I made this purchase due to an upcoming vacation. I paid for fast shipping and kept waiting for my shipping / tracking info. It never came so I tried to contact customer service thought Facebook, submitting a note from their website and by sending an email. Tried all of these avenues and each time I got a canned response promising that would contact me soon. Never happened. I leave for my trip in 3 days and have not heard a thing. If I knew anything about this I would NEVER have purchased these. I've now wasted precious time, money and energy on this company and I am extremely unhappy. Might I add I am on a FB community with over 2k gals who know that I've placed this order and waiting to hear my thoughts on the product. Not great advertisement Shapermint. :(

I placed an order on Dec 10, 2018 and they were very quick in processing it, received the receipt right away. then I got an email confirmation that my order is on its way with the tracking info. however, when i tracked my package, it says 'not foiund' Info unavailable, we cant identify your number yet. I waited for a few days as sometimes it takes a few days for them to ship it but it's been a week now that i still couldnt track it. i emailed them but I still have the same message. very disappointing... had i known this would happen, i wouldnt have ordered from them. :(

Don't waste your money, time or effort! See screen shots below! No customer service number, I've been ghosted on Facebook, their emails, and their "live" chat!

I purchased their products more than a month ago. I have made more than one inquiry concerning the delivery of the order. I received an email saying I would heard something within a 48 hour max window. So far nothing and it's goong on 96 hours. I have received a tracking number which appears to be bogus as the number yields nothing when delivery inquiries are made.
Do Not waste your time and money on this company.

I ordered according to their sizing charts and what I received was too big in more than one way. I immediately looked for the customer service number, and learned that there isn't one. So I used the email requesting a refund this past Friday. This morning I receive an email from them that my order has shipped!?!? What order?? I want a refund!

I will not be shopping here again if for nothing else than the fact that they do not care about you at all after you have gotten the product.
My first interaction was through their online chat. I was confused if my order had processed or not, somehow I ended up on a timer page. I asked the lady in chat if my order had processed or not and she said that it had not and that I should order again. I told her about the timer page and she said not to worry about that and to order again.
About thirty mins later I had ordered two of the same item, and had two conformation emails in my inbox. I emailed them back immediately, as their email says to if there is anything wrong. I told them that I needed to cancel one of the orders and how the two came to be. They replied that they could not do that but that they could give me a 20% discount. I said I did not want a 20% discount and wanted to return one of the items for a full refund. I have not heard anything back for three days. I have emailed them each day for three days, that is three separate emails and have no response.
I am very angry and will never use them again. This customer service is a joke and quite frankly will probably loose them customers in the future.

Horrible experience. Took $65 from me and never shipped my items, WTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT... Purely thieves!!! Seeing more people are having these same issues. They will not give me a refund and they never sent my items out. Very disappointed. Non stop headache & stress with this company. They clearly don't care a bit about their consumer's once they have your hard earned money in their pockets. Don't even bother asking for a refund & don't get your hopes up on anything they promise. It has been non stop misleading and let downs with my experience so far. Buyer beware! Just say no! There are similar items sold on Amazon with better, reputable reviews and that actually offer Customer Service that actually exists!

I have had to report Shapermint through PayPal because they're trying to scam me out of money they still owe. I had an order total of $42.92. I cancelled the entire order. They claim they refunded the total amount but my PayPal only received a refund amount of $22.49. I contacted customer service several times stating this and even included proof that they issued the wrong amount. They stuck to their story that they refunded my full amount and gave me the run around. Now they are no longer responding. Which is why I reported them through PayPal DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They still haven't even responded to PayPal sending them the report.

I was afraid because all the reviews keep saying the costumer service was bad, but I've got my product in time and I really loved it! Everything deliver as expected!

I placed my order and they immediately charged my card! They never sent me a tracking information, it's been 3 days and nothing! No emails, nothing! There is no phone number so I can't call. The website does not have my tracking order either! I don't have the product or the money and no response! Please return the money! This is terrible! Don't purchase it via Instagram or Facebook. You will have the same problem. Terrible!
