I have used the company for 3 deliveries, including a hefty 70 kg new mattress from the U.K. and recieved great customer service even after hours when I did not expect them to get back to me immediately. I would say that overall I was delighted with the company's services.

After ordering some boxes from shiplowcost I had two days of phone calls because the driver didn’t want to bring it to the door but instead wanted to meet me down the road (he really huffed and puffed on the call when I said no bring them to the delivery address, it was like dealing with a small child!). I mean a delivery company that doesn’t deliver... as I’m pretty much in meetings most of the day to stop half way through one of them with 8 people because the driver wants to only do half the job isn’t really cutting it! Sustainable business model I think not!! After the 3rd day I asked where the order was I got told I needed to now collect because he had two failed attempts! Facts of the matter is that it was being delivered to the biggest office block in Tigne Point... it’s harder to miss than find and nothing more than laziness and poor service from shiplowcost but then I guess if you pay peanuts you get monkeys right?!! One of the customer service guys (or I’m assuming customer service but most likely missing the service part!) told me that they were a door to KERB delivery company whatever that is... I googled door to door delivery company to make sure I wasn’t dreaming something that didn’t happen but got evety delivery company bar shiplowcost so clearly they are on another planet!! Good for me as I now realize I’m sane again! So power to the people, you’re free to use this company but looking at the complaints it’s pretty clear that there is no customer service and if something goes wrong then it’s your fault. I certainly wouldn’t trust them to forward something to me after this experience. Good luck future shippers!!!

Be careful to have your phone with you and to be available during the 2 working days they should deliver your parcel as their employees don't bring your parcel to you.
They call you only one time, if you are already busy they will not try to call you a 2nd time. In fact, you have to be at their disposal and not the other way around !
Moreover, they are liar as they told me that the day before their delivery man called me but I didin't find any call on my phone ! QED
Furthermore, regarding the customer support, there is not even the slightest empathy and instead to find a solution, to turn you into a happy customer, they charge you.
If you can, avoid ShipLowCost and use other service like MaltaPost SendOn or "you shop we ship"

i wish I had met Alan, the user below, as we could have shared stories over a cold Cisk over the terrible customer experience that ShipLowCost provide.
Genuinely avoid this company at all cost, they will do their utmost to charge you for everything under the sun,
1 cm bigger box - charge.
over weight - charge.
underweight - charge.
I have only dealt with Leanne and Matthew, but they are the most inconsiderate people i have had the displeasure of dealing with, they know full well that it is within their power to consolidate a shipment which was sadly delivered over 2 days, to no fault of any party beside the courier who didn't know this was the case, in this case i was penalised for only 1 box that was separate from the order of 25 and was twisted into paying 2ce the price to ship that one box.
My point to this is steer clear from using this for your shipment needs, you would be better off putting a bullet through your foot, it would be less painful.

Their customer support team entailing Matthew, Jamie, Kevin and Leanne are the rudest customer support team ever. I have been dealing with them for the last couple of years and to my mistake, i was a repeat customer but not anymore. This company will actively try to screw you over by overcharging for items, refuse to deliver items for no reason and just overall bad service. No matter how many details you fill out, they will try to work around it. You can spend hours arguing with them but there is no such thing as the customer is right here, even when the customer is actually right.
Additionally, it takes forever to reach them by phone and sometimes will even stop replying on Chat even though they are provided with proof they are wrong. In general, I refuse to use them from now on. Sometimes you end up paying more than the actual item costs.
I have never been this angry at a Maltese company as much as I am now. I am steering clear from them and using other competitors.
With their new website setup they can overcharge you as they please.
