Ordered a dress and was a little worried because of the great price but it’s perfect! I ordered custom sizing and it fits like a glove! The dress is exactly what the image and website description describes. I would definitely order again!

I ordered a flower girl dress for my daughter for our wedding in august ..
The dress turned up today and it’s honestly so so beautiful and made so well!!! I’m so happy and excited!!! Million percent ordering again !

I am in love with this dress. The first time I ever saw a picture of this dress was when I was in grade 7, looking at posts on Pinterest. Ever since then, it has been the prom dress of my dreams. Fast forward a few years to today, I researched the picture from Pinterest like crazy. I found this dress being sold on a lot of fake stores, mainly selling from China. So, when I found SheerGirl, I was really suspicious. However, customer service (Daniel) was extremely kind and patient with my e-mails and helped me through the process. I did a custom size and the dress came EXACTLY on time. I have no negative things to say about it. Everything fits perfectly, exactly as I want it to. I will be doing some steaming on the day of prom though since it did wrinkle a bit during transit. It came in a vacuum sealed bag and they sent it through a courier (DHL) rather than an ordinary mailing service! I was skeptical since there were so little realistic reviews when I was purchasing so HERE IS YOUR REALISTIC REVIEW. I promise I was not asked to make this review or to lie about anything. I genuinely love this dress! Got my wedding dress was super worried at first not knowing it was a scam or not but shortly after ordering a received an email From them asking to double check my sizes I sent and when the wedding was to get in time! And when I got it was everything I wanted it was perfect highly recommend!

I bought a wedding dress, was so nervous at the beginning thinking that it might not be done the way i want it but when I got the dress, not only it came so quick, it was also perfect and the dess fit me perfectly. I ordered several flower girl dresses from SheerGirl and I could not be happier with how they turned out. VERY well made. And the company was amazing to work with. They emailed me color samples so I could get the exact color I wanted and then emailed me to verify the color and sizes/measurements before they cut the dresses. I rarely write reviews online but I had to with this company because of how easy they were to work with and because the dresses are just beautiful!! Special thanks to David at the company for answering all my emails in such a timely manner!!

5 STARS ISN'T ENOUGH TO EXPRESS MY WEDDING GOWN I FOUND ON THIS WEBSITE! IN THE BEGINNING I WAS VERY UNSURE ABOUT ORDERING A DRESS ONLINE AND WAS VERY SCEPTICAL BUT FROM THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT WHICH WAS THE SAME DAY WITH MR DAVID HUANG OF SHEERGIRL I WAS SOON PUT AT EASE WITH MY INSECURITIES ABOUT ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS. I AM FROM AUSTRALIA.
I MADE MANY CUSTOMIZATION TO THE ORIGIONAL DESIGN DRESS I FOUND ON SHEERGIRL AND MR HUANG HELPED ME ALONG THE WAY WITH IDEAS THAT WOULD MAKE MY DRESS BE WHAT I WANTED AND ADVISED WHAT WAS BEST FOR THE FINISHING PRODUCT. AND IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE!

I RECIEVED AN EMAIL THE 27TH AUGUST 2020 STATING MY DRESS HAD BEEN SHIPPED AND TODAY THE 21ST OF SEPTEMBER 2020 MY DRESS ARRIVED TO MY DOOR VIA A TNT TRUCK COURIER. THEY WERE NOT WRONG WITH HOW WELL THEY PACK THE DRESS AND PACKAGE FOR SHIPPING. I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED.

I was really concerned that the quality of the dresses might not be good, as I felt I was taking a risk by buying from a random add i saw on Facebook, but the dresses are beautifully made , (i bought 2 wedding dresses and selling the one that I don't need) i had them custom to fit me, they fit perfectly they kept in constant contact with me about everything! I'm so happy with the results!! 🥰🥰🥰

This is the worst company ever! We have proof of what we ordered online, they sent the wrong color of dress and it doesn't even look like the dress from the website! Also, they didn't even send the dress on the promised date! Total Scam!! They are a knock off Chinese company! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Love my customised wedding dress. I chose champagne colour and it is perfect. Their service and assistance is 5 star. This is because when they complete the dress they send email first with photos to double confirmed that I agree with the dress. If not they will amend accordingly and email to you again. Now I can say I finally say yes to the dress. Will definitely lookout for SheerGirl in the future.

Don’t buy from here. Tried to return dresses that I did not like.. and was told that they couldn’t find anything wrong with the dress. They refuse to do a return and I think this is the same company as Hebeos. DO NOT BUY FROM EITHER COMPANY. Now I need to figure out what I am going to do with this dress.

I ordered a burgundy dress for my formal in a few months, it came exactly when it said it would (was given a time frame of 6 days for it to arrive and came on the 6th day). I absolutely love the colour, it looks just like the picture on the website, it is a beautiful material and the fit is perfect, i got a straight size (not a custom fit) and it fits perfectly, the length is a little long but that can easily be taken up. I thought the fabric was going to be a slightly cheaper quality based on the price but it is heavy and thick and absolutely perfect for the style of dress, absolutely no flying away in the wind causing embarrassment coming from this dress. They emailed me several times checking the measurements and updating me on the postage location. Overall I am super impressed with their service and would definitely order from there again.

I am so mad at this company. They promised me my dress by May 20th for my wedding. It is May 20th and they JUST sent out my dress. My wedding is in two days. After a few emails they finally remembered to send it to me. Have no idea how it will look but I can't use it anymore and they will not respond about giving me a refund. 258.00 down the drain and lots of wasted time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a Chinese scam. I not only emailed them with zero reply but had a chat with a "salesperson" who said "We sent the dress several days ago. But the delivery company didn't pick up the package in time." This is total BS. Save your money.

Received a beautifully made dress but didn't do my due diligence in measuring my 4 year old exactly to their measurements because I assumed "child 4" meant of the age of 4 years old. The dress instead fits my 9 year old daughter but the arm holes are too small. The company refuses to refund even though I have requested multiple times. I just feel that it is poor customer service. Make sure you measure EXACTLY and if it is still sent to your disliking, don't expect a refund. They won't accept the request nor will your shipping costs be worth it.

This company, operating as Sheergirl, is a scam! They sent me a dress that bears no resemblance to the "wedding" dress that I purchased (with express shipping on top of that, which was not honored, as they forgot to make my dress until I emailed them). Now they will not respond to me at all about a refund or any other solution. My wedding is next week! What an awful company!

Nothing is like the images because the images posted on 95% of their items ARE NOT MADE BY THIS COMPANY! They steal images from photographers and dress designers without their permission and then falsely mislead their customers into thinking they are buying this premium product. They are committing copyright infringement, fraud and this company is completely unethical.

I ordered my wedding dress from sheergirl. The first dress i got, while pretty it was way to big in the bust (provided measurements) and the sewing quality wasn't great in some areas (crooked). I left a review on their site. They immediately contacted me saying they had upgraded the dress and they would make me a new one. I provided my measurements and they sent me a new one. FREE of charge! Well the dress is definitely an improvement with the sewing. Beautiful. It was a little big around the hips/waist but I don't mind paying for the adjustment. I was really blown away by their superb customer service. I would recommend :)
