Never ever use this company!
1. I had 5 packages to be consolidated in one and sent to Russia last week. On Wednesday Sept 11 all of them were at Shipito. I chose special service to make final package as small as possible and paid for that $6. When it was made it was huuuuge! That doubled real weight (carries counted so according to dimensions!). Only after argue with support they asked to make it smaller and voila! It became twice smaller and with real weight. All that took 2 days. So my package was ready to shipment on Friday Sept 13.
2. Support manager Scott promised 10% discount for such inconvenience. Next day it turned out that it was 10% discount for every client for first order!!! So generous, isn’t it?))
3. When you choose carrier and delivery type there is NO ANY WORD that some carriers (Boxberry for instance) collect packages only once a week on Friday! So if you are not in time, you loose one week! And if you are rather short in time it may be extremely important.
4. Support just say this info when you ask about your package and offer no solutions. Just wait. Maybe you will be lucky and get your package. It is not their responsibility anymore...
5. I don’t even say that they get money for each and every step and final cost of your delivery will be several times more expensive than expected!
As a result now it is Sept 17 and my package is still at Shipito and will be collected by Boxberry only on Sept 20!!! Approximate delivery timing was Sept 23 - Oct 4. And now I have no idea when it will come. And on Oct 12 I move to another country... Awesome situation that I paid $150 for.
Thank you Shipito for all my lost nerves!
If you value your time, money and nerves - never ever use it!!!
Their competitors work much better, faster and cheaper!
