Horrible service. I ordered from them. I never received my order nor did they ever give me a update. They only constantly bragged that they were working on the order but no response or update. I emailed them several times but the same response 7-10 days its been almost 3 weeks still no update. It still in the warehouse. They even charged me a 100 dollars for shipping (it is International) but other websites I've seen charge a lot less and deliver within 3 weeks
Would not recommend to anyone.

Dont buy anything from these clowns ever. They will promise anything for a sale and then make no effort to keep their promise. Their website is like quicksand and if you can get free of it, good luck getting your product. I paid for next day air only to have it promised to arrive 4 days later. Customer service is lazy, stupid and incompetent. I'd buy a shirt from Walmart before I'd ever spend a dime with these thieving cocksuckers again.

I ordered a shirt for my husband's birthday. There was a flag on the site that said "orders placed by 3 pm will be shipped he same day." I did not get the shirt in time for his birthday. I called Sheplers the next week. The told me that they would check on it and I would hear In a few days. Eventually I did get a call from them and they stated the shirt would go out the next day and I would get an email confirmation. It has been 3 days since that promise and I still have not gotten that email. I called them this morning and they told me shirt was discontinued. I would never, ever order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from them. I have no pics to post as I never got my item.

No quality control, product shipped may or may not be what you order. Wrangler Jeans I received had multiple size tags which varied from 30x28 to 34x34. Did not notice other tags when I received the product. When I called them after 60 days they were no help. Buyer beware.

**Warning** - I got caught up in the hype of buying something that I wanted on line. Little did I realise that this matter was going to drag on for so long. I ordered a pair of boots, Sheplers in their wisdom sent me a pair of boots FIVE sizes too small. So you do the right thing and contact customer service - no issue - other than - because of their error, it was going to COST me postage!! Are you serious? For their mistake - they charge the client? Now, that's not a way to do business.
Without the involvement of my banking institute this sordid issue would have dragged on.
So folks, do yourself a favour and do not do business with Sheplers.
They are not customer focused - and to add insult, when the boots were returned they even charged a handling fee.
For those interested, I did not exchange the boots nor re-order them from Sheplers.

Ordered a Stetson, it never arrived. Emailed Sheplers -- no response. Emailed again -- no response. Emailed them that we're in a PO Box, maybe they can't ship UPS to a po box? -- no response.
Called the company -- no answer on the phone. Rang 39 times, then I hung up. Called again and on the third try, someone answered.
I explained no merchandise, the young man said "It's delivered". I said it's been 2 weeks since you claim it was delivered, and I don't have it. The guy was literally laughing at me. I hung up.
I called again a few days later, and a lady answered. She said "Just a moment" and came back saying "We re-shipped it." I went to the post office and -- 2 1/2 weeks after the date they said it was delivered -- I had my Stetson. I vowed never to use them again (and I was a customer of 20 years.)
Sheplers is no longer recommended.

Bought a pair of jeans, had to return since they were too big. They gave me a return label so I used it to drop it off. Post office lost the package and I understand it's not their fault, but customer service is pretty much non existent and uncaring. Should have gone to Boot Barn!

Ordered some boots on December 6, 2018, i called hoping they would be here by Christmas. It is now January 15, 2019 and stil no boots. I tried to cancel back in December but they said the order was pending, they were sorry but it could not be canceled. If they didn't have the size in stock, I shouldn't have been able to order in the first place.
Got a confirmation yesterday saying they have shipped, not even going to open them. I will be shipping them back as soon as they get here.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I even ordered them in the first place.

I ordered a hat for my husbands friend in Italy. Ordered 7.5 got a 7 1/8 so I sent it back and received 7 1/8 the second time. By this time it is too late to get that hat they told me 12 days. I will NEVER buy from Sheplers again. I bought a hat from Boot Barn and it will be here in two days.

I ordered a pair of boots that were on sale for my son. They sent the wrong boots and the wrong size. The return was easy enough, but the process was to put my contact information and return/exchange instructions in the box. I included my original order which had my address, email, etc and asked them to please send me the right, originally ordered, pair of boots. Weeks went by and I finally got an email that the return had been received. More time went by and I had not heard anything else. I finally called customer service and was told the item had been refunded and there were no instructions for an exchange. So, I have to wonder....is that box on a shelf in a warehouse somewhere full of my personal information? They obviously did not look at it, or they would be sending me new boots. Also, I still have yet to see the funds added back to my card. I will never do business with Sheplers again. This is unfortunate, because it used to be one of my favorite stores - about 20 years ago.

I purchased a pair of boots for my fiance' for Christmas. They were too small and we had to return them. Sheplers' received the return on Jan 15. I called a few days later and asked when the exchange would be shipped out. I was told "within the next 2 days".
Two weeks went by and still no boots. I called again. They processed the return incorrectly, corrected it (ostensibly) and told me they would ship them out that day. The following day, I received a notification that my card had to be reauthorized before the exchange could be shipped...bear in mind that I had already paid for the boots and the purchase prices had not been refunded to me.
I called and asked why they needed to reauthorize my card when they have the money for the boots and never refunded it to me. I was told by the accounting associate that "behind the scene they have partially processed a refund and to cancel that transaction and fully retrieve the payment, they had to reauthorize my card". I found that to be odd and had never heard of such a thing but it was either that or they were not going to ship the exchange. I reluctantly agreed to allow a reauthorization and I was assured by the accounting associate that the fee would not be debited from my account... and it was (of course!).
I called Sheplers as soon as I saw the charge and spoke to a supervisor. The supervisor told me he would release the authorization hold on the pending transaction. The money should be available to me either immediately or the following day. Of course, it wasn't. Two days later, the pending transaction settled and Sheplers completed another debit of my account for boots I already paid for.
Without getting into the details, 4 days later, I still don't have my money. I have spent endless hours talking to Sheplers via email and on the phone to no avail. I keep receiving promises of a refund which takes "2-5 days" (although they can charge my account instantly but can't issue a refund for 2-5 days) and it appears they are going to take all of the 5 days and I expect even more. They blame the financial institution for the delay...my financial institution is great...I assume the incompetence lies with Sheplers.
Anyway, they are rude and incompetent. I implore you not to buy anything from Sheplers. It will cost you time, aggravation, frustration and money. This organization is incompetent and customer service is deplorable!

I ordered an XL western shirt from Sheplers on-line. A $29.00 shirt ended up costing me $42.00 (with S&H and tax added). That should have been enough to warn me. The shirt came and was so small I couldn't even move my arms in it. To return the shirt I only received a $29.00 credit once they took off all their "return costs". Plus, it took 4 weeks for the return to be received and processed by Sheplers.
NEVER AGAIN. p.s. I ordered the same shirt in XXL on Amazon Prime. Total cost to me was $29.00 + NV tax.and it was Beautiful..

I ordered a pair of boots from shelpers/BootBarn. I got a size that was too big, so I simply wanted to exchange them. I was told they do not do exchanges, only returns. I sent the boots back to them and 4 weeks later I have not gotten a refund. After 20 plus email back and forth. I was told that I'm basically out of luck. I now have no boots and no refund. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. Not to mention they ripped me off $120+ dollars.

First purchase went well second purchase was a nightmare items were to ship in 2 days on day 6 they contacted informed me that order was to be cancelled, item out of stock. I called early next morning seeking substitution, representative was friendly and helpful, but instead of substituting, they charged me again totaled 64 dollar item at 3000.00 dollars and tried pushing it through multiple times on someone else’s MasterCard (mine was Visa).
I was notified I had insufficient funds, called Cust. Serv. Back found error supposed to fix, instead double reserve was placed on my Christmas account this kicks in overdraft protection and cost me 30.00 for transactions I was not really short on, no remedy offered no return call as promised by customer service. Purchased girls Nocona belts, buckles fall apart and belts peel finish off on first wearing twin 5 year olds give grandpa crap for buying junk, no recommendation here.

I was delighted to find a pair of lined jeans online .... but the delight faded quickly when faced with the shady sales practices of sheplers.
Within two minutes of making the online order I received an email
Confirming my order . I found that I would be paying the price plus $35.00 shipping as a didn't know I was ordering from outside of Canada where I live . Within two minutes I called the customer service line and was told that there are no refunds on sales goods and " the order was already shipped . So I was stuck with the price in USD , the duty for importing them in USD ($25) and $35.00 USD shipping .... this much I cannot afford and will be paying off for months to come on my credit card out of my old age pension . Shame on you Cindy for lying to me just to stop me from cancelling a sale . You are preying on a poor old man who will miss a meal or two over this . Sheplers will never again get my business.

Even though they say it's two day shipping they don't put it accountable the warehouse when they choose to ship it I'm highly disappointed with this company. First package was supposedly delivered and it never showed up so when I put a complaining they were supposed to send another one out that hasn't even been shipped from the warehouse they really screwed me over for Christmas and I will not continue to do business with them.

It's was hard enough to find pointed toe cowboy boots and thought Sheplers would be a good source. Website said free shipping in 3 days, so i ordered 2 pairs of boots. Well it is now Six days, one pair is back ordered with no ETA, the other pair is supposedly in transit with ETA Tomorrow, which is Seven Days. I can only hope the boots are not junk when they finally do get here. It is likely i will Not use these people again unless they can give me a good reason to do so.

I had ordered a 4x jacket on October 24th, my order never shipped after a week of waiting for a shipping confirmation so I called the customer service number to see what was going on & why it wasn't being shipped. The woman told me that she would check with the warehouse as to why the jacket wasn't being shipped. She had told me that "it looks like a 3x will be shipped" well why would they ship a wrong size which would make me, the customer go through the whole return process and sipping back to them to get the right size? So she said okay well someone will call you within 3 days to let you know it's shipped so I said okay, fine. After 3 days which was 3 business days, I heard nothing. So I called again on November 1st to request a refund. The woman said I'd get the refunded money 3-5 business days which it's been a whole week & I still haven't received the refund money. I need to purchase this jacket elsewhere and have it in by November 23rd which will most likely take a whole week to arrive & it's just ridiculous.

I Called to cancel an order as soon as I placed it, she said its too early call back in a few minutes. When we called back she said too late. Then we find out they will send a "free" complimentary shipping return label but they will deduct $10 for your refund! What the hell kind of joke is this place?? So I wrote three days with them, send all my details etc. and had to discuss with them.
Then just when they were finally ready to finalize my order, they told me that this item does not even ship to my country. So I wasted hours for nothing. What a joke!

Overseas purchasers beware! Sheplers sent a pair of boots with a big dab of glue on the side. Rather than just offer to replace them, they want me to post the boots all the way back to States. At my cost!! Their problem has suddenly become my problem.
No way would I recommend this cowboy outfit! What a bunch of incompetent fools.

Wish I could give it a 0/5. Was not impressed with this company at all. I ordered a Carhartt jacket for my pup, went by their sizing chart and recommendations and THREE MONTHS LATER when it wasn't even cold enough for him to wear it anymore, it didn't fit! I understand not all dogs are cookie cutter, but to have your sizing charts off by entire sizes is ridiculous. It got put on back order 3 times before finally receiving it. They also charge a restock fee even if you're exchanging it. I put in my return as an exchange for the smaller size and decided to give them another shot...it's been almost a year since the initial order and I have nothing. They never sent the exchange! The only positive thing about this experience was that they didn't charge me for the second coat. And now they spam my e-mail a million times a day. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Their customer service is non-existent and you'll wait months-a year for your products. Will NOT be back.

According to customer service I failed to see the website has a restocking fee of 10.00 for returns. Absolutely ridiculous Ill never purchase from them again. Customer service was not friendly at all.
