Ordered boots and jeans for Christmas. Ordered Dec 3rd. Told after being on hold for 30 minutes they would be here by Christmas...today on hold for 40 minutes and told they will be here on Dec 26th. So mad! They dont care. TERRIBLE

Ordered jacket with garentee delivery before Christmas. Well tracking shows after Christmas delivery. I called, no answer. I emailed 3 days now no reply. I've called multiple times and the phone obviously is not even working. How are you even in business? I wish I'd read the the reviews on your miserable company before my purchase. Shame on me once, never again.

I ordered some boots for my daughter 15 days prior to Christmas. After placing the order the web page said that I would get the boots on the 22nd of December. Nope!! Lies!! I kept checking the tracking number and it shows that they never even sent them!! I called my bank the money has been paid. I waited a few more days and called for hours non-stop..no luck there!! What a joke this place is!!! Finally after getting through to them the guy on the phone said it needed to call UPS...really!! I called UPS and they said it would not be delivered until after Christmas. I would NEVER do business with these people EVER!! You cant trust what they are saying as far as delivery... as of today we still have no boots....as much as you pay for a pair of boots the least they could do is make sure on their end that you get them on time!!!!

Ordered in 29 november, all was allegedly in stock. December 10 no confirmation of shipping...called customer service and was told it was packaged for shipping and could not be cancelled. Two business days later it is still being processed and it has not shipped. Told them they better pull it because I am not paying for it.. again told it was too late. 40 years of history over.. better hire you some older employees that still believe in integrity. Btw, don't run my card already stopped it.

Like others, 1 star because 0 is not an option. Package delivery was promptly before Christmas, but it was the incorrect item. I called the customer service number twice and waited over 30 minutes each time and no one ever picked up. From a tip from another reviewer, I called the central office at 316-946-3838 and selected 2 for the order line. Surprise! Someone answered within 30 seconds. They insisted that I'd have to pay the $10 shipping charge even though they sent me the wrong item. This was after they implied that I couldn't get a refund, but then backtracked. I told them that I refuse to pay for their mistake. They sent a shipping label. We'll see how this plays out.

I ordered boots on Nov.20th. It's now Dec 20th and I still don't have my boots. I email them 5 times and have not heard a single word from them. I will be contacting PayPal today and getting my money back. These boot were to be a Christmas Present. Took me quite a while to save for this present, now it's 4 days until Christmas and I'm screwed.
Go to Boot Barn, you will be happier.

I ordered a Christmas gift to be sent next day. The website defaulted to regular shipping and I stayed on the phone 45 minutes to get this issue fixed. During this phone call we confirmed exactly what I ordered and the color. Received the boots on time but in the wrong color so again I spent 45 minutes calling back. I was told to go on the website, print a return label and when they receive them back they can try to reorder. There was only one left in stock so I obviously couldnt get them sent back and reordered that quick. I asked if they could hold or reserve or do anything and they basically said nope. Very unprofessional and not customer service oriented at all. Never shopping with them again.

Ordered on December 7th, it was pending in my credit card transactions for a while, then disappeared. I emailed them my order number to find out where my order was. No response. I called and the line was always busy. I emailed the customer service inbox again. At least they didn't run off with my money, i haven't been charged for it - yet. But it would be nice that while it advertises it ships within 11 days... it's been 14 and no customer service response at all.

8 days from Kansas to Texas, 4 days Texas to Maryland 3 days Maryland to my home in Pennsylvania, the belt I ordered is missing the screw that holds the fancy silver tip on, customer service was very difficult to work with. After trying to explain to her multiple times I finally just gave up...wasted $55

I ordered a pair of boots, and paid for expedited shipping. When I hadn't received a shipping confirmation a few days later, I called customer service and was told the boots were coming from the manufacturer and would still not be mailed out for 5 days, so, I asked if I could cancel the order altogether, she said yes. I confirmed with her again, that my credit card would not be charged and the order was cancelled, again, she said yes. Imagine my surprise when a few days later (so they must have already shipped when I'd spoken to her), my boots arrive! I checked my credit card and sure enough, it had been charged. I called customer service infuriated ... was told that no notes were on my account saying to cancel the order. Ugh. So, this lady said she'd send it to her supervisor and the refund would be expedited immediately, before receiving the boots back in the mail AND she said she'd email me a return label and packing slip to return them. Three days later, no refund on my card and no packing slip to return the boots. I call AGAIN ... the gentleman told me it sometimes takes a week for the refund to show. (then why was I told it would show immediately). Anyway, go to return my boots and click on the email that was sent to me, printed out the shipping label but now, no packing slip!! I have to call AGAIN ... and this time was told, a new email would be sent to me w/a packing slip "within the next 2 days"?!?!?! It's just a nightmare. I will NEVER EVER order from Sheplers online again. I order online for everything and have never had such a horrible experience. Stay away!!!! Go to a local store if you must buy their products.

Please do not shop at Sheplers, Its been 2 weeks and my order for one pair of boots has not shipped. Ive emailed several times with no response. Ive called over and over and 90% of the time the phone is busy and when i did get through nobody ever anwsered. I finally got through by calling there central office at 316 946 3838 and saying i needed to place a order. come to find out the boots are not in stock and they do not have a date of when they would be. Canceled the order.

The poor service of this company is UNBELIEVABLE. They sent the wrong size hat, and it took 3 weeks to receive it. When I tried to exchange the hat, which they said they would ship to me the correct size, but instead refunded PART of the sales price to my credit card, even though they screwed up the order. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Can I give LESS than ONE STAR?

It seems that this company only puts effort in their website and making prices lower than anyone else. Problem is they sell items that they CANNOT ship...EVER. Customer service call was useless. I talked to a Whiny girl that blamed time of year and the vendors. I ordered 4 items over a month in advance Deborah Christmas and they only managed to ship ONE thing. All the rest were back ordered. Why are they taking peoples $ when they cant ship??? Is this company run out of someones garage??? I cancelled the balance of the order but only received email confirmation for cancelling 2 items instead of 3 so I dont think this is over yet. Go to Cavenders!!!!!

I thought that ordering on 12/2/17 would be ahead of the curve and give me plenty of time to receive the items I ordered for my husband's Christmas gifts. They did not supposedly ship until at least a week later. Then somehow, the shipping continually gets pushed/delayed. 2 of my orders haven't even been updated beyond the initial "shipping" confirmation, and one of them has gotten pushed to 12/23. I've emailed twice (no response a week later) and I either get no response on the phone line, or a dial tone as if the number is not even in service...
Do not order from here if you want to have confidence you will ever receive your items or even have someone at the company address your issues.

I placed my order on 10/10/17, and today is 11/1/17. My order was supposed to be shipped within 10 days and I have not received anything. I was also charged 3 times for 1 product. Never trusting this site again. Going to return everything I want no business with them.

I placed an order on a supposedly available item that would ship right away. Three weeks have gone by and the item is still missing in action... It seems there is this Sheplers person (a one man band) managing this scam website, taking orders and then reordering from real stores, making us customers pay the real price of waiting so much. Then there is the return policy that you have to wait and receive the item to send it back and get the refund. Stay away! For sure!

Ordered boots on line for Christmas. 3 day shipment, it's been 8 days and the order hasn't even processed. I can't get through on the customer service phone line because it goes to busy right away. I've called 8 am, 12 noon, 9 pm, and 2 am. Doesn't matter it's always busy. And I can't go on line and cancel the order either. Electronic customer service is also no help.

They lure you in with the lowest price. They lie about merchandise being in stock. Ordered something (a gift), received confirmation email. Received follow up email that they processed my order (yes, charged my credit card) but never got additional email with shipping information. Called, was told it was in stock and would ship by end of the day. Guess what - it never happened. Called again. More excuses. Now I have to follow up with my credit card company! More time wasted! Stay away!

I ordered 3 items on 12/08/2017 for my husband for Christmas. All items said they were in stock and would ship in 2 days. I received 2 items but here it is a few days before Christmas and the 3rd item has not shipped. I have tried emailing them several times with no response and I have called them unable to get someone on the line. This is unacceptable!! You are quick to take my money but not to get me my items. Ridiculous

Ordered Christmas gifts on Nov 26, everything said "ships next business day" Here it is, December 7th and still products. Website says it was shipped, but USPS tracking has NO shipping info. Try to email "Customer Service" and the email doesn't send from their website. Tried calling twice, hung up after 30 minute hold times with no answer.

I paid for 2nd day air and got my package 3 days after ordering which is fine but didn't get a shipped email or a delivered email. Called customer service while at work to cancel order because I thought it wasn't even shipped yet. Lady was rude and I told her I wanted to cancel and said well it's still processing so I can't cancel it. When really they can they just want to make you pay extra to retune it. Then she changes it to oh it was delivered today at 11:53am you'll have to check the front porch. I hung up and checked my front porch there it was. Honestly from my experience I will NEVER order from sheplers again. Horrible customer service, horrible order tracking, and my boot box was damaged as well.

Had a return, wrong item shipped. Returned unopened immediately upon arrival. It took weeks to get my refund back and they charged me the original freight or some $10 fee. I would suggest shopping somewhere else.

I ordered a hat. They did say it would take 5 days to ship. After a little over 2 weeks the hat still had not shipped and I had heard nothing from them. I then called them 3 times. They lied to me twice. The 3rd time they said they had no idea when it would ship because they did not have it and it had to be made. I don't think they actually stock anything. Wish I had checked the reviews before I ordered from them....there are piles of bad reviews online for them. I told them to cancel the order. Anybodys guess if I will actually get my money back. Never again !!
