We were extremely pleased with the service and will continue to use for future shipping needs. We left for a ski trip and all 6 bags arrived on time and in good condition. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 hitting, the resort closed the day we arrived so we didn't get to use our skis but rather returned home earlier than planned. Our travel changes were readily accommodated and our skis returned home in a timely manner. We will definitely use the service for our next trip!

They didn't pick up my equipment on the date selected, I had to contact them and it seemed they didn't even knew they had that order. When they contact me they told that the next day they will be picking it up, so I had to pay one more day at my hotel due to that.
I left it in the front gate as requested and it was gone so I guessed everything was ok. But next day I got another email assuring me they were going to pick it up that day, no excuses.
I had already left the hotel and started worrying if someone had stolen it the day before.
Later on they told me that probably they picked it up the day before but wasn't in the system yet.
I must say that the support team was always predisposed to help, and the equipment arrived to my destination in the end. But with all the worries I had, I would not choose again this site.

We had a been about to take a ski trip to Telluride in March of 2020 when the Coronavirus outbreak struck and all the Colorado ski resorts got shut down. We were unable to go on our trip, but I had already shipped our skis through shipskis.com to the property we were intending to stay at. Initially I was panicked because I wouldn't be there to pick our equipment up or to send it back home. I had considered calling the property owner of the condo we had rented and asking him to ship them back, but since I knew I was going to cancel the reservation I thought they might be irate and not help(they were understanding and helpful as it turns out). Thank god I trusted ships skis with this shipment and didn't just ship through a delivery company directly. Shipskis was able to cooperate with FedEx and reroute my shipment so that it came back home AND I got a refund for the originally-planned return shipment that ended up not being used. This was several thousand dollars worth of fitted ski equipment and they got it home to me safe, and it was properly insured the whole time so I didn't have to worry about it. Not only did this leave me free to put out the rest of the fires from this cancelled trip, but they also earned my trust and then some. Thank you! If you are considering shipping your skis on a trip but thinking about just going to UPS or FedEx yourself, DON'T. Things happen, and when they do it's good to have these guys at your back.

We had a great experience with Ship Skis. They picked up at our door and delivered to our resort in Telluride quickly and hassle free. I loved being able to ski with my own skis and not have to worry about lugging them though the airport and hope they don't get lost. I would definitely use Ship Skis again, and highly recommend.

DO NOT USE SHIPSKIS!!!
Every year we take the entire family on a ski strip and for years we
have shipped our skis out in advance. We have always used Luggage Forward with no problem. This year we used ShipSkis. What a HUGE mistake. They lost our bag. Instead of skiing with our children and grandchildren we spent the first day standing in line renting skis and more time replacing lost ski clothing and equipment. Instead of taking responsibility, this company points to the limit of liability in the terms of use. If you want to ruin your vacation, use this company.

I shipped 4 snowboards in a board bag to my airbnb in France. They arrived early, I talked twice with a live customer service person before to get a better idea of the details and felt completely confident that they would arrive and they did. I even got an email when they arrived.
It made our earlier travels from London to Paris etc so much better not having to lug a 50 lbs bag of gear through the metro stations.
