Definitely rolls down unlike what was advertised and cuts into my skin. I ordered the size that was recommended for me and got one that wasn't 2 sizes (ex: M/L) so sizing shouldn't have been the issue. I wore it for a couple hours and after the first hour all h*'ll broke loose. Not best for long periods of wear, maybe for a photo shoot or something where your just trying to look good briefly.

I tried the shaper underwear and they were too small, I was sent another pair and they were uncomfortable but I got used to them.
Then I bought bras and they were way too small.
So I emailed the company back and forth many times and had quite a bit of difficulty and loops to hurdle but they are finally being replaced as promised. I don't know when they will be here. So I won't know anything about the replacement bras yet.

I'm not sure if it was just the wrong fit for me, but it has already torn in the middle between the legs in the back. I've only worn them 4 times. I don't stretch too much and pull. It doesn't have compression for me I'm the tummy area. I absolutely love these pants and the way they feel, but have a few things I wasn't satisfied with at all.

I wear a large and have lost 13lbs yet the product is very hard to pull on over thighs and hips. It's a struggle truly. Hopefully with the loss of more weight that will be reduced.

Funny how my bra rolls up and my leggings roll down. For me, disappointingly enough, it is not what I expected at all. I could have spent half of the price on something from a retail store and gotten the same affect. Overrated!!

Love the customer service, shipping etc. I like how my body looks in the middle of the garments. So far, the garments seem like they work, but they have been too tight and I am bulging over the top. I even ordered bigger than I normally would. The garments seem smaller than their sizing maybe because of the tension.

It took over a month to receive my parcel. I was refunded 2 lots of shipping which I appreciated however I was going overseas and ordered some stuff to take with me on holiday and well it didnt arrive until after I got home. Both times I have ordered shipping has been a problem and its taken well over 15 days to receive. I do appreciate there exchange policy as I have had to exchange a couple of items and that is easy and straightforward so thanks for that. Customer service is very good A++

Everything is good as far as shipping and packaging including the prices only thing I don't like are the constant emails trying to get me to buy more and more and more after making purchases they constantly try to get me to buy more after I just spent money on items from them. I have never in my life seen anyone advertise this way . Even when youre checking out they have so much they are still trying to sell even during check out and you have to go through every one of those ads and say no that you're not interested , at first it will make you think that the website is a scam when you see all those advertisements during checkout , it's rediculous.

I purchased four bras two for my daughter and two for myself 1x was too small for her and 3x didn't even fit me so I gave her the 3x returned the 1x no problem that was comfortable for her the problem we did come across is the band of the bra does not stay in place slides up on back and shoulders, and from buying several pairs of the shape wear leggings the fix would be simple the same thing used to keep them up and in place would be great to keep the bras in place if that changed I would purchase bra again and modify review

I purchased some cami's and they didn't fit. Went to the next size, didn't fit. Again the next size. 3 times until finally it fit. They didn't even have me return the others.
Now I am getting annoyed because they are sending me surveys day after day after day. I filled it out and again another survey. Stop please!

As soon as I put it on the top rolled down and when I put on my bottom the boy shorts rolled up. It wasn't that I had the wrong size because I've bought the same size at other companies with no problems. They fit the same but less rolling. I tried this from seeing the ad's on Facebook. Now I wish I had just kept my money.

I ordered 2 bras that were on sale. One fits great but then the padding on the inside of the other moves around (like the padding in some bathing suits) needless to say that one doesn't get worn.

The first time buying I didnt get the right size for me. it was too small for me that I could hardly breathe in it. although it really does flatten your belly. it works, but ofcourse youl would like to be comfortable as well while wearing it. I know I had ask for exchange and they asked me to keep the previous order which is really nice of Shapermint. I actually had given it to my sister. Thank you! But the second time choosing the M to L size,it sort of goes down on my belly. I would always have to pull it up that's why I give a 3 stars only.

Ive purchased a few different shapermint products and have been very happy with the function and comfort of the product and customer service had been great. Most of the things I've purchased have lasted, however the high waisted tights ripped in the seam after 3 wears! Hopefully it was just a faulty product.
