I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU DONT WANT MESSED UP CLOTHING!!!!! Horrible everything. clothes, customer service. I spent $150 worth of clothes and I got 3 skirts a pair of shorts and a jumpsuit which ALL have non-working zippers , when I messaged them on their site, obviously frustrated (who wouldn’t be with all up clothes that they just ordered for nothing) I said my zippers were befoul and they literally blocked me. I’ve never been treated this way, the girl that messaged me name was “honey” and it was almost as if she was happy to decline anything I had to say AT ALL. she said “happy Easter :)” after rejecting my request, and also this was after I notified her about my clothing, she did absolutely NOTHING about it, if you’re this careless about your customers why be a brand? Also none of their clothes look like their pictures. I will NEVER be a customer at this place ever again. Horrible. And disgusting people.

Shein has taken money from me and cancelled my order at the same time!!! They have some notification that the payment was unsuccessful but it was very much successful. I have sent them screenshots of the money going off my account. They refuse to escalate the matter!!!

This is the WORST online shopping site I have ever experienced. The quality is poor (but that's to be expected with the price)
Do not expect to be able to return anything though! They make it almost impossible to do, you have to submit tickets and wait for them to reply, then you have to ship it to Germany at your own cost and still have to pay for a weight return fee (God knows what that is?!!) They are basically making it so difficult and pointless to return your items that you just don't bother. Which is sadly what I am going to have to do. By the time you have paid for postage and had your fee deducted and then chosen which 'wallet?!' you want it in and its taken 3 weeks and you've asked for it back in about 4 different channels! It's not worth it. It's a bloody scam. They should be shut down.

Now despite all the reviews I went ahead and purchased from them since I'm accustomed buying clothes from China (after carefully looking at reviews of quality) now I placed my order more than a MONTH AGO!!!!!! and my order was over $400 US worth in clothing. Obviously I qualified for free express shipping and I really needed my order QUICKLY! When checking out I ran into An error (my banks fault) and when it was resolved I placed the order again. Shein then told me they can't accept my payment cause they need to verify I'm not a fraud (fair enough) but then!!!!!! They just got super ridiculous! They needed my ID card and a picture of the credit card I used blocking out the info. I sent both... days later they messaged me back to say they need another picture of my credit card with me HOLDING IT IN MY HANDS AND HIDING THE NUMS WITH MY FINGER LIKE ??????? Do you need a selfie as well I was mad af!!!! However I sent it... the issue was "resolved" and they said they would ship my things out a WEEK AFTER! I waited and waiting only to receive an email with them saying my items never shipped and that they needed the info again WHATTTT? This is seriously the worst site ever.. what makes it worse is that I needed these items for my STORE! So I'm now making a loss in my business cause I'm understocked

What BS company! I ordered a sherpa jacket from them and although it arrived fast, it was very poorly made and the sleeves which were supposed to be full length only reached my elbows.
I opened a ticket with them and they just keep giving me the run around and send me instructions which don't even make sense. They won't give me a prepaid label either and expect me to pay to return a defective item. What a scam!

I was of course drawn to their website because of their deals and prices for what looked like cute items. I ordered 3 things - a sweater, a shirt, and a t-shirt. First of all, I only received 2 items (I never received my black t-shirt) and second of all, I couldn't BELIEVE how small the items were and I ordered all items in a size large just in case they ran small. I usually wear a medium and I literally couldn't get the items on - they looked like they were made EXTREMELY cheap at some overseas manufacturer. I know you might be tempted to buy from them because of the deals they offer but stay away and put a little extra money into higher quality clothes. This is definitely a scam.

I ordered 2 sweaters from Shein on the 31st of December 2016 and received them less than 2 weeks later. I even got an email from the shipping company to say when I would receive them. They are excellent quality items. I am very pleased with Shein and will definitely order from them again

I ordered over $300 of clothes from SheIn. The jeans I ordered in a large size (heard the sizes are weird) I'm usually a small/medium. The pants barely went past my knee. I was very dissapointed. I will try to return, I've contacted customer service. Also everything in my package smelt horrible. Like chemicals. And when I tried a sweater on my skin started to itch and it's still itchy. (Got my package 30 over minutes ago) Also a $30 sweater was missing from my package. And I was really excited about it. I'm not sure if they will give me a refund. And when it arrived at my door, I got charged $27.00 for a handling fee. I got no notice of this, I thought shipping was free? Some of the items are okay, (satisfied with my shoes I ordered) but all together I had to rate 1 star because I was extremely dissapointed with my whole experience.

I have ordered many items from SheIn, I have spent over GBP 100. also I have waited for 3 weeks to receive them and in end I received bad quality not as described. I was very disappointed, and when I asked for my refund the customer service refused. NEVER SHOP FROM SHEIN AGAIN

i sent back a few items, i was the one paying for the shipment because they do not send a label like all normal stores.. i gave the tracking number to them and i can see on the ups website that it was delivered, and no refund was issued!!!! over 150$!

lt took long to come, customer service was good though. The material was cheap very different from what l had peceived. Be careful when you buy the quality of material is poor and not worth what they charge. Not impressed

I ordered before read all these reviews, was nervous and regret, but my items turned out very quick shipping (1 week) and most of them very cute style, fabric was ok but very reasonable for the price. i ended up have to return one of the item cuz the size is too small and the fabric is a lil hard, and the customer service respond very quickly and helpful. They also have their warehouse in U.S so we can return easily. (ofc i have to pay couple dollars for shipping as their shipping was free, not that count). Im not trying to give an advertise, i'm just one of the satisfied customer for what i paid for. Good luck .

Although it did take almost two weeks to get my order I got it today and couldn't be happier.I had emailed about it last week and they promptly replied next day to give it a few more days,which I did.I got a gorgeous leather type pencil skirt and off the shoulder black and white top both for about $25.00. I will definetly be ordering from this company again..! ❤️☺

This company sucks. Takes almost three weeks for your package to arrive. The clothing is cheap, smells like chemicals, and usually doesn't fit. NONE of the sizes match with the measurements that are listed on their website. If you're an L or bigger, don't bother. The L size here can barely fit an XS. The thing that is a safe bet is jewelry. It won't be high quality, but it's cute and at least it'll fit.

I do a great deal of online shopping, and have really never had any problems. However, I decided to take a chance with Shein's crazy cheap site and order some sweaters. Please listen to me when I say...Shein is AWFUL. The clothes took over three weeks to get here, the sizes were ridiculously small, even when I ordered L, and the one sweater that actually could fit me literally ripped in three places because the quality was so poor. They also smelled weird, I can't really describe it, just gross. Seriously I never write reviews but I had to spread this message...DON'T SHOP AT SHEIN.

I'm soooooo angry! You people are frauds! And I'm getting my money back! I will go as far as blogging, reach my contacts at NBC, TMZ and anyone else I know. You found a niche to trick people and you think your getting away with it. I work a full time job and earned my money. And with this cheap material wrong sized dress, you expect me to sit back and accept this, I won't. My mother saw this site online, thought the look of pictures give you that Macy's type for way less. Placed the order, took so long to receive and track the dress. We tried to order early, so that it would arrive on time, for my mother's event she was attending. We ordered a month before the event. The item arrived 2 days before the event. Took the entire month to arrive. When it came, they sent the wrong size, and the dress was nothing like the picture. It was cheap and look like it was stitched by a child! No customer service # and email is the only way to contact? Plus u have the nerve to question the order from some ticket, when I have the credit card transaction from the bank statement, an order# and dress#? My mother was devastated. Luckily, I spent one day went to Ross Dress for less, for a beautiful dress, her size on sale for $10.😐! I should've done that in the first place! The BS'ers up top who are leaving positive view saying: "honesty is the best policy?" Your employees, trying to balance the negative views! Mark my words, "IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK, ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!"

I ordered a dress for a "winter ball" I should be attending in a few days on the 19th of September, it was on the site that the delivery would take around a week and obviously for the cheap prices I thought this was amazing as I am a student and have limited money as it is.
The first problem with Shein.com is that when they advertise delivery time they forget to mention this doesn't involve shipping so it would actually take over 4 weeks for your order to get to you and even then it could be a lot longer depending on what you order and whether or not they could be bothered.
Secondly when I didn't receive an email about my order I believed it was weird so checked the email on the account and realized that instead of putting a 9 I put a 0 so it was completely wrong and I wouldn't get updates. So as you normally do I tried to change it on the site and it didn't let me, I then proceeded to chat to them online asking about this, the customer service was appalling she was rude and completely looked over my problem not letting me change the email when it was obviously wrong and told me to just use the wrong account and that she didn't care that I wouldn't get updates about my order. As someone that also works with customers I was so shocked to how rubbish the service was. I then asked if there was a chance I could cancel the order but she said that it would take 7-15 days for my money to come back and it didn't include Saturdays or Sundays so realistically I was looking at a 20 day wait for my money to come back; I told her not to cancel it as it would take too long because I still needed a dress. I checked my account over 2 weeks to see if my order has been shipped yet but it hadn't.
This is where my third problem begins, I started to chat with someone online again to ask them about my order because obviously I was getting worried now, I needed the dress and I don't have a lot of time left. When I asked about my order the person I was talking to told me that my order was put on hold because they didn't know what they were doing with it. I wasn't contacted and they didn't tell me anything about this. They had just decided that they wouldn't send me my order. This was the point where I got angry, the person I was talking to began sending me screenshots of my previous conversation which she obviously didn't read properly as she was blaming me for this mistake until she realised I remembered what I said and that the screenshots she sent proved I was telling the truth, she then went on lying telling me I had told two operators I wanted to cancel it when I had only ever spoken to one person from the site before. This made my blood boil I was a paying customer and they were treating me an idiot. She said she would change it but it would still take over 2 weeks for it to reach me which again made me so angry it's now the 5th of October and I still hadn't received my order. She offered me faster shipping which I then accepted because I still need a dress. After thinking about it for awhile I realised that they hadn't cancelled my order without telling me and had no intentions of giving my money back, when I asked them about it she ignored the question and told me it was my fault.
I am truly horrified by the customer service and actually upset they made me feel like it was my fault even though they were scamming me and had no intentions of sending me my order. I've got less than 2 weeks to find a replacement dress and as a women that likes to be covered it is really hard to find maxi dresses with sleeves and no slits, I believed this was the one and they have actually ruined that and my experience as an online shopped.
I will never recommend this site to anyone! Terrible customer service and an absolute scam.
