to refund the money once I reported it. I'm not the first customer that has the same issue. A charge without the customer's consent is THEFT, and Shipt is knowingly doing this.

I’m so glad I signed up for the free trial... the service was horrible when it comes down to the logistics it’s been 4 hrs and I’m still waiting on my order to be delivered... the only saving grace is I’ve been credited $35 in concessions to my account... once I’ve used the credit I will immediately cancel my trial... while the all the reps I spoke to were friendly and offered credits it’s no excuse for poor delivery service... if I had know this would be a 4 hr plus wait I would have never signed up

I've only worked at SHIPT for 2 weeks and I have been constantly told to contact Shopper Success with any questions or concerns that I may have. I did just that, I emailed them a list of my questions and concerns on Friday, 8/23/19 and by Monday 8/26/19 I received the generic/automated email from that same department saying I was now deactivated with no ability to re-apply again with them (I wouldn't anyways). Fortunately, I do not need this job as I have a great full-time job with better compensation and benefits but because I sent them a list of my concerns and issues to get help or clarification and they just deactivated me for being honest without any other reason. Work this at your own risk, know that you won't get tips for every order that you complete and it is a lot of wear and tear on your car. There's other companies similar to Shipt that I can work at and hopefully they will value their employees more and have the courtesy/respect to HELP them instead of firing them for expressing their concerns/questions!

I worked from January to July 2019 as a shopper. Thought a flexible job would help me bills and allow me to continue chemo for my cancer. Had 525 orders shopped high rating great reviews. Then suddenly they deactivated without warning or reason. They are pathetic in treating hard working people like this. They give you no reason in an email. They don’t have the guts to speak with employees just send email and deactivate your app. I am ashamed of having worked with them.

I have been using Shipt for over a year and a half now. I love the convenience. I have to say that customer service is superb. If an item is missed, not to your satisfaction, or substituted incorrectly, there is never a problem with getting a refund. The main reason for the two stars is that the products I order are NEVER available. Sometimes 25% of my order is missing because the store is out of stock. I have even been switched to a different location. I think as a consumer, I should be guaranteed that the products are in the store. I am not sure where the blame should fall...Shipt or actual store. It is frustrating that I have to have multiple orders of a minimum of $35 dollars in order to receive ALL products requested. At times, I have actually had to go to the store to get products myself. That defeats the purpose of grocery delivery.

Ok I’m not going to bad mouth them because they carried me between pays but to get a email my shopper privileges are being deactivated for what reason I don’t care and when you ask they don’t give a reason which is a right to know why this is happening when you do your best to shop and get customers there groceries on time or even before or lil after delivery time of its on a promo . Oh I might been terminated because when I do get on schedule after I leave my FULL TIME JOB in the evening and after getting home to change clothes seems orders are sitting in promo and I accept if it fits my area . But yea it’s unprofessional of them too not give you a reason for your deactivation of your account. But that’s the bad apple of complaint I have .

The only downfall to this service is: When a store offers BOGO you actually get charged for both items. I had this happen 2 out of the 3 times. I was eventually able to get credit after spending almost an hour in a live chat and phone call. Watch your receipts closely.

I have been using shipt to help with elderly parents and a few of there friends in dayalisis. I place there order online and have it delivered when I know I will be there. I have never had a problem they are on time and helpful. Thank you for all the help now I just need for you to add a few more places.

I have been using Schipt for quite a while now.. Mostly thru their app i choose Winn Dixie.... BEWARE of prices u r charged on Sites Buy one get one.... I have filed complaints with 800 # several time because of being charged for both items on BOGO. last call I was issued 50$ credit.. I will nor be using this service again until they quit this blatant overcharging U only get thru their site BOGO not store which is what I did & still was charged for each... Its really too bad ...Walmart’s gonna beat them out with extremely fair store pricing with delivery. That have 7.95-9.95 fee but still spend LOT less because of fair business practices.... Shame on a business that can do sooo

The shipt experience was a true disaster: I placed over $100 items in total for 3 times. However, every time shoppers said half of the items were not available (even at Target). I highly doubt it. I assume the shoppers would just cancel the items if the price with discount is at the same level with the true prices in Target.

TL;DR: Don't give this company any of your credit card info.
This is my first time reviewing, and as an app developer, I'm embarrassed for them.
I canceled my account several months ago, only to find out my card had been charged for another yearly subscription.
I reached out, found out my account had the email address changed, and didn't receive a response for several days and they thought it was fixed already. It wasn't. I had to email again. 0/10

This company is paying nearly nothing.
First of all they gave me a target store 30 minutes away (THAT is not LOCAL)
Now, get to the store and the lady wanted nail polish in specific shade & bottle shape...they expect you to text customer and WAIT for a reply to see if they want to substitute item...
Then get to register and no priority like with Postmates.
Then enter LOOONG receipt #, take a pix. I delivered and lady wasn't home so I left everything on porch which was off the street.

I have worked for shipt for 4 weeks until I was notified that my account would be deactivated and the decision was final. No explanation after I have worked my butt off delivering all over Indianapolis, Indiana. Most of the customers are nice but their are some who think that they can treat you anyway they want just because you work for a delivery service. No thank you's nothing. I have noticed in the Indianapolis area a lot of minorities are being deactivated without reason. Also White Shipt Shoppers look at you funny in the stores and they do not speak. Their is a Facebook Group you can join if this has happened to you (Deactivated Indy Shipt Shoppers). They need to be sued for racial discrimination.
