Shared Culture Concepts was supposed to provide me with (1) A logo for my business and (2) upgrade my e-commerce storefront. She quoted a very low price so I went with her against my better judgement. I was unsure she would deliver on the product because she did not have a lot of experience with my platform. As it turns out, she bit off more than she could chew. She came back and asked me for MORE MONEY to finish the project, as it was harder than she had expected it would be. I stuck with working with her and then, all of a sudden, out of the blue on May 14, she discontinued working with me. She would not issue me a refund for the logo ($300) or for the website upgrade ($652.50) even though I already paid her for it upfront. She never delivered the logo and she never delivered the upgrade. I had to work with another company to do the upgrade so now I've been hit with double fees. She is unprofessional and dishonest and over-promised on work she could not deliver.
I would like $300 back for the logo I never received and $652.50 for the cart upgrade I never received, and had to pay another vendor for. It is dishonest to keep money for services you never delivered.
