DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY, their customer service is ridiculous. The way this "company" works is diabolical. Changing price, losing items, finding them on the other side of the world then "destroying" them and not compensating for what they lost found then destroyed! Horrible experience from start to finish.

THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD! They even post fake "great company" reviews.
They quoted a nice price, but once they have your possessions they use them as a hostage to get you to pay more hidden fees that they don't mention during the quote. They send you the bill last minute or else more fees! and of course you have to WIRE them money!
They put you into a CONTRACT without your concent, binding you the 'other' fees that, according to them, ''we can't tell you because we're not allowed to know BS story".
$700.00 quote vs $2,500 actual price paid between their "fuel Cost $300, pallate fee $100, and of course, VANGUARD, which they WON'T TELL YOU ABOUT - $1,400 to get my stuff of the ship. Yes, i moved a whole 2 cu meters @ 410kg for $2,500. PS: vanguard charged me for the WHOLE container and i couldn't do anything because shippingquest did the contract.
These people are seriously disgusting.

Don't even think of using this company! At least before you see the website I put up to warn others about this scam at
www. shippingquestscams. com. They are pure evil. Last year, I booked delivery of some things from Joliet, Illinois to Shenzhen, China through the ShippingQuest website. When it turned out that they could not deliver to Shenzhen and I had to spend thousands of dollars to pick my things up in Hong Kong, I posted some truthful reviews online about their bad service. The two creepy old men who actually run ShippingQuest, the sometime orchestra conductor Winston Dan Vogel and Albert Abramov and their one man "IT Department" Javier "Chaim" Sajnovsky, first threatened me and then bought my personal name as a domain where they put up a website with a photo of me that they stole from one of my online profiles surrounded by sexually suggestive images under the heading "Erotic Massage." Yeah. I sued them in federal court in Chicago and now have a $100,000 judgment against them. Be Ye Warned. This is not a legitimate shipping company but a scam run by criminals that may not just rip you off but might also steal your identity.
Welcome to the reality of ShippingQuest and their Scam

ShippingQuest is a complete scam. It took them 2 months to deliver our boxes (from USA to Europe), we had to pay extra $600 when picking up the boxes on top of the invoice and our TV was completely broken. They provide insurance, but this only covers total-loss (which they will not tell you), not individual items, so we lost another $500. In other words, they are extremly expensive, not reliable, their customer service is useless and very unnrofessional. Do not go with ShippingQuest!
