I went against my better judgement and purchased this wireless bra thinking it would be "ok"to wear around the house after work. That was a mistake, the bra is marketed toward everyone but should be marketed to women who have a c cup or less. There is no support whatsoever ever, and the cups neither support nor separate.
This makes your chest into a sagging, bouncy uniboob. I'm so disappointed and will not recommend this product nor will I purchase from shapermint again.
Always go with your gut instinct.

I returned an item to them and it has been more than 3 weeks since I mailed it with tracking number, and they still have yet to refund my money. When you go to their website, you cannot even call someone. They have these automated "chats" that don't seem to understand anything you type in. It's ridiculous. If you want to be a respected business, customer service should be at the top of that list. They have failed miserably.

There are no "real" people in customer service - every reply is an automatic response. Tried several time to report my issues with them, to no avail - just more canned responses. Poor experience from the get-go, when free shipping was promised but not applied to my offer. It took a long time to get the product. It wasn't a quality item, and the bra itself was unsupportive and rolled at the edges. Had to pay to return the item - a shipping and handling charge. I felt scammed by Shapermint.

I ordered two bras and the straps were too long and not adjustable. Because of the return policy, I processed a refund and sent the items back. When they received the package, they processed my refund with $12 less than what I paid, $8 less minus the shipping and handling fee I had to pay. I emailed 4 separate times and never received a response. Worse than that, I received an auto-reply email saying that they've answered me already. I will never buy from them again.

The product doesnt shape ANYTHING at all and rolls down. False advertising! On top of that received only half my money back. Charged me a $6.95 return fee but won't let me rerurn. Told me to give away. Why would i give a product to someone else that isn't good. I wouldn't. Shame on shapermint!!

I purchased 2 bras. The first was comfortable so I had no hesitation about removing the tags before wearing the second one. The straps fell off of my shoulders and there is no way to adjust them. Perhaps someone tried on the second bra and stretched the straps prior to my receiving it. It is useless. Any suggestions? I feel as though i wasted my money on this product. Adjustable straps would certainly be more adaptable.

I ordered from a sale ad (about half off). At the end of the process there was no opportunity to put in a cod pe and I was charged full price. I sent a text message to their customer service and did not receive a response. I'm trying to return and they charge $7 for return. Be very careful if you are thinking of ordering from them.

My expectations s were high after reading the reviews. My experience was LOW. It stretched out of shape with my large breast. I had to see the straps up to even give myself any lift. Maybe very small breasted women will have a.better experience.

Ordered 2 items and received 6. This cost me $169.00. I had not planned for that. Sent multiple emails addressing this problem and no one would listen. I keep getting emails asking for me to tell them how I liked the product and that I can exchange if they didn't fit right. No refund offered. This has actually hurt me financially. I would recommend to stay away from ordering from this company.

Loved the merchandise, until I re-ordered. The second set had different product numbers & completely different sizing. They wanted me to PAY to return them. It took a week of emails, chats, and finally getting AmEx involved. Impossible to get them on the phone. Big disappointment.

If you ask for a refund they will charge you to ship the product back to them, even though you paid to have it shipped to you. So you are essentially covering all shipping costs by them then they take the fee right out of cost of the pants! Total bull$#*!!
Plus, the Empetua pants...are made from this really scratchy-unattractive material that rolled, which is why I sent it back. Worst.Product. And. Return. Policy. EVER!

I've purchased a pair of leggings for you guy's last month, when I received them they were a size to small, I emailed you guy's and they assured me that in 4 to 8 days that they will send me another pair. I have not received anything from you guys. And I have already donated the pair that didn't fit me. So not that I'm out of $20.00 out of a pair of leggings well. I think it's wrong to deceive people the way you guys have deceived me. Either you refund me back my money, or send me my leggings, and I don't want to here about another 4 to 8 business days again because it's way pass that.

Placed an order, only to not get a confirmation number or email, only a "please complete your order" email. Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone. You're stuck dealing with online chat with someone who has limited capabilities to help. Scary to leave credit card information with an online retailer, then have your information "lost." Apparently. I can't say for certain I cannot get in contact with anyone. They really need to up their game with their customer communication. Voice jail and chat does not cut it.

I placed an order and 1 of the items was no longer available. I've repeatedly emailed and got a repeat email which was no help at all. I will not purchase from Shapermint ever again. The quality is not good on the items I did receive! The shaper I bought, only wore it once and was going to wear it again when I noticed 2 holes. So no thanks to Shapermint.

How they manage and ship orders is ridiculous. I was supposed to get free shipping with a codes but did not. I had my credit card charged but they never shipped the product. Using their online help and trying to talk to a live person is impossible.
