Just received my new Shapermint leggings and it doesn't hold anything in its a cheap material with lines on the sides like a track suit. What happened to the plain black leggings? This is not what I wanted! I have ordered several in the past but if this is the quality I will be getting from now on. NO THANKS! I will be returning it now. Its a real shame they have downgraded their quality.

I ordered Shapermint 3 weeks ago. Never got a confirmation email. Got a notice that it was shipped then another notice saying it couldn't be delivered due to an "incomplete" address and that I should get in touch with the carrier to find out where it was. Called AM EX and complained. They removed the charge. As of today, I haven't gotten an email from Shapermint asking if I ever got my purchase. Do not recommend!

i just bought 2 Shapermint bras,Truekind Daily Comfort Wireless Shaper Bra.I think thay are really comfortable, I only wear underwire bras,but I wanted to try these. The only problem I have is the band at the bottom of the bra rolls under and they give you an extension piece to hook on to make the band bigger but is doesn't help-it still rolls. Doesn't look like the picture or ad where it lays so nice and flat.That's my only complaint but if you are used to wearing underwire bras you won't get the same lift with these bras. Kind of disappointed, will wear around the house only.

I ordered this because it popped up on my social media several times. It look really go and since I'm about to go back to the office I thought this would be great. I am a 14, I ordered a camisole and cant get it past my neck. I ordered the shorts and cant get them above my knees. I ordered XL in both products. I hate having to return. It's such a hassle, but I cant give up $70. It's hard ffg or me to get through to anyone. I see the reviews but I am a real person.

I read the reviews before i bought 2 pairs and i wad like omg these are great reviews im going to try these. I am now disappointed that they do infact roll down the back on my plus sized body. Its actually very frustrating i cant wear them due to them rolling down with every shift of my body. I would not be able to give any plus sized woman the recommendation of purchasing these products.

Having just purchased 2 bras from your website i was really looking forward to wearing a comfortable bra with now underwires. The impression I got from the Facebook ad was that it would stay in place. The cup size is good but flattening. anything larger I would be swimming in it. After one hour of wearing the under band rolled up, became like wearing an elastic band around my rib cage. After waiting 2 weeks to receive the bras I am very disappointed.

Well after ordering 2-3 pair of them I was very upset the fact they didn't fit. So I gave it another try I order the xxlg.
They finally fit your size are way off the scale. I didn't return them because of hygiene you can not return under garments. So lost money, and finally give them to my friends that it would fit them.

I think its ridiculous to pay for shipping and to get a refund to pay shipping again, either way shapermint makes you pay for the product while letting you keep item. You dont get back what you pay and item doesn't deliver as promised

I purchased two Shapermint pieces, size medium. I am only 5'1" and they just barely make it up to my breasts. The back keeps rolling down and doesn't lay flat. I'm disappointed.

It kept rolling down at the back instead of starting in place. Even when I was just standing still it would roll down. Otherwise the fit was good everywhere else. I would love to send it back for a full refund.

I watched several review videos and they all seemed really happy with the product, so I made the purchase. It came within the week of the order, but unfortunately, I bought the wrong size. I had a great experience with exchanging the product for a larger size and my customer service rep. was very helpful. Once I was able to get it on it rolled down instantly, it did not stay up at all and I believe it is because of my apple shape. When I watched the videos again, all the models are pear-shaped with a small waist and not one was apple-shaped. A little misrepresentation on the company's part. It's not for all shapes and sizes.

Paid extra to get faster shipment....almost half the cost of the garment... and then it still came a day before I needed to wear it.
Used your measurements and garment is way too big...stretches to almost under armpits. So marginal effectiveness but very comfortable.

I had purchased the 'All Day Every Day High-Waisted Shaper Panty' and although delivery was prompt, which I appreciated, this product did nothing to hold me in, despite myself correctly following the sizing chart.
