And their reps have attitude. I am sure because they are sick of fighting everyone about it. They closed their stores.. Wonder Why?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, After 10 days of not receiving my order I phoned them. They were not helpful, informed me that international shipping is a process and that they need to ship the product to their location from the weyerhouse first which takes three days then ship it out... it's now been 15 days, they never called me back. Other representatives say different things. Still no order, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I reported to my CC as fraud. Hope this saves someone's time. Thanks Everyone.

So I was online boot shopping and I saw on google an ad that said "sheplers sale plus 20% off". Now I have a pretty decent boot collection so I know prices on some boots and I noticed a pair of corrals that they had on "sale" for 278.00 showing the original price being 408.00. I knew for sure that it was incorrect. I even looked up the same boot on other websites and they all had the same boot listed from prices ranging from 254.00 to 279.00. I then investigated more of the boots that they have listed on "sale" like a pair of old west corona boots. Now old west is a known cheap brand of boots. They had it listed as the original price being 72.00 and the "sale price" being 48.74. Looking online found the same pair of boots on all other sites 48.00. So long story short if you came to the site looking for a deal you are NOT getting one. Stay away from sheplers.com.

Horrible customer service and doesn't include extra fees for shipping out of the state's had to pay an extra 50 bucks today and called them asking why I wouldn't know about this and they basically said it's not their problem and If I end up wanting to return my item it'll cost me!!!!

All of the boots run small. What they call a width M (medium) is a B on the box (narrow). What they call a width W (wide) is a C on the box. Maybe they should list the correct width's on there website. This way people would not fooled it believing that when they order a wide width, it actually is a wide width.

Bought my husband Chippewa work boots that cost $200+ and the leather tore after 90 days. Returned the boots and their return dept. said it was from normal wear and tear! Never had this problem when ordering boots from Cabelas and he wore them daily outside in all kinds of weather for YEARS! Customer Service is a JOKE. I was told "there's nothing they can do about it". Well I can. Spread the word far and wide!!!!

I am very dissatisfied with Sheplers, I think my original order was lost. After a couple of weI brought it to their attention my order was rec'd within days. The sizing was incorrect. I contacted customer service via text messaging several times wanting to return for a credit. Never rec'd a response. I attempted to get a return label the response was there was no such order number when I was looking at in my hand. I sent more emails, no response. I still have clothes that I cannot wear, Thank you Sheplers, never again

Sheplers is a terrible company with awful customer service! Do not buy from them!!! They refused to accept my return, and so I am just out $300 and just kept giving me bull$#*! about policy. If I could give them -5 stars I absolutely would.

Ordered and received pair of justin work boots advertised as waterproof and after several days of wet feet i emailed $#*!lers no response few days later i called explained situation out on hold and then hung up on emailed again no response i imagine they will be out of business soon with that kind of operation SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I have ordered a sizable amount of stuff lately. Long shipping times, frequently just cancel your order, dont respond at all to messages and expensive returns. Just Oerter from somewhere else and save the stress and disappointment.

Ordered in November 2017. They came for Christmas. When my son tried the boots on, they were a different size than what the box said. Mailed them back and marked exchange. Waited a month, still no boots. I called, they said I had been refunded. So, I reordered the boots, even though they cost 40 dollars more. It is February 14th, I just called and they said they could be shipped out on the 26th but they are not sure. They did take off the $40 price difference. I will never, ever, ever order from them again. My son's feet will probably be a different size by the time they come.

would get any kind of customer service. Strike #1 Waited on hold 20 minutes + until gave up. (I did that twice) Strike #2 Would not answer emails through their website until 3 weeks into the waiting, only then just simply say "It's on backorder" no estimation of arrival. And Strike #3 I ordered the Carhartt Coat on December the SEVENTH. and as of today (1/9/2018), no word from the company. I called a regular Wichita store and the MANAGER transferred me to corporate CSR and I said Cancel the order, I want to use the coated before the weather change in late May. I ordered it online I'll have it by Monday.

So you know the BIG BANNER at the top of the page that says "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery".......that only applies to certain items. So my item does not qualify. So here it is December 21st, and I have no Christmas gift for my husband because my item never shipped. I would highly recommend ordering elsewhere. I called their customer service multiple times, and held for about an hour each time. I finally called the number they have listed for International customers (Kansas number), and said I was placing a new order, and they picked up. Could be coincidental, but try it if you can't get through. But again....I'd order anywhere else but this false advertising, suck you in, and disappoint you company. They suck!!!

I placed an order on November 26, 2017. I got a confirmation of the order stating I would receive an order number in 30 minutes. I got that and only one of the two things I ordered was shown. I tried to call- busy. I called repeatedly- no answer...for days. I tried to email. You have to fill out an email form on their website and then click 'submit.' Nothing happens. I FINALLY got an email on Dec 14 stating the hat I ordered was backordered. I tried again to call to see what was happening with the vest I ordered. This time I was put on hold- for 29 minutes! Then an automated message comes on stating that I am to leave my number for a call back within the next 4 hours. That of course NEVER HAPPENED. I tried emailing at least a dozen times- their email form DOESN"T WORK. I got another email on December 22 saying they were sorry for my delayed order (hat only) and offered me 10% off to place another order. ARE THEY JOKING? There is no way to contact this company. No email address and only the one number that leads to nothing. I would have liked to have canceled the order, but never reached them. I finally got the hat yesterday, January 24, 2018!! TWO MONTHS after I ordered. Never saw the vest that was one of my son's main gifts. What a horrible company.

I ordered boots for Christmas that ended up being half a size too small. The beginning of the return process went fine. I received my label and shipped the boots off. Minus the fact it took forever for the boots to arrive back, it went smoothly. Then, I received an email saying that the size I needed was on backorder and would be shipped on Jan 27th. I emailed back on Jan 18th asking if the 27th was still the shipping date. I was out of town and wanted to make sure I had someone run by my house and grab them off of the porch. A customer service rep replied and said they 27th was correct. After a few weeks, still being out of town, I emailed to see if the boots had shipped. They responded back and said they were showing the boots delivered on the 19th. Literally the day after I asked if they'd ship on the 27th. Hold on, because it gets better. I paid $284.98 for these boots on Dec 9th. They refunded $274.98 to my account on Jan 21st ... two days after the new pair delivered. Then, on Feb 10th, they took $273.43 back out of my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They have no rhyme or reason to what they're doing with my banking information.

I placed an order on January 13, 2017 for a pair of boots and the total was $107.50. I received the order total confirmation shortly after i placed it via email. The next day I received 2 emails stating my order had been placed. Now the totals have changed which now includes tax??? If this is not FRAUD I do not know what is. I explained I understand if you have a box store in the state you charge tax but when I confirmed my order the amount did not include tax. I immediately called customer service to question about the 2 orders for the same thing. Note now they have charged my card for both trans actions. One for the product and another charge for the tax???? They said "well we will try to stop the shipment of one of the shipments". I said great now I want my account credited back. Was told "They would note this in the system". On January 17 I receive another 2 emails stating my items have shipped?? ITEMS not ITEM. 4 days have passed since I placed the order. I called back immediately and they said well I could just return one of them once I received it. So 4 days and they cant stop a shipment. I have been a distribution manger for over 25 yrs. I would have fired each involved on the spot because they cant get this stopped. I told the agent fine, but I want my account credited back immediately and was told they couldn't until I return the item. Its now February 1 and I still have not gotten my account credited back and they have the item I sent back. RUN RUN RUN!

Normally I am not one to give a review but I am horribly disappointed in Shepplers online ordering. I purchased my grand daughters first pair of cowgirl boots and an outfit. I purchased this gift on black Friday online. The only item I have received was the shirt. I just received an email that she will not be getting her jeans or boots until the first of the year. This was a very important gift because she was supposed to wear it for Christmas Day to go for a ride with grandma on her horse, not to mention we were going to do family pictures with her in this outfit. I will never be ordering from this company again. Way to put a damper on starting a new family tradition. I would give you zero stars but you force us to give you 1. From a very disappointed grandma.

Ordered a pair of boots it said they would ship next day then I get a confirmation they will ship in 2 weeks!! I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes to cancel and I was finally able to cancel my order. Stupid me tries to order a different pair of boots and it says my order will not go through except my card gets charged twice!!! I will definitely never try to order from this company again.
