Avoid. Worst company out there. They steal ideas from smaller businesses, take forever to dispatch and the service reps are outright rude.
They also are hugely anti-semitic and so I could not support such a brand.

I was pleasantly surprised with this site!
Would recommend, how ever as it says on site allow a little longer to get to Ireland think I was waiting 3 weeks.
Clothes was good quality and for the value I was so surprised.

I have had a great experience with Shien BUT they consistently steal from small business black designers so I will not be buying from them in the future.
I implore all of you to reconsider purchasing from them as a good majority of their designs are stolen with no credit.
I am outraged on behalf of @flawsofcouture (Instagram handle) as she had one of her tshirt designs stolen by Shien with no apology, credit or her been given the profits.
It is unacceptable and we should all stand against this immorality. Please don’t buy from them, by straight from the source (@flawsofcouture) as I’m sure she would appreciate your money much more than a multi-billion dollar company that wouldn’t notice if you stop shopping.

Was very skeptical about ordering from Shien, as I read a lot off bad reviews . I bit the bullet placed an order on 11/06 . My item came today 17/06 and it is exactly as described, nice material and true to size . I have placed another order. Will be ordering more things over time .

I’ve had used this site twice to purchase clothes and have mixed feelings on it- some of the clothes are decent quality BUT you can’t return items if they’re in the sale & even the ones that aren’t they may impossible to return.
My returns label didn’t work & I received an error message & I hunted high & low for a returns address to no avail. I then emailed them & got a quick response but they ignored the request for my return address. 3 emails on & I'm now getting no responses so I won’t be using them again. The moral of this story is that if it seems too good to be true then it usually is. The savings you think you get are not really a saving when you can’t return items oh & I've read that when you do return items it’s going to places like Belgium & the cost is ridiculously expensive, poor show!!!

Like a lot of the reviewers here, I started to get nervous about my order when shipment was taking longer than expected. I came here and saw people sharing this concern... and I gotta say, folks, you will get your package! It will take a long while coming from China (that’s why the prices are so cheap!) but it WILL get there.
There was a gap in tracking where it didn’t update for a bit, but suddenly it was practically at my door! This is not Shien’s fault nor within their control.
That said, my experience was 10/10! Clothes either met or exceeding expectations in quality. Everything was well-packed. Sizes true to website description. Will order again!

Love the clothes are really cheap but good quality. The only fault is that the zipper on one of my many skirts was a bit difficult to operate smoothly and the shipping took quite a while to get to me, but I am not sure if that is just because I live in a rural place. Overall I am quite happy with everything. :)

If I could give 0 I would what a waste of time ordered 2 lots of orders and nothing showed up waited 2 months nearly they just made excuse after excuse and never sent anything and I was left waiting for refund and no cloths out of pocket angry will defo not be shopping with them again going for more reputable brand and save yourself the hastle I no I will be

Dresses I ordered came in a timely manner, however they are slightly different than the photos. the value of the fabric is very cheap. Not as expected. but they did accept my return. I will give them another shot.

what a mess very upset... just wasted two hours of my life on this terrible unprofessional site. First I could not edit my cart and delete an item, then it paid when it was unclear it was going to charge my card.. was trying to edit order... not possible to do. I could not edit my order so I clicked and it went through then I had to request a refund for every item..then tried to reorder the items I wanted and then it would not accept any of my cards - all credit cards with a huge line of credit all of the sudden no payment methods work... and I could not just cancel my order - now a refund is processing.. um okay... I am still willing to order the items but now it won't let me and I cannot get my two hours back is this site a scam!??! Seems so.... must be in another country what a mess. TERRIBLE BUSINESS model and website.
